• Amanda (10/5): Unbelievably beautiful place to stay! - There are not enough words to explain how stunning this property is, my sister and I were blown away by the design, the pools and the cenote! The interior was decorated so well, the rooms were comfortable, and it had everything you could need, even a washing machine. We would super recommend and 100% stay here again! The check-in was a little unclear as we booked last minute, on booking it says to go pickup a key from a different address (but hopefully the host updates this so it is correct but you actually just need to go directly to the property and you get a code messaged to you)
• Michal (5/5): Average stay. Gorgeous photos. It says 120m2 but the place is in fact 100m2. (75 inside and 25 terrace) - Like the fact it has a large balcony, and that it’s a closed condo. The facilities if you are living there or working are ok. Rooftop pool is super small and the pools outside are more of a design feature than usability. Gym is nice, sauna and steam room were broken and not working. Cenote inside the property for sure adds value. Ac was breaking every few hours, they claimed it’s condensation but it’s not it was just not working and turning itself off suddenly. No kettle to make a tea. There was some old furniture stacked into the washing room which in the end didn’t really bother us but I just couldn’t justify why laundry room needs to be full of junk. The building has a lot of ants so you leave anything out for few minutes they come from everywhere. No separate bedside light switch, so you either have 5 ceiling lights and side lamps in your face or is very dark. Everything is connected to one circuit. Not very convenient. The flat is pretty but it needs a proper deep cleaning, and some maintenance, rugs were a bit dirty and towels very rough (and old). Some kitchen cabinets broken, light above cooktop not working.
