• Luis (10/5): Amazing Staff - The staff was amazing. Andres was exceptional every day that we were there. We were assigned a room that had stairs the first night which was difficult for me plus it had the traffic noise in the front. They moved us to a beautiful one floor room and even moved our luggage while we were on a tour. They brought breakfast to our room every morning which is pretty amazing. We also loved the igloo on the balcony and the views were incredible. It was all great except traffic noise the first night

Das Personal super freundlich, die Zimmer und die Lage herausragend, sogar seine Wäsche kann man in modernen Maschinen waschen - Nur zu empfehlen wir kommen wieder :-) Unser Zimmer war dieses Jahr etwas hellhörig - aber kein Problem

• Kacper (10/5): A very comfortable hotel with a beautiful view - A very good hotel, located in a peaceful and quiet area. I had a very clean and comfortable room with a beautiful view of the mountains. The staff were friendly and even allowed me to check in earlier on the day of my arrival. Breakfast was brought to the room at the arranged time and was quite tasty. I would definitely recommend this place.

• Marcio Ferreira (8/5): Ushuaia com design - O hotel é bonito e novo. Tem um design bacana. Adorei a vista tanto do quarto quanto do rooftop que é panorâmica dando para ver as montanhas todas e o mar. O abrigo aquecido com os sofás no rooftop também é muito bacana, dá para tomar a garrafa de vinho que ganhamos de brinde na chegada ☺️. Os quartos são equipados com um local para comer e cozinha de forma a facilitar lanches caso não queira sair na cidade, principalmente quando chove. Destaque para máquina de café e capuccino no rooftop liberada para uso dos hóspedes Não consegui controlar corretamente a calefação e o quarto ficava muito quente às vezes. O café da manhã servido em cestas para comer no quarto é bem interessante no primeiro dia, mas depois se torna repetitivo. Para mim não foi problema, mas quem não está acostumado com escadas escolha um quarto de apenas um andar.

Au lieu de le composer avec beaucoup d'ingrédients, il vaut mieux en enlever et intégrer des ingrédients de qualité.

Insonorizzazione completamente assente, si sentivano tutti i rumori del traffico che venivano da fuori e dai vicini, è impossibile dormire senza tappi. La colazione viene portata in camera con una bag, è sempre uguale e la qualità veramente molto bassa. Per il transfer dall'aereoporto all'hotel ci hanno chiesto 40 dollari, che è una follia considerando che con un Uber se ne spendono neanche 5. In generale, considerando il prezzo non bassissimo, non mi sento di consigliare questo hotel.

• Luca (6/5): Für diesen Preis eine Entäuschung - Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, eine gute Lage und eine saubere Unterkunft. Besonders positiv war, dass auf unseren Wunsch nach einem Late Check-out eingegangen wurde, was wir sehr geschätzt haben. Für den Preis hätten wir deutlich mehr erwartet. Unser Zimmer im Erdgeschoss lag zwischen Waschküche und Rezeption (2m neben der Rezeption entfernt), wodurch es sehr hellhörig war. Das Frühstück war für diese Preiskategorie enttäuschend. Einfache Auswahl und Vorauswahl am Vorabend etwas umständlich. Auch der Schlafkomfort liess durch durch zu weiche Matratzen (eher Hängematte) zu wünschen übrig. Zudem funktionierte die iPad-Steuerung nicht zuverlässig, und das Zimmer war trotz heruntergeregelter Heizung zu heiss, meist. 26 Grad. Insgesamt würden wir die Unterkunft nicht weiterempfehlen, da es in dieser Preisklasse bessere Alternativen gibt.

• Perez Rico (9/5): Hotel moderno, bien ubicado y con detalles que hacen la diferencia - Me encantó la ubicación, a pocos metros bajando la calle ya estaba el Canal de Beagle, el puerto y la oficina turística de información. La calle san Martín a una cuadra, donde conseguí lugares para comer y comprar lo que necesite. Y justo al frente del hotel está el museo del presidido. El desayuno sin gluten está bien completo me gustó! En el rooftop las vistas son increíbles y cuentan con un domo donde podes descansar y tirarte en unos sillones disfrutando algo caliente, tienen disponible una máquina para que te sirvas chocolate, café, lo que gustes 😊 es un lindo detalle que te reconforta cuando llegas de alguna excursión y con frío. Las instalaciones son bien modernas, todo nuevo! Buena presión del agua, calefacción 10/10, en la habitación tienen losa radiante y podes andar hasta descalzo del calor que hace. La vista desde mí habitación era bastante limitada, (204) y al reservar no sabía que la habitación y baño estarían arriba subiendo en escaleras.. a veces estaba cansada y renegaba de eso. En la habitación no cuentan con veladores cómo para leer por ejemplo, sino que es una luz fuertísima arriba que da hacia toda la habitación o sino una luz led que recubre todo el espaldar de la cama ( luz de color) pero que no alumbra nada, es más a modo de decoración. A modo de sugerencia sumaría un espejo más grande o uno más en la planta baja, cosa que uno esté por salir de su depto y pueda volver a verse antes y no tener que nuevamente subir para verse en el espejo del placar en la habitación 😁.

Street noise. On the fourth floor, the noise coming from the street below is as though all the windows are open. Being on a corner and a hill seems to attract all the loud exhaust vehicles.

