• Michelle (6/5): Clean flat, only matted by noose - Clean, if rather small room. One of 7 flats in a new build house. Bed comfy. Noise from other occupants. Stairs and front door noisy. You can hear the toilet being flushed and shower running in other flats. Other occupants up early to catch flights means you’re awake too. Wish I’m paid the extra to stay at a Premier Inn and get some sleep.

• Jaison (9/5): Great time - The cliniliness of the environment and the help from staff Rasel was exceptional. The gray walls on bedside could do with dusting as well as under the bed and the movable wardrobe area.
• Mohamed (3/5): Poor - Only thing I liked was bathroom. Clean My wife and I arrived at the property around 6.30pm on Saturday. We were going for a wedding. I paid cash as soon as I arrived, I request a receipt but he took my name and email id and told me he's gonna email the invoice but still didn't receive any invoice. I booked this property because of 8.5 rating. Normally I don't review but this time I have to. Bedding was awful. As soon as I went inside the room I lift the duvet and bed was not clean, I spot ladies hair, Then I lift the bedsheet, mattress protector was not cleaned at all, hair all over, blood stains and dirty pillow case. I called the staff and complained, first he insisted it was clean bedding. When I started to point out one by one he started change the bedding but no extra mattress protector was available. When I complained about pillow case he told me it was the fault of laundry's not theirs. When he was started to change the beddings lot of dust came from beddings and he pull the whole bed little bit forward and I saw rubbish under the bed. At that point I felt I want to leave and find another place to stay but I didn't have time for that, we were already late for the wedding and snowy weather not on my side.

• Paul (8/5): Good, but it could be excellent - The place was clean and good value for money. Nicely designed and good basic facilities. The bed mattress was very uncomfortable as it was rock hard, not firm, but no give at all. Then there was only one pillow, each and both very lacking in comfort.
• Gillian (7/5): I liked my stay in general except the microwave, fridge situation - I liked its proximity to the airport, the train station and a restaurant I liked visiting. I did not like that the room didn’t have its own microwave and a small fridge at least .. we also did not have access to the kitchen unless a staff was present and it was timed.. Meant that if you get in after 10pm, no food for you.. Also, a bit risky leaving someone else in charge of your food..

• Ikechukwu (9/5): Splendid experience - I liked everything about the location, cleanliness, comfort, and convenience. The facilities were great, the wifi was fast as recommended. It was good value for money really. The heating was not encouraging. The heater was not on and the alternative heating system provided was not effective, I was cold. Moreoever, I would have appreciated information about any nearby restaurant or glossary shop to buy some food since none was provided in the facility.

• Abdul (8/5): Worth the value! - Friendly reception staff. Nice room and facilities. Loved the bathroom! Parking was thankfully available at the driveway and the on street parking. Also about a 10minutes drive from Thrope park! It's good value for money. Quite residential street. Stairs were narrow, but a very minor inconvenience.

• Liane (4/5): The guesthouse looks lovely, but the things it is missing mean I wouldn't stay here again. - The room was lovely and big, TV, heater and fan. Bath was huge. No hand towel and bath mat in the bathroom, bathroom floor was so slippy. The bed was the hardest thing I have ever slept in, I did not sleep at all. Also, as there are no carpets anywhere, all I heard all night was other people talking and shouting.
• Down (7/5): Very clean and tidy - Very clean house and new Because the whole building is tiled it means that all noises travel around the house. We had a very rude couple staying who were having an argument which could be heard everywhere. In addition anyone that opened or closed doors etc would echo around the building. I think some rugs or wall hangings around the building may help with this a bit

• Antony (9/5): Fresh and clean rooms. Will probably use again in the future. - Immaculately clean and attractive room and bathroom. Everything is fresh and new and there is plenty of space. Really good bathroom. There are a couple of car parking spaces on site, but there is also ample on-street parking if needed. Friendly and helpful staff. Sound-proofing not great (possibly because of the gaps under the doors). If all guests are quiet, then it's great. But I had to tell the people in the next room to turn their tv down on one night as I couldn't sleep.

The place is very clean, very modern, the host greeted us late as we arrived around 9.45pm and was very helpful, it was spot on.
• Andrea (5/5): It’s okay - It’s very clean and modern inside. The owners were super friendly and helpful. It’s SO loud. You can hear everything unfortunately. It’s very ideal if you need a good night rest. It has a very hostel feel to the place. Good for money and definitely just easy for a quick cheap night before an early flight but so so noisy and not ideal if you’re looking to get some rest.

• Terence (5/5): Clean and well maintained but disapointingly cramped - The room was clean and the bed ok. The area is fairly quiet. The showers etc wored well. The ownders have crammed a lot of accommodation into a limited space. As a consequence our room was just a little bigger than the bed, which was quite a a shock given the photos online. Maybe make a point of asking for a larger room when you book. The stairs need to be carpeted. This is an airport-related hostel so people are srriving or leaving at all hoursr with suitcases, so make quite a noise as they pass by
• Jonaline (9/5): Good stay with great staff - We only stayed one night but the staff were really friendly and accomadating to our needs. We needed to check in early and Mohsin and Rasel made sure to make it happen. Great communication skills and easy check in and out. Would recommend this place to anyone.
