• Pierre Alix (10/5): Un emplacement incroyable, à la fois calme et en plein centre. Et une vue dingue! - L’appartement est spacieux et idéalement situé. En plein centre ville il est très calme et bien organisé avec chaque chambre qui est isolée (nous étions avec nos 3 enfants). La vue est sans doute une des plus belles Portofino, au dernier étage. Les soirées sur la terrasse au son des concerts de piano du port étaient magiques Les explications données en amont et durant tout le séjour étaient précises Bref nous avons passé un séjour magique!

The location is simply unbeatable — waking up to the breathtaking views of Portofino’s harbor felt like living inside a postcard. Every glance out of the window was a perfect picture of colorful buildings, sparkling water, and lush green hills. Thank you to the team for giving us such beautiful memories of Portofino. This experience will always hold a special place in our hearts, and we will remember it every time we think of this charming town.

• mohammed (1/5): كانت إقامة بدون توفر خدمات (كهرباء) الطبخ، الغسيل، الكوي، التكييف، - الجو عدم توفر خدمات في الشقة، عدم تعاون القائمين عليها حيث حدث في الثاني من إقامتنا تعطل في كهرباء الاجهزة (المكيفات، السخانات، المكوى، غاز الطبخ) لم نستمتع بها لمدة ليلتين .كذلك عدم توفر مصعد، وعدم توفر انارة في السلم او الدرج، لم نُشعر بعدم وجود مصعد مسبقا. تجربة مريرة..نطالب باستعادة أجار ليلتين.
• Moudi (1/5): Disappointing, no elevator and we were not notified. - Location only The furniture is worn out, the apartment is dirty, there are insects under the beds and sheets, there is blood and filth everywhere

• Stephanie (8/5): Top location in Portofino - Nice and spacious apartment....Top location with excellent views to Portofino from the terrace!!! Airconditiong was present in the bedrooms. However, we would recommend to the property owners that a fan is provided in the living room to compensate for the lack of AC (we asked for it but never arrived).
• Johannes (7/5): Good - big apartment, very good location airco not working, more importantly no effort from the host to fix it, and temperatures > 30°C For 3 persons we had only 2 small towels and 2 big towels for 3 days

• Rob (7/5): A beautiful stay spoilt a little by the condition of the apartment. - Superb location. Middle on the town with a great view of the harbor and main square. Small grocery store, wine boutique, many restaurants and shops, ferry dock, all within a few minutes stroll. Closest swimming beach less than 10 minutes walk. Kitchen facilities, crockery is quite old. Condiments bottles are provided but many empty, e.g. 3 empty olive oil bottles. New induction stove does not work with most of the pots a pans. Power tripped twice. A lot more care could be taken to make the stay more comfortable.

• Ellie (9/5): Beautiful location and spacious Apartment with gorgeous view of harbor. - The location is fantastic if you want to be in the middle of all the happens in Portofino. Lively, daily happenings on street below makes for a fun (not quiet), authentic experience of Portofino. Close to many walks and hike as well. Great deli/wine store below Apt run by Nicola with ‘normal’ prices for beer, water, meats, cheese, vegetables. Need to know this apartment is in the 5th floor of a Walk-up only (no elevator) building. No Wifi available at the time of my rental (June16-20, 2023). Used a nearby Hotel’s Wifi (unprotected). Ask how to use induction stove/oven. TV doesn’t function.