Had issues with the heat; don't think we understood thermostat. Could hear traffic noise.

El hotel no tiene gimnasio ni piscina.

The breakfast was amazing. And it was nice that they had personalized options "vegan, healthy, traditional, gluten free" and it is served in the room. I really didn't like the fact that they did charge me via booking but we payed at the reception.

The terrace is a really good place to take in the view of the mountains, the city, the ships and Beagle Strait. Nothing. Staff were great. The room was fine. • Carlos (10/5): - O hotel é excelente. Está a menos de cem metros da av San Martin onde podem ser encontrados restaurantes, farmácias e todo tipo de lojas. Perto também da av Prefectura Naval Argentina em frente à Bahia de Ushuaia de onde saem os passeios de barco pelo Canal de Beagle. O hotel é muito moderno, muito limpo e com ótimos funcionários. O último andar é um mirante com área coberta e vista para a Bahia de Ushuaia. Os quartos possuem fogão elétrico, chaleira elétrica, micro-ondas, torradeira e materiais de cozinha. O café da manhã, entregue nos quartos, é bem completo e pode ser levado para o mirante. Um dos melhores hotéis em que me hospedei. Apenas uma sugestão. Colocar alguns ganchos a mais no banheiro para pendurar roupas.

• Kent Douglas (8/5): Nice design, location and space, but comfort could be improved. - Great location just on the edge of city center. Beautiful new design. Large room. Bed was not comfortable. King bed was made by pushing two twins together, so had indentations on each side and high in the middle. Room was quite warm and couldn’t cool as much as I would like, even when running the portable AC unit. Thermostat actual temperature is 3-4° C below reality.

• Christoph (9/5): Nice and clean hotel - Very nice room, good view, friendly staff, clean, good location. Terrasse with excellent view over the city. The breakfast is only served in the room. It was okay but nothing special.

• Linda (8/5): Apartment living in central Ushuaia - Great location, walking distance to central Ushuaia's cafes, restaurants and tours. Laundry was located close to our room, which was perfect for us after weeks of travel. The only downside for me was the steep stairs up to the bedroom (about 16 steps), but we managed to work things out by leaving our bags down in the living area.
• Antonio (10/5): Un acierto en Ushuaia - Es un hotel muy acogedor, original en su disposición y con unas habitaciones muy bien diseñadas. La atención del personal es fantástica. El desayuno entregado en la propia habitación y a la hora que pides es un detalle muy acertado.

• Philippe (7/5): - L’espace assez grand de l’appartement au 6 étage et la vue sur le toit. Bon petit déjeuner apporté à la chambre. Malheureusement on ne pouvait pas contrôler la température et il faisait très chaud, on devait laisser la fenêtre ouverte ce qui amène beaucoup de bruit. L’appartement 602 est juste en dessous de la cuisine et à partir de 5h du matin on entend beaucoup de bruit.
• Daniel (6/5): The design is faulty - The staff did their best but the hotel has its limits. Most of the rooms have a two floor design with narrow stairs to connect. It’s impractical and raises difficulties. The hotel provides two methods of controlling the weather and fails in both: the air condition is not controlled and might move between 17-26 on its own. The second methods is floor heating which might raise the temperature to 30 Celsius.

• Ravindra (9/5): very nice and good support - The room was good. Two levels was also good. It was on ground floor, so not needed to carry my luggage to far. The staff was very helpful. The climate control device was not working properly. But this is only minor, as I could use the window to adjust the temperature a bit.
• Jorg (9/5): Modernes Apartment mit funktionalen Einschränkungen. - Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Der Ausblick von der Dachterrasse war toll. Zu wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten. Das kleine Maisonetteapartment (38m2) wirkte gefühlt deutlich kleiner. Koffer mussten in der unteren Ebene bleiben.

• paloma (8/5): un hotel correcto y limpio bien ubicado - El hotel está muy bien ubicado y es tranquilo. Hay sitio para aparcar por los alrededores. Parece bastante nuevo. El personal es amable. Las camas son cómodas y estaba todo limpio. El desayuno que te llevan en una cesta a la habitación no vale nada. La zona de la cama es muy estrecha. El baño tampoco es grande.

BREAKFAST: - It wasn't what we expected at all! They bring groceries in a cooler bag, and they're very unhealthy, like fast food. We skipped breakfast on the second day. The main problem we encountered... Be prepared to be checked into a room different from the one you selected and paid for. I was very upset because I was only staying for two days. I paid for a deluxe room, but instead received a smaller, single-room room. First, they charged me at reception, and then told me my room was NOT AVAILABLE! After two days of arguing with the management, I still haven't received a refund, constantly offering options that were too complicated for me, and pretending it was my fault. NO! It was incredibly frustrating to hear all this from the first manager and feel like they were making a fool of me!

• Charles (9/5): Good hotel near the main street - A clean and comfortable hotel in a great location Upstairs bedroom with little room to put luggage - thus necessitating leaving the bags downstairs - bit of a nuisance getting changed morning and night

• Fernanda (7/5): - Localização boa, perto da rua principal e com acesso ao pontos turísticos. Lounge no ultimo andar com conceito interessante. O cafe da manha e oferecido no quarto, o que não gostamos muito. Ficamos em três no quarto, um ocupando o sofá cama do andar inferior, o que dificulta a movimentação neste andar, ainda mais tomando o cafe no quarto.
