• hygerta (9/5): - Appartamento molto accogliente, c'era tutto il necessario. Letto e cuscini molto comodi. La posizione è OTTIMA. Posto super tranquillo e silenzioso. Per chi piace andare con la bici o camminare, c'è una pedonale che inizia da playa honda e arriva a puerto del carmen davvero meravigliosa. Staff gentilissimo.

• Glenn Vincent (10/5): Sehr schönes, sauberes Appartement! - Das Appartement liegt nur 3 Fahrminuten vom Flughafen entfernt & ist somit sehr praktisch für späte anreisen. Es ist gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. In ein paar Fußminuten ist man an einem sehr schönen Stadtstrand. Die Nähe zu Flughafen und Autobahn ist spürbar, aber wir nutzen ja gerade diese beiden Fortbewegungsmittel selber häufig.
• Valeria (9/5): Great stay - It was clean, there were enough towels for 2 people, there was cleaning supply (except for the toilet cleaning). it's in a good location, there're shops, bus stop, taxi area, sea front in a few minutes walk. The kettle was rusty inside. I can't complain, I would have loved to find more than 2 coffee capsules, but it was no biggie to get downstairs and buy them.

• Alina (10/5): Good flat for its price - The flat was very cozy and clean, with all necessary things. There were also several supermarkets nearby. The flat was also not far from the beach. But if you want to go to a city center, it’s better to have a car. It would be nice to add warm blankets, since in January it was quite cold at night.

• Mihaela (2/5): Unfortunately, this stay did not meet the standards of a "luxury" accommodation - The only positive aspect of this apartment was the ease of check-in. The rest of the experience is described below. I genuinely do not understand how Booking allows this property to be labeled as “Luxury.” After reading the positive reviews, I am not sure whether other guests stayed in the same apartment as we did. The entire apartment had a very unpleasant damp and moldy smell, which was our first impression. The second was the extremely small bed (approximately 140 cm wide), with bedding of questionable cleanliness and the smallest pillows I have ever encountered. Bathroom towels that leave lint behind do not contribute to a feeling of freshness or hygiene either. The decisive reason we left after only 4 of the 7 nights we had paid for, was the fact that the Wi-Fi did not work at all, which was essential for us due to work obligations. When I informed the owner, his response was in style: “Do you realize it’s December 31st and I can’t deal with your problem now?” The real question is whether the owner realizes that this is 2025./2026. and that functioning Wi-Fi is a basic standard for any accommodation — especially one marketed as “luxury.” 🙂 In conclusion, I would strongly recommend avoiding this accommodation when visiting Lanzarote.

• VICTORIA (9/5): Had everything we needed - Location was excellent for the beach, shops, restaurants and local bus. It was quiet - no noise pollution - and safe to walk when dark. There were locals as well as tourists in the neighbourhood so we enjoyed the community feel. The quality of the bedding (sheets & pillow cases) could be better and then we would score the property as 10

Como ya habíamos leido en comentarios anteriores, el suelo del apartamento está lleno de pelos. No han pasado el aspirador en la vida y da mucho asco. - El baño no estaba bien limpio cuando llegamos. - También leimos en comentarios anteriores, que la escoba daba asco. Y, efectivamente, no la han cambiado y está llena de suciedad. - En la descripción de booking, pone que tiene calefacción. Lo que realmente tiene es una estufa portátil. - No hay persianas, por lo que entra mucha luz ya que las cortinas que hay no dan de sí. Menos mal que llevamos antifaces. - Cuidado con el ruido excesivo de los aviones, ya que el aeropuerto esta al lado y por las mañanas, a primera hora, se escuchan mucho. - Conclusión: no se dejen llevar por el título "luxury". Es un apartamento normal.

• Adam (10/5): Czysty przestronny apartament z pełnym wyposażeniem. - Przestronny apartament z balkonem, bardzo dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, łatwy dostęp do apartamentu, czysto, bez problemu można było zostawić rzeczy po wymeldowaniu się z apartamentu Lokalizacja spacerkiem od morza, ale dość monotonna, osiedle takich samych apartamentów bez zieleni czy ogrodów

Is situated in a amazing location, 5 min by car from the airport, 5 min walk from a shopping centre and 6min walk to the beach. Perfect position! No big deal but: Internet reception wasn't great, particularly in the room. Boiler was a bit small, so sometimes we run out of hot water in the shower.

• Matt (8/5): Nice property, good comms. Not a great stay due to poor weather & road work noise all day - Great communication from the property and easy self check in. Nice shower, bed, cooking facilities. Wifi has black spots ans drops out in the bedroom (and bathroom - that side). I booked apartment to enjoy a quiet balcony in the sun but the sun doesn't come onto the balcony from the direction of the house until perhaps later in the day (we had bad weather anyway). Also not the fault of the property but there were extensive road works out side 9am-5?pm every day so you had to go out to escape the noise.
• Federica (10/5): Beautiful house in the center of Playa Honda - The house is beautiful, completely renovated and fully equipped. The position is perfect, in 5 minutes you can reach supermarkets, bars and shops. Also the beach is very close. They accept also newborns and they gave us a bed for the baby without extra price. The owner of the apartment was very kind. The hot water in the shower lasts in few minutes but it is not a big problem.
