Chambre vétuste les équipements énoncés n’existe pas, pas de sèche cheveux pas de détecteur incendie ….en étant au 4 eme étages ce n’est pas rassurant petit déjeuner à emporter car travaux, un café sur le palier avec un croissant et c’est tout nuit très bruyante on entend les personnes uriner dans les chambres d’as coté vraiment la pire expérience hôtelière de ma vie j’ai eu honte d’avoir imposé ça à ma famille en choisissant cet établissement

- Laura (7/5): - El alojamiento muy limpio y ordenado. Estaba remodelado. Llegando nos dieron una llave donde podíamos abrir la habitación sin problema. Estaban con remodelaciones en el área de la cocina así que es por eso que nos subieron el desayuno. Estaba incluido y estaba rico, el pan con miga deliciosa pero el café un poco aguado. El baño era un poco chico y la cama un poco incómoda porque se notaba irregular, en el colchón

- Maciej Andrzej (6/5): Bueno para una estancia corta - Que podían quedarse perros y la ubicación Normalmente solemos ir a lo lowcost pero al sumar el parking y el hospedaje del animal pudimos habernos permitido otro lugar con mejores instalaciones y ese mismo precio. Igual queda cerca de línea azul y unas calles arriba hay un parking de tierra gratis que también ha opciones. Tampoco está permitida la mascota en el área de desayuno por lo que tuvimos que turnarnos para ir a desayunar. Sin embargo el personal muy agradable y las instalaciones limpias

Chambres plutôt mal insonorisée, mais pour 2 nuits nous n'avons pas ete plus derangés que cela. Hébergement assez petit.

Las habitaciones muy acogedoras y confortables. Y muy buena ubicación. El baño un poco pequeño y falta de presión en el teléfono de la ducha, pero para unos días te puedes adaptar sin problemas

- RAQUEL (6/5): Buena ubicación - La ubicación No saber el cargo por mascota hasta llegar allí y que el desayuno empezaba a las 08:30 y para nosotros era demasiado tarde porque salíamos a un torneo a las 08:00. Pone también que te dan lo básico de cosas de baño y no había nada más que gel. Realmente no pido mucho más, pero al menos un vaso para poner los cepillos de dientes y una mini repisa para poder dejar alguna cosa. La calefacción el primer día no funcionó, empezó a funcionar cuando llamé para solucionarlo

La camera c'era muffa per tutti, un odore fortissimo, non c'era riscaldamento, eravamo al quarto piano con valigia pesante e non c'era ascensore. Quindi non va bene. E la colazione era strana, non se po' prendere caffè e succo, o uno o altre, le due non, per forza non ritorneremo.

- Morgane (4/5): It was nice having a roof above my head but expect the bare minimum. - The staff was very lovely and communicative. They try to do their best, always there to help and even spoke some English and French and were really patient when I spoke a very poor Spanish. To apologize for the inconveniences caused, they offered me tea and biscuits. There were a lot of issues with my room: The toilet wasn't fixed properly against the wall however after noticing the staff, they sent a worker to have that fixed within the day. The room was the bare minimum, no bin in the room, no tissues, no glass in the bathroom for my toothbrush and no soap for my hands so I had to use the shower gel. Don't expect a mini fridge ! The room wasn't super clean, I even found hair in my bed. I noticed the staff but they responded the day after so I had to sleep a night in potential dirty sheets. Also the blind for the small window was broken so it has to be closed all the time. And due to a lot of rain I found some water in the room. The staff was kind enough to offer me a new room but this one was worst, the window couldn't stay close and the room was smelling of cigarette. I went back to my original room and dealt with it. On a side note, the water pressure is really slow, the sink fausset has the cold and hot part reversed so be careful! Also there is no elevator so if you have mobility issues I don't recommend. The breakfast is quite small and doen'st have many options.

- Sergio (10/5): Un lugar para descansar y disfrutar de un dia gris - Todo, lo primero, que siempre es la carta de presentación, la amabilidad del recibimiento, la linpieza, la habitación, la tranquilidad, pequeño balcón, con vistas. El silencio, se ha respetado, supongo por la temporada baja, pero opino por este dia. Buena ubicación, calefacción. He dormido como una marmotha. 10/10. No entiendo algunas malas críticas, cuando las leía antes de venir, me hicieron dudar bastante, pero tampoco había muchas opciones a la hora de buscar alojamiento, suerte que no hice caso, porque fue una buena decisión, lo cierto que volvería. La ubicación era perfecta ya que a escasos metros tienes las Platja de Blanes y su animado paseo marítimo. En cuanto a la habitación, muy acogedora y limpia. El edificio no dispone de ascensor. El desayuno estaba delicioso!! Perfecta elección de alojamiento si quieres pasar un par de días y conocer Blanes, volvería sin duda.
