Falta limpieza, no tenia secador de cabello, el sillón estaba con manchas .El sistema de dejar la llave frente al edificio se complica cuando vamos con varias maletas .El baño falta atención en detalles , deben comprender que controlar al personal de limpieza no esta mal ,pues quien entra no tiene porque ver suciedad de otros.

• gonzalez (1/5): Cero seriedad - Experiencia pésima – No lo recomiendo en absoluto Reservé este alojamiento con una semana de anticipación y, cuando ya me encontraba en destino, camino en taxi hacia el hotel, me cancelaron la reserva de manera totalmente irresponsable. Sin previo aviso, me ofrecieron otro alojamiento que no tenía absolutamente nada que ver con el que yo había contratado, además de estar mucho más lejos. La experiencia en el lugar alternativo fue muy mala: estuve una semana y nunca me cambiaron las toallas, las sábanas estaban sucias y con mal olor. Realmente una falta total de higiene y de respeto hacia el huésped. Lo más indignante fue que, en el hotel de Palermo, me informaron que la cancelación se debía a un supuesto problema con un caño roto en el baño, lo cual fue claramente mentira, ya que a los pocos minutos el mismo alojamiento volvió a aparecer publicado en la plataforma a un precio tres veces más alto. Esto demuestra una total falta de seriedad y ética. Me sentí estafada. No volvería jamás y considero muy grave que una plataforma como Booking permita este tipo de situaciones.

• Jasmine (8/5): Great location, tidy and comfortable apartment. - Great location (excellent cafe, Rita, a couple doors down). The bed was comfortable, simple but functional and host was available even when we had trouble getting in for a 1am arrival. Confusing getting in (key is in a lockbox on a gate across the road from the apartment), once we figured that out everything else was fine. It’s simple but good value for money for a quick stay in a good area.

• J-runner (10/5): Pleasant apartment with excellent host - Our host, Juan was very responsive, attentive, accommodating, and helpful. Location was convenient and we felt safe. At the beginning, AC was broken and a few things were not clean. However, as soon as we contacted Juan, he arranged all to be addressed right away.
