Michael (9/5): - Der große, komplett eingezäunte Garten und der tallow Seeblick
Christina und karsten (10/5): außergewöhnlich schöner Aufenthalt - Es war sehr sauber und die Lage ist gut. Es ist eine gute Mischung zwischen alt und neu - z.B. neue Küche, aber alter Ofen im Zwischenzimmer, alte und neue Möbel. Es gibt einen Kamin, den man aber im Sommer nicht braucht. Der Empfang war sehr gut organisiert. Ein Parkplatz ist vorhanden - wichtig! Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut mit Gasherd, Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine in der Küche, sehr guten Betten und Ventilaroren in den Zimmern, Badewanne, Waschtisch, WC und Bidet. Schönes großes Grundstück mit Terrasse inkl. Sitzplatz / Tisch, Liegen und Sonnenschirm. Es steht ein Grill zur Verfügung. Das Anwesen hat alten Charme und ist gepflegt. Wie beschrieben, steht das Haus als ganzes zur Verfügung, keine weiteren Gäste im Haus oder Grundstück! Das Haus ist zwar weiter oben (aber dafür weniger Verkehr und ein schöner Ausblick). Die Hunde der Nachbarn sind manchmal etwas nervig. Der Parkplatz ist unbefestigt gegenüber des Grundstücks (der Nachbar hat das besser gelöst - vielleicht ein Tipp für eine künftige Investition)

Wigbold (9/5): Fijn huis met bijzonder fraaie tuin. - Mooi gelegen woning met 2 prima ruime, leuk ingerichte slaapkamers en een woonkeuken. Fantastisch is de grote omheinde tuin met mooie bloemen, ook ideaal als je (de) hond(en) mee hebt, met een fraai uitzicht op het Comomeer en de bergen. Vriendelijke host die snel en goed via de app communiceert en er is ook iemand die ter plaatse snel en aardig de helpende hand biedt. Sommige zaken in het huis zijn aan vervanging toe: bijvoorbeeld de pannen, en de koffiezetter. De inrichting van de woonkeuken kan wat sfeervoller.
Adrian (9/5): Great value for money. - It’s an old charming house. The yard has nice views and the fireplace makes the place cozy. There where some spiders on the walls.
Carrie (9/5): Wonderful stay with a lovely helpful host. - Lovely authentic Villa full of character and quirky. Set in a peaceful village overlooking the lake with gardens and parking space. It could be seen as a little rough around the edges especially where the washing machine was located in the unused downstairs apartment downstairs but we completely loved it and had a wonderful stay. Didn’t want to leave! Cremia had some lovely restaurants and felt very untourusty. Nothing to dislike but a kettle and larger mugs would have been better - we drink alot of tea!
