- Jonathan (8/5): Nice facilities but you should be advised on the construction works happening prior to booking - Location in Broadbeach, room was good size with view of the ocean. Pool, sauna BBQ area nice No prior warning about the crane and construction work that would be happening right in front of hotel. We asked some questions regarding TV and wi-fi via booking.com and received no reply.

Parking in garage was greatđ Pictures of the apartment in the add were truthful. Wonderful view from the apartment, and pools, jacussi and sauna in the facility. Jodie was always quick to reply on any question we had. Would absolutely book here again if we decide to visit the area. That I couldn't stay longerđ

The key wasnât in the box when I arrived & required lots of calls and messing around to get access to the property. The owner didnât offer recompense or much assistance other than to chase his housecleaner, which took nearly an hour.

I sent a note through to Booking.com but never received a reply. Also we packed our car in carpark 43 as instructed but received a note on our windshield to say it was somebody else elseâs car park. The lady in the downstairs office confirmed we should have been in car park 39.
- Desmond (6/5): Pleasant - Very poor booking, we couldn't get into the property as there was no record of our booking, we had to book into another hotel for 2 nights, which cost us $1900, till we managed to sort out the poor booking mess your office did, We expect compensation from your office for the problems you caused with your poor office work, this problem ruined our holiday, (but in the past we have used BOOKING. COM many times, but with this poor office work this time we are reluctant to use it again, unless Regards Desmond Kuss

Attention to detail with functional tv in lounge area would have made our stay even be - Great location, walking distance to beach, pacific fair and the oasis shopping centre. Tv in the lounge area was not connected to aerial. Contact was made to booking.com to assist to enjoy watching. But received no reply. Later found tv aerial on opposite wall to where the tv was. Unless the furniture was rearranged you could only play a dvd if you had one on the lounge tv. As we were there for relaxation to take full use of the apartment as friends, it made that part of our stay little frustrating.

- Cullen65 (9/5): Comfortable Beach Experience - The location at Broadbeach is superb as it's away from the hustle and bustle of Surfers Paradise. The view was spectacular overlooking the ocean. Access to dog friendly cafes were an easy walk either via the street or grassed beach walkway. The apartment and bedroom were very comfortable. No instructions for the android tv was very frustrating. The carpark is cramped and not suitable to large SUVs. One set of bedside lights didn't work and the tap in the laundry tub was hanging loose. Getting the keys is a nightmare. They are located in a key safe on a fence across the road adjacent to the venue. Street parking is very limited which resulted in a long walk to both retrieve and return the keys.
