• Mikkij22 (9/5): City break - Walking distance to shops, transport very good. Good facilities for cooking. tea/coffee /sugar provided which was nice. toiletries provided except shower gel. Bit of noise from main road,but expected in city, but didn't keep me awake. Host provided clear instructions with photos for access. Would happily stay again when in Belfast 🙂 Minor points .......Couldn't close blinds in lounge, netflix not working. Needs shelf to put toiletries on in bedroom & needs a bedside table( for phone, water, clock etc. -nowhere to put underwear, t-shirts etc as cupboard full of bedding & appliance boxes. Could do with lamp in bedroom and lounge as only main room light, a bit harsh in evening. Overall this wouldn't prevent me from returning.

• Fabienne (9/5): Bon séjour - Appartement très propre situé dans le centre et à 5 à 10 mn à pied des sites à visiter. Bien équipé. Nous avons payé 16 £ de parking pour deux nuits. Garage sécurisé situé au coin de la rue très pratique.

• Ioana Valea (10/5): Excellent - Very modern, clean and comfortable appartment. Excellent location, with parking facilities in the same building. Walking distance to the city centre and the Castle Court Shoping Centre. I would however advise people travelling by car to book in advance the parking place on the NCP website, as you won't have immediate access to it otherwise. Once you book it, you will be given all the info necessary to access the parking place. -
• Daniel (9/5): A simple, clean apartment in a really good location. - Host was very organised, com.unicated well and check-in was very simple. Apartment furniture is simple but nice, has everything you need and is comfy but nothing fancy. Location is ideal for walking into the city centre. Shops and cafes within a stones throw. The only issue we had in the apartment was the lack of smaller lights. The only option for the evening was the main bright ceiling lights or darkness, but this was a minor inconvenience

• David (7/5): Accommodation and location good, but access to building and car park very difficult and stressful. - Location excellent. Modern room. Very difficult to gain entry, involving accessing a key across road from accommodation, beside two phone boxes in an unsafe looking area. Parking also was difficult to both enter and exit. The Car park although in same building, required separate entry. Entry only gained when another guest left, then the payment for parking options, required a photo of a UR code that disappeared within seconds, not allowing time to complete the required process. Spoke to a 'workman' who advised that there were continual problems with this system.
• CHAN (9/5): Decent, affordable, clean - The location is superb. Inside the flat itself, is very nice, the bathroom is amazing, bed is comfy, everything else is functional. They had basically everything you need It was a bit confusing at the start to enter property, but they replied fast so worked out well, for younger poeple they can do this with ease, the older generation might struggle a bit haha

• Emilija (10/5): Second time staying here and won’t be the last. - I’ve stayed here before. The apartment is in a very good area walkable distance from the centre. The apartment was also extremely clean. The host was also lovely and answered all my questions and also took us in at a very short notice!

• Graham (5/5): Could have been better - Flat itself was nice. Spacious. Bed comfy. Clean. Location decent enough Tough to find flat, like a treasure hunt getting the keys and trying to find and then get into the place. Couldn't get the heating or hot water to work. Spent all night shivering.
• Vincenzo (10/5): Appartamento incantevole. - Quando abbiamo deciso di fermarci a Belfast durante il nostro viaggio attraverso l'Irlanda ci è subito saltato alla vista questo appartamentino in pieno centro. è stata una scelta azzeccatissima, le foto non gli rendono giustizia! L'appartamento è enorme, un bagno spaziosissimo con doccia walk-in, una camera comoda, una cucina attrezzata di tutto, persino microonde, tostapane e lavatrice ed asciugatrice combinata. Ad impreziosire il tutto un salotto immenso con divano letto con penisola, testiere reclinabili e una tv led a disposizione da (credo) oltre 50'. Un salotto così grande non c'è l'ho nemmeno a casa. Tutto pulito e profumatissimo. Proprietario disponibilissimo in ogni momento, abbiamo avuto un piccolissimo problema perchè non partiva il riscaldamento, subito si è attivato e in 2 minuti telefonicamente ha risolto il problema ( la ditta di pulizie aveva spento la caldaia inavvertitamente). Non conoscendo Belfast e vedendo un contesto così moderno pensavamo di essere lontani dal centro, invece è nel pieno del centro, a qualche centinaio di metri dal bellissimo palazzo del municipio e dal vivacissimo quartiere della movida. Altra grande comodità,c'è un parcheggio multipiano a pagamento direttamente integrato nel palazzo (ma l'ingresso è molto stretto, se non siete esperti nella guida a destra lo sconsiglio) e un'altro più grande esattamente di fronte all'ingresso del primo, quindi potete parcheggiare a 30 metri dal palazzo. Siamo stati troppo poco.
• CHELSEA (10/5): Coziest spot in the center of the city! - Fantastic location and very comfortable accommodation! Very nearby many pubs, restaurants, shopping! Just a short 5-10 mins walk. We loved that this place offered a full kitchen, washing machine, wifi, and the most comfortable bed!! Loved the view from the windows too! Parking is a separate fee (if you chose to use it). We decided too. To park your car, the car park is located in the same building which was great & very helpful.

• Stephanie Maria (9/5): - Die Wohnung war sehr gut Ausgestattet und für 1 Person reichlich Platz. Alles war sehr ordentlich und auch gut geputzt. Man ist sehr schnell bei der City Hall und im Center. Für das Titanic Museum muss man ein Stück laufen, was aber machbar ist.

• Phillip (10/5): - Contact with the owner was very prompt and helpful. Keys were easy to find. The unit was spacious. Very quiet unit even though it was close to the centre of the city. There is no information on how to use the washing machine - not all machines are the same. Entry to the actual unit was initially confusing.

