• Fabio (10/5): Schöner Aufenthalt in Rom nicht weit von dem Vatican Museum. - Wusste nicht das es auch für mich ein extra Zimmer gibt. Hat mich umso mehr darüber gefreut. Die Größe der Wohnung fand ich super. Und auch schön eingerichtet. Alles hat uns gefallen. Es hat aus dem Bad nur ein bisschen gestunken. Aber war nicht so schlimm. Konnten die Tür zu machen.

• Patisserie (8/5): Lugar estrategico - La ubicación es muy cercana al Vaticano. Nos gusto que tiene maquina de lavar la ropa, la luz que tiene del apartamento. La calidad de las sabanas. El sistema de ventanas y el método de refrigeración. No tiene lavavajilla, el baño tenía a veces olor a cañeria. El resto todo ok.

• alessandro (8/5): Appartamento comodo e consigliato un po' per tutto. - Appartamento molto comodo in zona ben collegata e al centro della movida del quartiere, sia turistica che locale; e ben fornito di angolo cottura, tavolo, divanetto, scrivania/studiolo separati rispetto alla camera da letto principale. Buoni gli infissi che isolano abbastanza anche acusticamente. Letto abbastanza comodo. Sono stato abbastanza bene e penso ci tornerei. Proprietario disponibile. Sono rimasto abbastanza soddisfatto, unica cosa avrei gradito una profumazione artificiale degli ambienti meno aggressiva, magari con profumi naturali. E a cercare il dettaglio delle bottiglie d'acqua sorgiva in vetro. Alcune rifiniture dei mobili/muri da rivedere (nelle foto sembra tutto molto più bello di come l'ho effettivamente trovato) ma sono dettagli che non inficiano più di tanto il mio giudizio complessivamente positivo.

• Richard (6/5): Booked because of proximity to the Vatican. - Excellent location for the Vatican City Hot water was a problem, poor pressure and was largely cool. No brush to sweep the floor.

• Marton676 (10/5): It's an amazing place. - The apartment is located in a lovely building close to the Vatican. It's a well-equipped flat with a cosy dining area and two nice bedrooms. We didn't miss anything. It was great. I would like to stay there for a longer period of time. It's a short walk form the Metro stations, there are lot of groceries, and restaurants, bars in the neighbourhood. Everything was fine. We liked it very much!
• Scott (10/5): A very beautiful and well appointed apartment conveniently located in the Prati neighborhood. - A very beautiful and well appointed apartment conveniently located in the Prati neighborhood of Rome, near to the Vatican Museums and St. Peter's Basilica. The host was proactive in communicating with us, making arrival smooth and easy. The living room is light-filled and airy, with balconies accessible from two sides. The property is close to cafes, bars, shopping and the Metro, yet located in an authentic and safe Roman neighborhood. We are looking forward to staying here on future trips to Rome. We have nothing negative to say about this property and our stay here. Highly recommend!
• Anuradha (10/5): Very comfortable and affordable stay in Rome - In the Prati area hence close Proximity to Vatican museum, 5 mins walk. Lots of local cafes, bakery etc nearby. 2 stations Cipro and Ottaviano, just under 10 mins walk. Anto the host was so incredibly responsive to any questions we had. The apartment is spacious, bright, beautifully decorated, so well equipped with everything one could possibly need during a short stay. The mattress and pillows in the master bedroom were just so comfortable!! Anto left many items for us- coffee, biscuits etc and was a lovely touch as we love coffee! Nothing

• Denys (10/5): Vatican entrance 5 minutes on foot. Fully equipped apartment and good communication! Recommend! - Everything was great. We were allowed to check in much earlier. Nice equipped apartment, coffee, cookies. Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with all amenities. Sometimes we felt a smell of drains but this smell was and in the entrance hall, the building itself is surely more half a century old. Do not expect much) 5 minutes opened windows and the problem is gone.

• Aleksandra (10/5): Exceptional - We all loved the location! Grocery story is around the corner, It’s super close to the bus station from where you can reach to any main attraction in Rome. Vatican/ Vatican museum is not even 2 minutes away. Which is awesome!!! The kitchen and the entire apartment was fully equipped! Contact with the owner was great, we felt fully taking care of. We got tips where to go, what to do and where to eat :) Highly recommend!
• Jakub (10/5): I recommend this apartment. - The apartment is well equipped with all modern conveniences. It is located right next to the Mercato Trionfale where you can buy cheese, groceries, fruit etc. It is also very close to the Vatican. It was clean and comfortable. One should note that it is in the centre of Rome so sometimes it can be a bit noisy (especially when vendors open their shops :) ) This building like many in Rome is 'antic' hence there is a water boiler for hot water. It means sometimes you have to wait for hot water but for us it was OK. We know where we are going and what should be expected. Of course, the locals are a bit noisy when they close their shops, talk to each other, run their scooters, etc., but that is Rome.

• Linda (9/5): Clean, comfortable, conveniently located accommodation - tasteful decor - would recommend. - The location of the apartment was ideal for the Vatican tour and for sightseeing generally. Relatively quiet of a night and slept well. Only drawback was the fluctuating water temperature during a shower.
• Olha (7/5): I like the place, but would be nice to reduce negative parts to make place more pleasant to stay. - I like location, communication with hosts, everything necessary was inside of the apartment. There are coffee machine with capsules, washing machine, air conditioners and some welcome cookies, water and wine from host. It was very pleasant to see, that they try to do place comfortable as much as possible. There are a lot of kitchen utensils, enough towels. Few wardrobes, so the apartment is full of equipment. The sink in bathroom is bad, the water is not going fast and it was not comfortable to see that everyday, if you are staying there for a long time. Some frying pans were not really clean. The dishwashing sponge was very old. Also there were no dish soap and not enough toilet paper for long stay (we were for 8 days), but it's not big deal. The shower cubicle was not enough clean (because that is old one and I understand, that it's hard to make it clean in hardly accessible parts) also not in perfect condition, the mount for one handle was broken. Also, would be nice to have clothes dryer, as I didn't find one and dried clothes on clothes hangers. Wifi was not working good in every room. Only in living room it was possible to have no troubles with that.
• Maha (10/5): Great Apartment 2 Mins Walking From the Vatican - It was very comfortable, the owner was communicative and really friendly. The neighborhood was safe. The neighborhood was convenient but really, really touristy. There's a market across the street that gets very active and loud around, oh, 4 am.

One notable aspect is the peacefulness of the house – a quiet retreat after a day of exploring the city. The apartment is situated in a charming neighborhood, with many typical restaurants and cafes within walking distance. The location is ideal to explore the city, with easy access to popular tourist destinations. The thoughtful touch of providing a variety of breakfast items was a delightful surprise and added a homely touch to my stay. The host is kind and easy to reach, readily available to provide suggestions and help of any kind. Overall, a fantastic choice for accommodation – clean, serene, conveniently located, and with a warm touch of hospitality. I would gladly return for another stay in the future. nothing to report, everything was excellent.
