Strome schody prowadzące do apartamentu, hałas z ulicy, apartament mieści się na imprezowej ulicy, ale to są czynniki zewnętrzne niezależne od właściciela

• Lisanne (10/5): Heerlijk ruim appartement met alles wat je nodig hebt! Dikke aanrader! - Heel erg gezellig en ruim appartement. Van alle gemakken voorzien, we hebben echt niets gemist. Niks! :-)

The apartment is fully equipped with everything you could need, especially the kitchen which had plenty of supplies so that we could cook (5 people). It was extremely clean and we loved the decor! The host was so responsive and answered any questions I had. Nothing.

• Isabelle Boelaert (10/5): Heel leuke verblijfplaats om Rotterdam te verkennen! - de inrichting van het appartement, de voorzieningen, alles was er, zeer gezellig! de locatie was top, geen last van de drukke straat in het appartement zelf ik zelf sliep minder goed, de airco van de achtergelegen garage maakte redelijk wat lawaai. Mijn reisgenoten hadden daar echter geen last van, dus is heel persoonlijk!

The bathroom was to die for and the tv had Netflix. We also had some lovely snacks as a welcome gift. All fantastic. We’d read a couple of reviews about street noise but we didn’t hear a thing as the bedrooms are at the back. Nothing

The location is perfect - very central and in beautiful neighbourhood with many places to eat in immediate vicinity. The hostess was very hospitable and responsive. Definetely recomment it!!

Highly recommend this apartment for family travel. One thing you should consider is the stairs to the apartment is a bit dark so elderly people may have some inconvenience.

• Claudia (10/5): Lovely central appartment! - The appartment is big and has a very nice decoration style. It’s in a very busy street in the evening with many bars in restaurants, but amazingly in the bedrooms you don’t hear the noise! Location is perfect to explore everything walking. We recommend this appartment for a nice stay in Rotterdam! :) It’s a second floor with very narrow stairs and no lift, so for some people it could be tricky with heavy luggage.

Wonderful and design apartment with cosy beds, well-furnished kitchen and nice shower (and shower products). Really convenient owner, and a lovely welcome aperitive basket. We asked to extend our check out time by a few hours and they were really accommodating. I would definitely recommend this apartment and would stay here again if I ever came back to Rotterdam. • Paul (5/5): A cool fun place for younger fit people groups who do not drive, - Access to cafes, restaurants and public transport. Excellent shower. Super big open plan living area. Very clean and well presented The stairs and access to the apartment door: very steep and dark - bordering on dangerous. Not for the elderly or very young children. Very noisy out at the front - going on late into the night. Bedrooms at rear peaceful but facing multi-storey car park lights were very bright. No car parking except insecure multi storey at the rear - 30Euros per day. Thieves and vandals operate in the area - my car was attacked. The cow hide rug was out off keeping with the rest of the decor and (to some) of bad taste.

Loved all the little details like the snacks, coffee/tea, shampoo etc. The location is smack in the centre of Rotterdam, perfect with many cafes and restaurants nearby. Would definitely recommend this place
