• Andrei (9/5): - Хороший отель на берегу. Немного в стороне от всей суеты. В отеле все новое. Персонал улучшил категорию номера и разрешил поздний выезд. Вода в душе стекала к противоположной стене и оставалась там. Завтрак довольно скромный. Для такого уровня отеля можно было бы и побольше выбор. Подушки дешевые какие то синтетические голова всю ночь потела на них.

Продумано все: освещение номера, наличие обеденного стола, косметические принадлежности высокого качества. Здесь тихо и уединенно, нет шума, дискотек - это здорово для семейного отдыха. Особую благодарность хочу передать менеджеру Саломе: решала все наши вопросы, в том числе организовала ужин, несмотря на то, что ресторан закрывался и заказы не принимал ))) Ресторан работает до 21.00 (((

• Daria (8/5): - Good location, comfortable clean rooms with a great view I chose this hotel specifically because of the breakfast, but apparently it was out of season, so breakfast was à la carte. You can only choose one dish. The portion size and quality of the food were very disappointing. I absolutely do not recommend paying for breakfast out of season. We were so disappointed that we paid for breakfast, and we even got up early just for it.

• Leila (10/5): - Really enjoyed my stay here. The staff were super friendly and helpful - it made a big difference. Everything was clean, and it was a huge plus that I could stay with my dog. The beach is literally right outside the hotel, which was amazing. And the view from the balcony - just stunning! Yes, there are a few unfinished buildings nearby, but the hotel’s territory itself is beautiful and very well looked after. I even saw one of the guys carefully watering the plants - it was really nice to see. Overall, great experience! One small thing - it would be great if the gap in front of the balcony railing could be covered. It feels unsafe, especially for kids or small dogs.
• Albrecht (9/5): Sehr schönes Hotel für ein paar entspannte Tage am Schwarzen Meer. F - Das Hotel liegt gut am Strand. Die Ausstattung war sehr gut. Die (noch) nicht fertig gestellten Häuser, die dahinter liegen, stören nicht. Das Restaurant ist sehr gut. Das Personal ist sehr bemüht und freundlich. Beim Checkout gibt es eine kleine Packung georgischen Tee - nette Geste 😀 Bademäntel, Strandtücher 👍🏼 Wir haben als Familie zwei Zimmer gebucht, zwar unterschiedliche Kategorie, aber dennoch hatten wir es angegeben und waren davon ausgegangen, dass sie nach beieinander liegen. Beim Check-in wollten sie uns das nur durch ein kostenpflichtiges Upgrade ermöglichen. Der Bereich für das Frühstücksbuffet ist zu klein und in der Hauptzeit zwischen 9 und 10 sollte man nicht frühstücken. Allerdings ist das Personal auch hier sehr bemüht, um ständig nachzulegen, Geschirr abzuräumen etc.

• Paulina (7/5): Tolle Zimmer und Lage, Service sehr schlecht und einem 5 Sterne Hotel nicht würdig. - Gut ausgestattet Zimmer, ruhige Lage etwas außerhalb der Stadt. Tolles Essen im Hotelrestaurant. Das Personal war nicht geschult und unfreundlich. Es waren hauptsächlich Studenten die wenig Ahnung von Gastronomie und der Kommunikation mit den Gästen hatten. An der Bar wollte ich einen Eiscafé bestellen, 5 Mitarbeiter standen hinter der Theke, jedoch wurde ich erstmal sehr lange ignoriert, musste mehrfach auf mich aufmerksam machen. Das Frühstück war inOrdnung, hätte abwechslungsreicher sein können.

• Ketevan (10/5): A truly wonderful stay with excellent service and comfort - Our stay was excellent. The hotel was spotless, with large, well-equipped rooms that had everything we needed. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help, making the service top-notch. We truly appreciated the comfort and cleanliness, and would be happy to stay again. Breakfast was good and fresh, but adding more variety to the dishes would make it even better. Having a tent or shaded area for outdoor seating would be a great addition for guests who enjoy spending time outside, especially when raining.

