• Aneta (6/5): - Połamane łóżko, pomimo wiadomości na ten temat do właściciela zero reakcji. Brak haczyków na ręczniki w łazience. Wieczorami głośno, że względu na imprezy w lokalach obok, natomiast od 5 rano roboty budowlane na ulicy obok.

• Julia (10/5): отличные апартаменты - Удобное расположение. Отличные апартаменты, очень чисто, все, как на фото. Самые удобные матрасы и подушки, на которых мы когда-либо спали. Хозяин всегда на связи, ответил на все вопросы. Немного шумновато по вечерам из-за кафе внизу, но это не критично :)

A 50 mt da un ottimo deposito bagagli qualora ci fosse la necessità. Pulito e fornito di qualsiasi comfort. Staff molto cortese e disponibile, molto rapidi nel rispondere a eventuali dubbi o domande. Nel weekend è un quartiere molto rumoroso a causa della movida serale.

• Veronica (9/5): Spacious, central, and well-equipped, but noisy at night with some minor issues. - Spacious, with a big comfortable bed and couch, both suitable for sleeping. Well-equipped with essentials like a microwave, coffee machine, and fridge. The location is excellent very central, easy to reach from public transport, and within walking distance of major attractions, restaurants, and sights. The apartment was clean and overall very comfortable, making it a great base for a short stay. Downsides: the apartment is in a nightlife area, so it gets quite loud at night something to keep in mind if you’re a light sleeper. The showerhead holder is broken, so you have to hold it while showering, which is inconvenient. Check-in starts at 15:00, which feels late, especially if you arrive earlier in the day. The Wi-Fi didn’t work at all during the stay.

• Aquilini (9/5): - La stanza è molto luminosa, l’appartamento è in una posizione ottimale e c’é tutto il necessario per un soggiorno: lavatrice, piccola cucina attrezzata. La struttura d é costeggiata da bellissimi locali tra cui alla sera è impossibile scegliere, anche se possono risultare un po’ rumorosi il sabato/la domenica sera. L’host fornisce tutte le informazioni necessarie per accedere alla struttura, rendendo molto facile le operazioni di check-in e check-out. Il punto forte è senza dubbio la posizione, vicinissima anche alla metro e alla fermata dello shuttle per l’aeroporto.

Odanın kapısı kırılmış ama onarılmamıştı. Buzdolabı soğutmuyordu. Aldığı puanı hak etmiyor. Fotoğraflarda, olduğundan çok daha iyi gibi görünüyor.

• Rachel (1/5): - בזמן השהות שלנו בדירה היתה פריצה באמצע הלילה כשישנו הפריצה נעשתה עם מפתח וזו לא הפריצה הראשונה שיש במקום זה נגנבו לנו דברים יקרי ערך ובלילה שלאחר מכן לא הייתי מסוגלת לישון מחרדה שזה יקרה שוב כמו כן מהמחשבה שמישהו נכנס בשעה שישנו בדירה ויכל לפגוע בנו הפיצוי שקיבלנו היה מתחת לכל ביקורת פחות מרבע משווי הדברים שנגנבו ובהתחשב בעובדה שהפריצה הייתה בגלל חוסר אחריות של מקום הארוח ואחרי מקרה דומה בעבר היו צריכים לפצות הרבה יותר טוב לפחות את שווי הדברים לפני שאני בכלל מדברת על עוגמת הנפש שנגרמה לנו בעיקבות המקרה באותה קומה איתנו היתה משפחה שאפילו לא נעלה את הדלת ולהם לא פרצו מה שמעלה חששות לגבי זהות הפורצים שידעו את קוד הכספת עם המפתח. מבחינתי אחרי שהתארחתי בכמה דירות ארוח באיזור זה לדירה זו לא אחזור.

• Nicole (6/5): Pros and cons to the apartment - The positive aspects: the place was clean, the second sofa bed was pulled out and made already which gave me plenty of chioice to relax. Of course the location, it is very central, walking distance from virtually everywhere. The kitchen was also clean and nice.the instructions on the video sent of how to get to the apartment was very good and very useful. The negatives,: There was no soap what so ever, nothing. Just for your hand and thats all. Also the kitchen is completely empty no salt sugar coffee nothing, it would have been nice to have a welcome bottle of water. Its a busy party street so it can be noisey at night especially weekends. The shower placement was broken which was annoying to have showers holding the shower head and after about 15 min the shower turned cold, almost like a timer on the hot water. Also the place needs a good clean, it dropped my slipper under the bed and it was full of dust when i got it. It would be nice for the place to be revamped a bit, some of the furniture is very old.

