• Michelle (9/5): A fabulous well equipped and located apartment. Great for two couples. - A really well equipped apartment. A great kitchen complete with cooking utensils. The complimentary cereal, biscuits and tea / coffee were a nice touch. Really conveniently located for walking into Cardiff City Centre. A Tesco convenience store opposite and secure parking. Whilst the apartment was very well equipped and furnished the main bathroom would benefit from some deep cleaning and maintenance. As two couples, the apartment was perfect for our needs - however, a second access fob would have been helpful to enable access at separate times (security were really helpful and let one couple through later than the other, so not an issue, but would be nice).

• elena (1/5): Dreadful! We could not stay it was too bad! - The location was ok The property was very run down! It was also unclean! The bath had black mould around it the toilet had not been cleaned properly the stainless steel bathroom looked dirty! The divan bed sides were stained! The rug in the living area hadn’t been hoovered! The towels had been washed but were hard and rough! The leather sofa had an old throw covering it as it was in very bad repair! There was old food in the cupboards! All in all we left the apartment and had to pay to stay in a hotel!

• Kevin (9/5): Good value centrally situated ideal for short stays - Good access to flat but the instructions for car park were not accurate The kitchen was we’ll appointed Nothing really except the sofa was in a poor condition and needs replacing
• Alison (8/5): Ideal for a short stay - This was a very convenient base for Cardiff City Centre. Very close to St David's shopping mall and only 10 to 15 minutes walk to the Castle and Bute Park. Having on site parking was excellent. We enjoyed the biscuits provided. The kitchen units need a simple repair. When we opened a cupboard door the kickboard below fell off.

• Kathleen (7/5): A great apartment to eat and sleep when touring Cardiff / South Wales. - The apartment had two clean bathrooms and two bedrooms with comfortable beds and fresh clean linen. Fans were provided in every room. The kitchen had the amenities to cook a meal. Excellent location in the centre of Cardiff with secure parking. The photos gave the impression of two settees in the apartment. However, there was only one. A throw is placed over it to hide the fact it is badly worn. But, the throw kept sliding off so it was uncomfortable and we couldn’t relax.

• Tom (9/5): Great Short City Break - communication from the host was ideal, great explanation of the location with photos and how to gain entry. the property was clean, and the fridge had some milk and there was tea and coffee which was most needed after a long journey. another seat soft would have been nice but overall the apartment had everything one would need for a short stay in the city. Shopping, restaurants and venues were all within very easy reach which made the location I would use again.

• Andrew (10/5): Comfortable, clean and welcoming apartment in an excellent location - Very comfortable, clean and modern. There was tea, coffee and even biscuits provided. It is less than ten minutes walk from the station and right next to the city centre. Good value for money and an exceptionally enjoyable stay. I have no complaints, we were happy about everything.
