• Suzanne (10/5): Excellent - L'appartement est bien situé pour visiter Marbella. Il est propre, bien meublé et décoré. La cuisine est vraiment complète et il y a beaucoup d'inclusion. La vue sur la mer était splendide. L'appartement possède aussi un grand balcon et on a adoré s'y reposer. Notre hôte a été très gentil ainsi que la dame qui nous a reçu. On recommande sans hésitation cet endroit. Un petit peu bruyant par moment car on entend des claxons juste en bas.
• Shaunna (10/5): Perfect for 2 couples - What a view! Everything was perfect and the apartment had everything we needed and more! Loved the privacy of the separate bedrooms, the large patio with charcoal BBQ and outdoor laundry. Comfortable beds and within walking distance to the Old Town Nothing!
• Alison (10/5): Great home away from home! - Large, bright, clean, well equipped. Perfect for two couples with lots of privacy. Grocery store and old town a short walk. Boardwalk across the street. Nothing was great!!

• Kaesemaus (10/5): Tolles Apartment mit traumhafter Aussicht in sehr schöner Lage - Wunderschönes, sauberes Apartment mit riesengroßem Balkon im 7. Stock. Die Aussicht war phänomenal. Parken in der Tiefgarage gratis. Wir wurden von Gloria empfangen und sie war auch sonst jederzeit erreichbar. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer war total unkompliziert. Zu Fuß ist man in 10 Minuten in der Altstadt oder an der Promenade. Ein großer Supermarkt (Mercadona) ist gleich um die Ecke. Wir können das Apartment nur empfehlen.

This is the first time in ten years I've visited Marbella, with beautiful sea views from the large terrace facing the beach, where we spend most of our time and use the barbecue. Close to everything, walking distance without needing a car. The apartment has everything you need: a newly renovated kitchen and bathrooms with high-quality finishes, even beach chairs and an umbrella, with spectacular views from every room, and Mercadona just a block away

• Ruud (10/5): Geweldig. - Het appartement zit op een prima locatie met uitzicht op de zee. Is perfect uitgerust, dus van alle gemakken voorzien (inclusief plaats in de parkeergarage. Bovendien een prima contact vooraf. Geen enkele opmerking. Alles wat is geschreven c.q. geadverteerd, is beslist waargemaakt. Dus geen tegenvallers. Nee, eerder een absolute aanrader.

• Albert (10/5): Exceptional value for money and location - Beachfront apartment with excellent views and a large terrace, very spacious for a family stay, lovely decorated, with the privacy of both separate rooms, each with its own bathroom, all very bright rooms. Facing the sea, the beach is very wide. The best time I was in Marbella, it exceeded my expectations, we will definitely stay again!

It was very handy for public transport with parking on site. Gloria who managed the property was excellent. Damaso, the owner was excellent in communicating with us. Pool area required maintenance.

• Julia (8/5): Lovely facility but very noisy - Great apartment with sea and sunset views, spacious, light and airy. Well equipped kitchen, lovely big TV. We were glad to have shutters which helped reduce the road noise. The old town of Marbella took us oldies around 25 minutes to walk to but is well worth visiting for bars, restaurants and the Gravida museum of engravings. Puerto Banus great to visit - it is accessible by ferry and bus, with a lovely private free art gallery ( Museo Ralli Marbella) We realise the owner can do nothing about it but the road noise was louder than we’d expected

Much more than I expected, beautiful apartment with a huge terrace with table and chairs where I spent most of my time with incredible views of the sea, very spacious and really tastefully renovated and equipped, its unbeatable location in front of a wide beach that stretches to the left for several miles and to the right the port and a very close walk to the historic center makes me definitely return, IMPORTANT for me on the same block as Mercadona
