• stephanie (10/5): Séjour au top. Nikel. - Logement au top ; propre et bien situé. Toutes les commodités sont à moins de 5min (Bus, ferry, train). Ideal pour visiter et se déplacer. L'hôte est ultra réactif ; j'ai reçu en amont toutes les indications (avec vidéos) pour récupérer les clés. On pouvait pas faire plus clair. Le logement dispose d'une cuisine etc ; ce qui est ultra pratique et vous avez un carrefour market à moins de 5 min. Le seul bémol serait l'absence de machine à café. Même si il y a a proximité d'excellent petit café et peu cher suffit juste de s'y arrêter avant de partir en excursion.

O responsável com quem eu estava em contato, começou a ignorar minhas mensagens. Passei vários dias com calor e foi horrível dormir.

• Shohel (7/5): - Sehr sauber und gross. Sauberste Zimmer überhaupt. Hat nötige Utensilien. Wenig Ablagefläche, beschränkte Erreichbarkeit des Concierges durch Whats App, für Schlüssel war sehr gut Rest etwas erschwert. Schlüssel muss man erst in der Nebenstrasse suchen, bevor man rein kann.

• Sofya (8/5): - The location of the apartment is really nice and convenient. It is close to the old city, with a beautiful view of the church. The store is also nearby as well as various café/restaurants. The structure of the apartment itself is also comfortable. The shower has good pressure,and the water temperature is comfortable hot. The apartment has a nice and comfortable kitchen provided with enough utensils. Also, there was iron and a hairdryer. The sheets were clean and fresh as well as towels( there were enough towels for 2 people) Communication is lacking its quality. We had a lot of experience with other hosts. Therefore, we can objectively compare experiences that we have from different places. Often, the answer from this host was following the next day or wasn't answered at all. So this could be an issue. The other important detail is the cleanliness of the apartment. Yes, as we checked in, it was tidied up and and sheets were clean and towels fresh, but the floors were swept, not washed, as by the walking bare feet at the first day my feet turned black. So I needed houseshoes. The shower drain could be cleaned (no, there was no hair or gunk, but the water was very slow to go away). The entrance door (to the building) was very difficult to unlock because the lock constantly got stuck. Also, a few of the other things, it's not the fault of the owner, but it should be mentioned that the level of noise by the traffic and the trains is significant, the manhole cover makes a lot of noise if the car is driving over it. The internet wasn't working when we came. The solution from the owner was to restart the modem. The method worked, but it should be considered that this issue may occur, and for this, you gotta text to the owner and wait for the response.

• Octavian (8/5): Excellent location for walking around Como - The apartment is well located, very close to the Duomo, the pedestrian area and Lake Como. It is at approx. 20 minutes from San Giovanni Station (connection to Milan). We parked on Via Rezzonico or Via G. Brambilla (blue lot) paying 2 euros/h from 8.00-19.00 Opposite the apartment it is a restaurant-pizzeria and a few steps away is Bar Duomo where you can have breakfast and coffee.

• michele (5/5): malgré la bonne situation géographique très déçue par notre séjour. - la situation géographique aucun contact avec le propriétaire, pas de wifi et malgré notre demande, nous n'avons pas eu de réponse. la lunette des toilettes était cassée, une touffe de cheveux trouvé dans la SDB, douche bouchée, un restant de grappe de raisin dans la cuisine.
• Angie (4/5): Only advantage the property has is that it is very central. - It was very central. It was not clean and when we asked to check in earlier the owner did not tell us that there was a luggage deposit a few metres away from accomodation.

• Mswch (4/5): Not worth the price - Good location... that's about it. I'd not stay again. It's very overpriced. Everything is very low quality (beds, doors, furniture), not very clean and it meets barely the requirements for an apartment, there was not even toilet paper. The host did not return our calls or respond to messages for a day. Overall a disappointing experience.
• Maisum (7/5): Good - Very convenient and close to center and train station. There was no exhaust fan in kitchen and also no washing machine so we did a walk around ten mints for laundry. Overall was fine

• Jgoral (7/5): Vacation stay, 3 nights, visiting Lago di Como. - Appartment is situated by the main street, very close to the center of Como. Also close to the lake and a railway station. Location is the biggest advantage, although it is very noisy there, you hear the road traffic and trains. But it is normal for this location. Appartment was not much equipped. There should be at least few teabags or a piece of coffee, to make the first tea or coffee by arrival. Usually you don't carry your own in your luggage. If you have a car, I would recommend to look for a parking place on the blue lines by the streets around, the multistorey covered parking nearby is extremely expensive.
