A damage deposit of EUR 400 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
As established in the current regulations from Andalusian government (Decree-Law 2/2024, of January 29) and in compliance with the Special Drought Plan of the Demarcación Hidrográfica de las Cuencas Mediterraneas Andaluzas (DHCMA) has been temporarily prohibited the use of swimming pools, Jacuzzis, saunas, water for irrigation, etc., until further notice with the aim of reducing consumption and guaranteeing the human supply.
In Spain, if you own a place for tourists to stay, you have to keep a record of who stays there. It’s a rule that’s not widely known. This record needs to be shared with the authorities, like the Civil Guard, to ensure public safety.
The traveler registration form must be filled in at check-in with the details of guests aged 16 and over. The registration form must be sent to the authorities within 24 hours of the arrival or departure of the guests. And also, the travel registrations must be registered by the host in a travel register book, which can be in physical or digital format, with a minimum of 100 pages and a maximum of 500 pages.
We inform you that it is mandatory to pay the entire deposit before the check-in date. If you have not completed the payment of the deposit in full before said date, your reservation will be considered non-refundable and you will not be able to access the property.
In addition, it is an essential requirement to present a photograph of the identification documents (ID) of all guests who will be staying.

- Andres (7/5): Location is great, apt. could use some improvements, but was OK. - Location is great. General area is very nice and the promenade and beach are nearby. Morning sun on the balcony. Style and furniture choices were alright. Bed and bedding were good. Internet was fine. Slightly shabby. Bathroom door would not close because of moisture defect. Weeds in the garden. Strange kitchen, cutlery drawer is below the oven so nearly at floor level. Could be better equipped with glasses and crockery. There's street behind the fence, and unfortunately also glass bottle collection point with its loud noises. TV seemed to have channels in Spanish only.

- Amanda (6/5): The property is ok and needs some TLC - Location was excellent There needs to be some improvements to the apartment - fitted sheet on the bed that fits, bath mat for safety when getting out of shower or bath, the garden needs all attention, removing the weeds, cigarette butts and a clothes maiden that doesn’t have broken spokes, some basic products washing up liquid, bleach and disinfectant
- Darren (6/5): Overall our stay was nice, I just feel more could have been done to accommodate the sleeping arrange - Bedding should have been laid out or bed should have been made up for our daughter. Trying to find any bedding in drawers or cupboards at midnight after travelling isn't the best!!! Also a complimentary bottle of water would have been a nice gesture. Instead we had to walk about in the dark trying to find a shop to buy water.

The apartment is quite big, with king size bed.
Location is nice and close to beach. I have arrived at midnight and apartment was super hot, like sauna. Apparently heating was on in June (!) and the floors were just hot. since the AC is installed one it was not super clear what temperature should be put to switch it off. The staff just answered me at night that they do not have floor heating. I couldn’t sleep at night because of hotness, since I was along- I didn’t feel comfortable to keep the terrace door open since it was the ground floor. The bed linens and towels were clean, but the rest was not refreshed- floors were a bit dusty, tubes with shampoo and bshower gel looked like staying for some long period of time, variety of dishes in the kitchen was super pure and those available were not pleasant for usage. The sofas in the leaving room are dirty and you cannot sit there without putting something on top of it. There was no iron & ironing board due to fire security reasons as I was told.
- Dace (6/5): Not clean apartment, but nice location. - The location was great - not far (10min) to Marbella old town and not far (5-10min) to wide beach near golden line. The apartment was not clean and tidy:
-The curtains were drawn;
-The small yard near the terrace was overgrown with weeds and the disposable grill used by the previous customer was thrown in the corner;
-The sofa was dirty with stains;
-The doors were dirty from filthy fingers;
-Long black hair from a previous client was lying in the bathroom etc.
