Muchas comodidades como infusiones , café, agua, kit cocina, e higiene como cepillo dientes, zapatillas...sin embargo, las ventanas son demasiado antiguas y se se oye cualquier ruidito de la calle. La cama muy cómoda y el sofá idem. Realmente solo nos ha molestado que las ventanas fueran tan viejas. El parking nos hubiera gustado que fuera cubierto, pero es correcto y cercano.

- Christina (9/5): Super schoon, netjes en licht appartement op een toplocatie! - De locatie was fantastisch. Op enkele meters van het strand en de boulevard. Het Restaurant La Encarnacion ernaast is ook erg fijn. En met kinderen was het speeltuintje voor de deur een topper. De accommodatie was super schoon en licht. De prijs kwaliteit verhouding was top! Parkeren was lastig. We hadden wel mazzel dat er een plekje voor de deur vrij kwam. Er was geen airconditioning. Wij hadden voldoende aan de ventilator en de ramen open. Voor ons bovengenoemde punten dus geen probleem, maar ik kan me voorstellen dat dat in drukkere seizoenen vervelender is (wij waren er eind okt.).

- Markthorpe (10/5): The best apartment we've stayed in, highly recommended. - The apartment was perfect, and huge - I honestly kept getting lost due to the angled layout of the apartment we stayed in (1F). Peaceful part of town (in May). Beaches very clean. It was clean, modern, recently refurbished and right next to the sea. I would definitely stay there again. Parking difficult if driving. You have to drive around the narrow streets a few times to get lucky with a parking space. But worth it for the amazing apartment.

Small corner balcony to north east on corner of building so only sun first thing in morning. Further obscured by a very large solar panel which obscured any view to the sea when sat down directly in front of the balcony. Apartment directly over kids playground. Great if you have kids and want to sit on the balcony and watch over children, but not great to hear them screaming into the late evening. Adjacent to very busy restaurant so early loading unloading with lorries in road directly outside bedroom. Very limited parking - i imagine would be nigh on impossible in peak season. Would definitely recommend but i would not have any apartment on this side of the building, or 1F again

The apartment block was not the one on the address we received for the booking. The apartment was tired in places and could have been cleaner. The advertisement is very misleading.

The reception could have been more helpful as they just shrugged off the fact that there were cockroaches in the apartment. They came and put down new traps as it was clear there were older traps. They should have offered to relocate us as there were other more modern apartments. We were just told cockroaches were a problem in Los Alcazares. Totally unacceptable. We had 2 live ones on the first day and a dead one , in the bathroom on the last day

Sometimes people parked right outside the front entrance to the apartment block which then made it difficult for my mother (and her wheelchair) to get in and out of the building.

- Robert (6/5): The stay was fairly good, as the main purpose of this "trip", was to get some "much needed rest". - Breakfast was not included in the stay. The location was very good in terms of Mar Menor sea frontage, but also with a sea view balcony which was, considered by us, a necessity! The double bed was the "most uncomfortable" I have EVER slept in! I decided after 3 or 4 nights, to sleep in one of the single beds, which thankfully, ended up being "a little better"

- Angela (9/5): Superb - The location is amazing right on beach There is no air con so with the 31 degree heat it was very hard to sleep. There is a ceiling fan in main bedroom but none in twin room and lounge area did have a ceiling fan but it went very slow so was no use.
- Maureen (9/5): Great sea view from the balcony - The pictures on the website did not do the apartment justice, we stayed in 20e, the views from the balcony were fabulous, free wifi, an electric fan in each bedroom and a ceiling fan in the sitting room that had a timer. The apartment was spotless and very roomy, twin beds in one bedroom and a double bed in the other, the sofa in the sitting room is also a sofa bed. Plenty of towels were provided and spare sheets. Would definitely stay there again.Its also next door to the best restaurant ( mine anyway) in Los Alcàzares. So reluctant to say anything negative as we loved the apartment but a kettle and hairdryer would have been appreciated, also shower needs checking but its still a fabulous apartment.