• Andrea (10/5): Recomendable y economico - Buena ubicacion a 10 minutos del city hall caminando. El apartamento esta bastante completo para los precios que hay en la zona. Todo muy limpio y acondicionado. El dueño muy amable y puedes contactar con el si tienes cualquier problema La forma de encontrar la llave y acceder al piso es un poco complicada, te da instrucciones pero las fotos que manda de la calle son antiguas y las referencias que puedes buscar ya no estan en esa calle. Muy amablemente el hombre de seguridad del super que había cerca nos ayudó a encontrarla (que debía de conocer al dueño porque nos dijo donde encontrar la llave y el piso)

• Aurélie (9/5): - Appartement très propre et bien équipé, idéalement situé au centre de Belfast, proche d'un centre commercial et des pubs,beaucoup de choses accessibles à pied . Parking sur place ( 6,95 pounds pour 24h) et excellente communication avec l'hôte. Emplacement central et donc un peu de bruit de trafic de la route.
• Christina (9/5): Immaculate apartment. Would stay there again. - It was spotless and bedding smelt really clean and fresh. When we couldn’t find all the bedding for the sofa bed I contacted the host and it was dropped off to us within 20mins. We were given amazing instructions with photographs for how to find and access the property, which felt like a fun escape room 😁. Ideal location for exploring the city centre and the Titanic Quarter. Apartment block was really quiet. Host was really responsive and friendly on messages. The blinds in the sitting room are missing some pieces which means if you’re sleeping on the sofa bed in there it lacks a little privacy and lets in a lot of light. A bottle of hand soap in the bathroom would be perfect.

• Kum (8/5): Very good - The apartment is big and clean .It is located near to the city which is convenient. It is quite puzzling to locate and retrieve the key to the main building.. Lighting from the lift to the apt. is dim as it was at the far end.

• Gillian (6/5): Conveniently situated but needs some attention to detail to make welcoming. Bed far too soft for two - Convenient to get everywhere, spacious and light during the day. Nice large shower. Not very welcoming/cosy. Bed very soft and bedding 100% polyester so was very sweaty in the heat. No bedside tables to put glasses, water, phones on, no lamps, no shade on centre ceiling light so very bright. no drawers or dresser, so no surfaces , had to take dining chairs in to use as bedside tables. No lamps in lounge either just very bright spot lights. 2nd night had to sleep on bed settee as by back ached from soft bed. Closed lounge blinds and lots of pieces missing. Such a shame as this could be a lovely apartment. Noticed a few people have mentioned the same things over a year or more so maybe not bothered about comments.

• Laura (7/5): Great location 👌 - Great location, excellent communication with owner. Handy wee spot for exploring the city. Bed and pillows comfortable, nice big shower. Sofa bed quite comfortable. The bed linen supplied for the sofa bed had a stain on it, and the pillow was very old and flat. Take your earplugs please! Window cleaners around at 6am Sunday morning! Traffic noise also which didn't bother us but if you are a light sleeper definitely bring earplugs. Also there were only a few small towels provided.

• Fiona (7/5): Handy for a weekend in Belfast - Centrally located, very convenient for the cathedral quarter. On a main road but traffic noise was not enough to disturb us. Bedroom would benefit from a couple of sets of bedside drawers and lamps, plus lampshade in bedroom. Entry system has a quirk which when advised of by property owner was easily overcome. Access to apartment is via a rather dark grey passage but once into the flat it's nice and light. Apartment was nice and clean and warm once the heating got going. Good shower with plenty of hot water

I did a birthday suprise for my Fiance, i asked the Host if he could get few ballons for the flat, and he did. Had an amazing stay 😊

• Colin (4/5): I wouldn’t stay here again and urge others to look for other options - The pics don’t do justice to the property, it’s much larger and very modern This is a long lost 1. Accessing the property is bizarre to say the least, there is a lock box 100 yards around the corner and across the street randomly placed where houses the building access fob 2. The fob worked once, we luckily were able to tailgate other residents, this is a nonsense 3. The bedroom as no bedside stands and therefore no lamps, anyone wearing glasses is forced to put them on the floor and hope you don’t step on them next morning 4. For some reason the boiler is in the bedroom which makes for sleeping a challenge 5. If the boiler doesn’t get you then the people walking past and the plethora of cars will. The property is on a very busy road and the car noise is very loud 6. The living area has no coffee table (refer pic) and so you’re forced to use a chair if you need a table 7. Unsure why there was no shower gel but maybe I’m being picky

• Tracey (5/5): Ok - The location was excellent. The access to the key box, randomly put on a wall beside two unused telephone boxes and the urine, vomit etc made it difficult to open the key box. The kitchen needs updating and a new fridgefreezer as it is rusting and needs defrosted. Proper utensils and cookware would be good as the ones in the drawer and cupboard have seen better days. The bathroom is nice but the hardware is showing signs of wear. The boiler in the bedroom is really off putting and hard to get a good night sleep. Overall it just needs updating and some cushions and a lamp in the sitting room would come in handy

Getting access to the Key / fob to access the building was very confusing and finding the small security box holding it was 20 meters away across a very busy road junction. Bed was very uncomfortable. Traffic noise was constant throughout our stay and disturbed sleep.

• Murvar (8/5): Very good - Very convenient location for the city centre's amenities. Comfortable bed. Very clean. Safe setting. Big TV. The lounge area and dining chairs would benefit from a few cushions, and that area and the bedroom could do with some soft lighting to make the place more cosy.

Spotlessly clean, really good location too in a really secure building The lock box is across the road, which might be inconvenient for some, but honestly, it's a minor issue, which definitely wouldn't put me off staying again. Have already recommended to a friend!

We enjoyed our stay :) The checking in process was a bit difficult, it felt like a scavenger hunt 😅 The place was a little cold at night, as the heater can only function one hour at a time.