• Yevgeniya (1/5): Wir können diese Wohnung absolut nicht empfehlen, sie ist unsicher. Wir wurden nachts im Schlaf ausg - Nach unserer Ankunft in der Wohnung konnten wir das Gebäude problemlos betreten. Uns wurde jedoch nicht mitgeteilt, dass Wohnungstüren in Ungarn anders verschlossen werden als in anderen europäischen Ländern. Man muss den Griff anheben und, was am wichtigsten ist, die Tür mit einem Schlüssel abschließen, da sie von außen geöffnet werden kann. Außerdem war die Haustür jedes Mal offen, wenn wir das Gebäude verließen. Dadurch waren wir nicht sicher, da jeder das Gebäude betreten konnte. Die Wohnung roch widerlich nach nasser Wäsche, und auch Lüften half nicht. Das Küchengeschirr war gesprungen, und es fehlten nur ein oder zwei Löffel und Gabeln. Im Badezimmer gab es keinen einzigen Haken, sodass man Bademäntel und Handtücher nirgends aufhängen konnte.
• Maria Celina (1/5): Muy malos anfitriones, frente a un hecho de inseguridad, no han respondido. Serán responsables? - Nos han entrado a robar mientras estábamos durmiendo la primera noche. He contactado con el anfitrión y me respondió sin interés alguno. La forma de trabar la puerta tenía una explicación confusa, por lo que creímos que quedaba cerrada, pero no. Seguimos las intrucciones de la foto, pero con ello la puerta se abría igual desde afuera. Creemos que los anfitriones estaban al tanto, pues qué casualidad que la primera noche, en un apartamento que no daba a la calle, sino un segundo piso de un edificio. Quisiera saber si la estadía tiene seguro o puedo hacer alguna reclamación. Este hecho nos ha amargado las vacaciones

• Lisset (10/5): Agradable - Llegamos y nos equivocamos de edificio, pero le escribimos al anfitrión y excelente, respondió al instante y nos ayudo en todo momento. Incluso a mis hijos se les han quedado un par de souvenirs y les escribí para ver si me los podrían enviar y sin problema ya tenemos nuestros recuerdos en casa. El departamento es amplio y esta muy bien ubicado. A pesar de que todo era con instrucciones, nos equivocamos en en el edificio y estábamos tratando de sacar la llave de otro departamento. pero se puede mejorar

• Rubén (8/5): - La ubicación es inmejorable, en pleno centro de Budapest. Apartamento cercano a la mayoría de atractivos de la ciudad. Check-in automático, cómodo y sin complicaciones, pudiéndolo realizar a cualquier hora y de forma sencilla. Apartamento sencillo, pero muy funcional y cómodo. El apartamento necesita algo de reforma y se nota que sus instalaciones son antiguas, pero todo funciona perfectamente y no tuvimos ningún problema. Lo único, el soporte para colgar la ducha está roto.

• Zoltán (6/5): - Egyszer hívtuk a megadott a számot, nem vették fel, és nem hívtak vissza később sem. A nappaliban levő ágyat nem nevezném 2 személyre ágynak. A külső része nagyon nyikorgott minden mozdulatra. Lehet azért mert hiányzott egy fiók belőle, és így a stabilitása nem volt megfelelő. Nagyon jó helyen van, és mégis csendes.

Since there were four of us, it was great that the extra bed was already set up. The coffee machine, microwave, oven, iron, and stove were all there and working perfectly. We were really happy with our stay. The location was also great — very close to public transport and the city center. While the location of the apartment was great, it was quite noisy at night — there was a lot of sound coming from outside. Also, the air conditioning could have worked better; it was loud and didn’t cool the room very well.

• Melissa (4/5): Great location but a lot of improvement needed. - We liked the location and the hosts provided us with the information we needed. We loved the fact that the apartment was so easily connected to the metro and with playgrounds nearby. If you are offering a kitchen, it has to be clean. Especially if you know a family is coming. This is one of the reasons why we like renting an apartment. Because we can eat out and reheat left overs if needed. And that was not possible with the oven being the way it was. Not enough trash bags. The fans available were all dirty or didn't work at all.
• Elina (10/5): Exceptional - WONDERFUL! I had to change hotels a 8pm because the one I had originally booked was horrendous. The BDA staff was available immediately and helped me in minutes. The appartment was lovely, spatious, well equipped and clean. I would come back. The bar downstairs is a little noisy, I wasn't bothered by it but you might want to bring earplugs.

The whole apartment was amazing, very modern , heated , comfortable and lovely. Although it is near bars and clubs the noise from outside could not be heard when you are inside. The location of the apartment is above bars where there is a lot of loud music and karaoke from 10 pm to 3 am. Also, if you close the windows, you can hear a lot. I couldn't fall asleep for a long time and slept badly. The apartment is suitable for someone who can sleep in noise.
• Gelfiya (7/5): Great stay all in all. - The host is super-nice, very responsive and supportive; all my questions and requests were answered instantly and in a very client-oriented manner. The location cannot get more central, it is a few minutes away from all the major attractions, restaurants, cafes and places of interest. The apartment is very clean, comfortable, well furnished, and has all of the amenities one could possibly need for daily activities - from washing and ironing to cooking and baking. A great choice for a family or a group of friends for short or long-stays. The centrality of location is a double-edged sword, as it is very noisy during the night if windows are open. Insulation is great, though, closed windows cut off all the noise very well, but then it gets too warm :) The hot water was running out after a few minutes of shower and I ended showers with cold water. The host explained that it was due to some issues with the central water heating and the apartment was relying on a small water heater in the kitchen. I would recommend investing in a decent water heater for this commercially leased property, it was warm outside and I was staying alone, yet I had to save water and take super-quick showers.
• Ayman (8/5): Very good - The apartment was very good in general, clean and well equipped except the AC , location is easy access every where. There was no AC and it was little bit hot and I need to keep the windows open but the location of the apartment is in a very noisy area specially in the night till 3 am , some issues with arrangement in the beginning but was solved fast .
