• Dominique (6/5): Mooi appartement in een gebouw in verval - Locatie is top. In de buurt van winkels en restaurants. Het appartement was OK. Modern ingericht maar er is nood aan wat onderhoud. De toaster was kapot en nog dezelfde dag werd er ons een nieuwe gebracht. Het volledige gebouw is onderhevig aan betonrot. Er zijn netten gespannen rondom om vallend steenpuin op te vangen. Losliggende vloertegels in de lobby. Onafgewerkte gipsplaten tegen de muren. Op drie weken is het water 2x een ganse dag afgesloten door een lek. Geen douche, geen vaat en vooral geen WC doorspoelen. Niet aangenaam. De lift is 4 dagen onbruikbaar geweest. Valt nog mee als je, zoals wij op het 4de logeert, maar niet indien je op het 13de zou logeren.

• EmmaCraig13 (10/5): Lovely clean apartment in the heart of everything you need! - Robert was a perfect host, and allowed me to check-in 3 hours early which I really appreciated. The apartment was clean and tidy, with great facilities such as the swimming pool. Best of all was the location. A wide selection of bars, restaurants and supermarkets on the same street. It was a short walk to the beach and the busier nightlife areas (5-10 minutes walk away!). Whilst being so close to everything I wanted, it was also very peaceful and quiet for sleeping. The mattress could have been more comfortable. I did not like the large sofa cushions being on the bed. 2 extra pillows would have been better than the 2 pink sofa cushions. No air-conditioning.

• Christian (1/5): Sucio, incómodo y sin seguridad - Absolutamente nada. Nada se parece a lo que se describía en el anuncio. El cierre del balcón no encaja y no cierra, lo que deja el apartamento totalmente inseguro, te vas y no puedes cerrarlo bien, cualquier vecino podría entrar fácilmente. La cama es muy incómoda y deformada, el sofá está roto, hundido y también deformado, con una mancha enorme en el reposabrazos. La luz del salón no funcionaba, tampoco la del espejo del baño. En la cocina encontramos muchas hormigas y las sartenes estaban sucias. Las paredes muestran claramente que no se han pintado desde que se compró el piso. Lo primero que hicimos fue lavar toda la ropa de cama y las toallas, porque no inspiraban confianza. En resumen, no se corresponde con las fotos ni la descripción, y la relación calidad-precio es pésima. No lo recomendaría.

The noise pollution was also very high and was hard to get good sleep due to the street noise

• Barpaga (9/5): A perfect choice for holidays - Good location, near to all amenities, neat and clean , everything was in order. The only drwback is that no air condition just the electric fan. The host is a kind helpful man .
• Gelu (10/5): Exceptional - The appointment was very clean , we had everything that we needed, including washing machine. We had a nice view from our apartment. No needed any air conditioning because all the time we had cooler weather from the ocean. Very close to the shops and the beach.. There is a bus stop which it takes you to the south airport. The manager of this appointment is very helpful, amazing . His name is Robert. If you need any information or advice, he is very kind and helpful to help. Nothing, everything for us was perfect. We will definitely come back to this apartment next year.
• Jake (8/5): Really fun and would stay again - Loads of room and amenities. Host was very friendly and welcoming upon arrival. And helpful throughout. Was in the centre but far enough out to not get the nightlife noise. Not much however we did have a problem with the electricity just switching but the host sorted it asap. We also found 1 cockroach but was easy to dispose of.
• Edward (10/5): Great apartment in a fabulous location - Great facilities including kitchenware and WiFi. Spotlessly clean both inside the apartment in around the pool area. Terrific location. Lovely host who was great at keeping in touch Nothing.
• Vasiljevic (10/5): Place to come back over and over again ✨ - The location is perfect, walking distance to sandy beaches, supermarkets, restaurants, bars, clubs. The apartment itself is cozy and clean, well equipped with fabulous seaview. Perfect for 2, although 4 people can also get along well as there is a sofa bed available. If you feel like cooking, there are all the utensils needed (and we did. Cook:). The pool is enormous and was almost always empty. The host, Robert is very friendly, nice and easy going. Spectacular choice, 5 ⭐ Only the fact that we needed to leave :)

• Mihai (6/5): A place with great potential, but ... - The host (friendly, communicative and always being ready to help). The location is great! Close to everything! I really think that this apartment has a great potential. The thing you have to sleep on is extremely hard to be called a bed. Quite horrifying! You can literarily hear squeezes and other noises as you breathe! Too bad as IKEA is about 15 km away .. Also, the cockroaches were an unpleasant presence! We stayed on the same La Honda Edifice several times.. but this was the first time we encountered this problem! Again, a small investment could turn the place into one of the PDLA highlights!

• Clare (10/5): Bright modern apartment in an excellent location for all resort amenities - Great location central to everything very bright clean modern well kept apartment pictures exactly as described sun on the large balcony all day and amazing views down to the sea would highly recommend and would definitely book again. Great pool area plenty of beds and parasols at reception if needed for hire very clean and secure had an amazing time can't wait to come back. 2 Keys would have been a bonus

• Francesca (8/5): Great location and value for the price. Did not use the pool as the beach was only a short distance away. Others seemed - The host was very friendly and welcoming. Even gave us a bottle of water and bubbles upon arrival. Newly renovated and clean. Overall good stay. The outside of the property looks a bit run down. Upon arrival, this was concerning. However, once we arrived to our apartment, all worries had subsided.

I’ll book again! - newly refurbished. really nice and breezy apartment! was wonderfully cool on the hottest days. in a a decent apartment block I’ve stayed before. great wifi. literally everything you need in a kitchen to cook any meal. all appliances new. and easy to use. comfy bed. great for Solo or couples. nice decor, homely and ‘cute’ I would highly recommend! had problem night I arrived with main door security card. owner was most helpful. although this was the 24 her security desks job to help me with! they passed me on to owner! who soon got it fixed. really nothing to moan about! great apartment, great location. to shops, bars, restaurants beaches etc…
