• Simon (7/5): Good hotel, good price, VILLA WON. - Location was excellent for Taxim Square. Short walk. Transport links excellent nearby. Even though on a busy main road, soundproofing was excellent. Gentleman on check out was super friendly. Nice big room & bathroom. Room absolutely stunk of smoke when got in there. Kept window open when not in room so cleared in a day. TV had no signal so couldn’t watch anything. Man on check in was quite rude, just muttered passport to me & then handed me over to a guy who took me to my room.

Was very tired to ask to change them . Next day ask them to change , they change them with less broken ones. Kitchen bathroom no ventilation and dirty at the edges . Breakfast was awfull room service guy was life Frankestain no hi no bye etc .

I don’t know whether from blankets or dust to be honest but I have a sensitive skin and sometimes if dust or duvet covers are cleaned with certain detergent I got allergy

Lot of good cafes and the hotel houses one of the finest and most authentic Turkish delight shops. Good breakfast and helpful staff at the kitchen. One rude receptionist. The room electric kettle has never been washed. When I touched the bottom, greasy stuff stuck got to my hands. Never used the electric kettle as a result of that.

• Minkyung (8/5): 공항버스 스와차장과 가까와 편리한 호텔 - 힐튼 호텔 이스탄불 보스포러스 바로 맞은편 도보 3분거리여서 너무 편리했어요. 탁심광장, 이스티클랄 거리와도 가까워 클래식 전차 사진도 찍을 수 있고 성안토니오 성당도 가까웠습니다. 가는 중간에 하바이스트 공항버스 승차위치와도 가까워 종말 편리했어요. 턱심에서 공항까지 45분만에 갔어요. 10층 식당 뷰가 이스탄불 시가지와 보스포러스 해협을 내려다보고있어 멋진 일출을 덤으로 감상할 수 있어요. 직원들도 친절했어요 별로 없습니다

Tobacco smell all over the room and bedding and when asked to change rooms, we were told all the rooms would have the same smell (non-smoking room) 3. The breakfast itself was not of great quality or quantity 4. Ended up with back pain from the not comfy mattress

The room was a reasonable size, and the people at the rec - The receptionists are amazing and helpful Burak And Omar we could say they are the best thing at the hotel Many stores and cafes were around I didn’t like the bed — it wasn’t comfortable at all. The breakfast was extremely poor with no variety whatsoever, it was exactly the same every single day to an exaggerated extent. We stayed for nine days, and it got so boring that we eventually stopped going to breakfast altogether. The cleaning was terrible. Housekeeping would only make the bed and tidy up a bit, but the bathroom often had footprints or shoe marks, which they didn’t even bother to clean. Location-wise, it was not really close to Taksim Square. It took us about 15–20 minutes on foot just to get to the beginning of Istiklal Street, so it definitely wasn’t the “close to Taksim” location we were expecting.

• Hind (9/5): We spent 6 nights and was comfortable and nice - I liked the location very much it is close to a bus station and has a shopping area very close to it. I liked also that they give you a big bottle of water daily. The room is quite spacious but maybe because we are a group of 3 people. Breakfast is nice The view. The window also was stained by something from outside making it a little gross to look at. No strong sound insulation but you can sleep fairly comfortably. There was a smell coming from the bathtub but when we closed its opening on the floor it disappeared

• Gamal (8/5): 1st experience in Turkey - nice location on the Isteqlal street, nice view from the 7th floor where I could see the sea..wide rooms.. almost all the staff are fine. the staff on the breakfast are very helpfull and friendly. the lady who cleaned our rooms was very nice. the man downstairs at the reception was very friendly. I have met 2 men on arrival with non professional attitude, they offer me a family connecting room at the ground floor which was very bad but I haven't seen them again during my stay. the AC only hot at that time and they explained to me that it's working cold on summer time although it was 22 c.. the WIFI is slow and interrupted.

The staff members—including those at the reception, in the dining area, the manager, and the owner—were all remarkably kind, professional, and attentive. Their hospitality significantly enhanced the overall experience. The rooms were spotless, and the beds were very comfortable. I would gladly recommend this accommodation to others.
