W (6/5): Could be cleaner - The view from the balcony was nice. It's partial sea view, but we were able to see the road and bit of the city, which was nice. Our point of contact person was nice and friendly, and tried his best to accommodate our requests. The apartment definitely could have been a lot more cleaner. As we walked in, the floor didn't seem like it had been swept or mopped. The bed was poorly done. And there was hair in places from previous guests. There was a lot of dust on the furniture. The cleanliness unfortunately took away from our experience and we ended up cleaning the place ourselves. The whole apartment would benefit from a deep cleaning. The apartment is privately owned in the building, while some apartments are owned by the hotel itself. We noticed that the privately owned apartments didn't have the best relationship with the hotel staff.
