- Anderton-Tyers (1/5): I deserve a refund for the stress and harassment and attempted exploitation from the manager. - The beds were comfortable, although the mattresses were very badly stained. The concierges were nice. Many of the appliances didn’t work, it would take too long to list them all, only half the light bulbs worked, it wasn’t clean, even the cutlery was dirty. Mostly, it was the manager Miriam who ruined our holiday completely. We arrived and we were out in a completely different apartment to the one we booked. She said it was because we were late, although I don’t know why that would matter. We sat down to have dinner on our 3rd night and while we were eating, the glass dining table shattered, cutting my legs. I video’d it and sent it to Miriam the manager who called the next day saying the owner was furious and we had to pay €250 right away. I said no, that it obviously wasn’t fit for use as all we had done was sit down and eat dinner. She harassed us for the rest of our stay threatening to throw us out early if we didn’t pay. I had gone to Morocco to relax and adjust to my recent cancer diagnosis, which I had told Miriam about but she said she didn’t care about my problems, she just wanted the money. I have never been treated like this in a rental property in my life. She is a terrible manager who completely ruined our holiday. I would advise you to avoid this property and all the rest of the properties she manages.