Пляж с мелкими камнями и песком. Рядом нет магазинов, но это не проблема. На машине 5-10 минут и Кобулети все можно купить

• Iain (9/5): Exceptionally comfortable, nice food with a great view. - The reception staff was friendly, helpful and spoke good English. The room was very comfortable and well-designed; it was a shame we were only staying one night. We had dinner and breakfast at the hotel and we absolutely enjoyed what we ate: it was also surprisingly well-priced. The breakfast was very good: well-presented, plentiful and tasted great. The central part of the mirror in the bathroom remained steam-free after the shower which was something new for me: I was quite impressed with that. The overall quality of the hotel was the above what you generally find in Georgia in every way: we would happily stay here again. More than one beer option wouldn't hurt - not including the Heineken 0.0, which is actually a good addition to the fridge: every hotel should have such a non-alcoholic beer. The TV could probably be a bit bigger given that, unless you move two chairs directly in front of it, you won't be too close to it due to the layout of the room. Also the sofa could probably use a couple of cushions as it's quite deep.

• TATSIANA (8/5): Good hotel with a sew view you can stay in - The sea view, really spacious room with a kitchen with everything you need. The swimming pool didn't work, it was a pity as I booked this exact place to get an approach to the pool. Jacuzzi was very expensive and got cold in the end. The restaurant worked till 9 pm, not 11 or 10 pm as it was said in the hotel description and at the reception desk. Surprisingly we didn't find khinkali on the menu, but we took a taxi to the restaurant, so it was ok. Also there is a repair nearby, but it wasn't very noisy, just not very cozy while checking in.

• Frangipani1 (10/5): Mega Hotel mit Hammer-Pool! - Ich war drei Nächte im Miramare Magnetic Beach Hotel in Kobuleti und es war einfach super! Der Pool war echt der Wahnsinn, richtig schön und perfekt zum Chillen. Auch sonst hat alles gepasst: super Lage, gemütliches Zimmer und total nettes Personal. Man fühlt sich einfach wohl. Ich würd auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!
• Mariia (3/5): Неуютно и мрачно - Отель новый, в номере было чисто. Мы не ожидали, что это аппарт отель. Уже на ресепшн поняли, что это совсем не наш вариант. Неуютно, тускло, вокруг стройка. Расположение- окраина. До выхода на набережную нет тратуара нормальной пешеходной дороги, пришлось идти по обочине. Приехали мы около 20:00, вокруг темнота и мрак. Удивило что выход на пляж был закрыт. Бассейн тоже. В номере ванна посреди ванной комнаты. Душа нет. Мыться всегда с ванной без шторок с прозрачными дверьми - такое себе удовольствие. В общем мы посмотрели номер, территорию.. и сразу аннулировали бронирование и уехали.

• Eric (7/5): Moyen - Belle chambre avec une vue magnifique sur la mer. Petit déjeuner excellent, restaurant assez bon. L'hôtel n'est clairement pas un 5 étoiles, pas de jacuzzi, pas de salon de coiffure, pas de salle de sport, comme pourtant indiqués. L'hôtel est loin de tout, ne semble pas complétement terminé, joint des portes laisse entrer l'eau lorsqu'il pleut, files qui pendent du balcon.

Jedzenie jest dobre, pokoje są bardzo duże, łóżko mega wygodne. Problem zaczyna się gdy chodzi o obsługę . Część jest naprawdę profesjonalna, ale bardzo dużo zależy od tego na kogo się trafi . Dla przykładu - raz kawę można kupić dopiero od 12, raz już do śniadania / lepszą kawę, np cappuccino, zwykła czarna z mlekiem jest do śniadania za darmo . Raz można wynająć jacuzzi, raz jest nieczynne / na pytanie dlaczego nieczynne, pan odpowiedział nam - jest nieczynne, bo jest nieczynne ! To pierwszy hotel w moim życiu, gdzie bardzo ciężko porozumieć się po angielsku ! Czasem jest to wręcz niemożliwe / i znów, zależy na jaką zmianę się trafi …
• Aleh (8/5): Good choice for a silent-mode vacation - Incredible sunsets from the window, peaceful atmosphere (in October), and a comfortable, pleasant room design. It’s quite far from the restaurants (but thanks to that, there are no noisy places nearby, and you can truly enjoy the seaside tranquility). The main sights of Kobuleti are also some distance away. The beach hadn’t been cleaned after the storm. It would also be worth considering making the breakfast a bit more varied (not repeating the same menu every day).
• Alexander (10/5): - Хороший уютный тихий курортный отель. Приветливый персонал. Все чисто. Хорошая постель. Для тех, кто не сильно любит движ. Для починить - самое то. Завтраки хорошие. Далековато от инфраструктуры. Были в октябре. Например, аптеку было найти не просто. Все что есть в шаговой доступности, не работало. Очевидно, что это сезонная история.
