Había Árboles Sillas y Mesas, Refrigerador Horno de Microondas, una Parrilla Electrica, Cafetera (un Poco Vieja) , Trastes para Preparar un Desayuno o Merienda Ligera, Prepararse un Buen Café.Para Mi era el Estrella del Alojamiento. El Baño, Para Bañarse era toda una Odisea la Regadera muy Vieja , y te Salía de Repente Agua Hirviendo y de Pronto Salía muy Fría. Y le Faltaba Higiene. También Respecto al Encargado, una Persona Demasiado Seria Había que Sacarle las Palabras con mucho Trabajo.Tambien la Habitación muy Encerrada sin nada de Ventilación Externa. Únicamente un Pequeño Extractor en el Baño y una Unidad de Ventilación en la Habitación.

• Gemma (10/5): Highly recommend - The large room feels luxurious with the bed being possibly the biggest and most comfortable I've slept in. The location is perfect and it's very quiet despite it is central location.
• Graciela (7/5): Muy bien ubicado - Recámara amplia, cama muy cómoda y grande. Muy buena ubicación. Patio muy lindo. Que el baño estuviera afuera de la habitación y era incómodo y minúsculo. La regadera no tenía vidrio de un lado y toda el agua se salía al hacer la ducha, al grado que aún teniendo cuidado, todo el baño se inundó. Tampoco me gustó el ruido que se oye de las otras habitaciones y del patio, hasta la madrugada había un grupo de personas platicando y riendose con voz alta y no pudimos dormir bien. No hay recepcionista y nadie puede intervenir en éstas situaciones. La habitación era muy amplia, pero no tenía un lugar donde colgar o apoyar la ropa.

• Elena (6/5): - Muy amable el personal, me apoyaron para cambiar el cuarto, y también guardaron mi maleta después del check-out, los cuartos espaciosos, hay aire acondicionado que funciona muy bien. No se iba el agua en la regadera :( Se necesita algo de renovación al baño y cuarto, la pintura se estaba desprendiendo de las paredes. Y también se escuchaba mucho el ruido del pasillo y del patio al cual salían las ventanas del cuarto (ventanas al interior del hotel). También, en la descripción del cuarto que reservé, "Estudio", no mencionaban que el baño /ducha estaba fuera del cuarto, en el pasillo del hotel (al saber esto desde principio, no lo hubiera reservado). Por suerte, en el hotel estaba otro cuarto disponible, y me lo cambiaron por el otro, al pagar la diferencia.

• Ana Patricia (8/5): Bonito lugar con detalles por mejorar - Ubicación Terraza Hay agua, un refrigerador, horno de microondas, té y café soluble La habitación que ocupamos tiene muchos detalles de funcionalidad que la hacen incómoda: no hay enchufes ni apagador junto a la cama (únicamente en la escalera y es poco práctico) y el apagador del baño está al fondo de este, no junto a la puerta. Mandé mensaje por la aplicación y no me respondieron. Tuve que enviar mensaje por Whatsapp para saber cómo hacer mi check in (es de autogestión, es decir, no hay recepción)

Deberían poner más énfasis en ello, quizá un poco de aspirado ayudaría a sacarlos completamente

• Maria (8/5): Very good - I love the location super centric. I love the common area. You can enjoy your food there. The restroom needs a deep clean and to be fixed. I went to shower and literally 5 drops were coming out. I used a dental flosser to pick at the shower head to clear out the build up. Same with the sink to wash your hands very little waterflow.

• Jack (7/5): Good - Great location! Cool, unique building. Due to a heat wave, the air conditioning stopped working throughout my stay on the second floor. The following day after coming home after a day out i found that it was still not fixed in my room and had to call the attention of the business. They immediately moved me into a room with functioning aircon which was nice. They also offered a full refund for my stay - however they never followed up on ensuring the refund happened and I did not receive it. The heat wave was not their fault but I do feel disappointed about being told I’d get a refund and then having to hunt it down and ultimately never receive it.

• Elina (9/5): Superb - Central location, comfortable enough for a night or two. The courtyard is super cute and the tap actually has filtered water which is awesome! The two-storeyd room is fun. The stairs to the sleeping alcove felt a little narrow and there's no electric sockets next to the bed.

• Nikki (10/5): Inviting mexican hotel close to downtown - Really enjoyed the garden terrace and the little cozy room helped me to feel at home. I was able to do yoga and breathwork in the comfort of my room and the check in process was pretty easy. Just that it was a bit dirtier in my bathroom than I prefer, but is no fault of the property, I am just picky.

• Benjaminbarnett (7/5): Well worth the money if they fix the maintenance issues. Not worth it until then. - The property was nice and only a few blocks from downtown. Wifi was very good. Cleaner (Gloria) very nice and responsive to requests. Very nice central sitting area, several tables to work with your laptop. There's a coffee maker and filtered water, cups, plates to use and a microwave. I think a nice addition would be some kind of fridge in the room or in public area. They didn't promise that so not a complaint, just a suggestion. No hot water first day. Cold showers all around. Asked the second morning, guard told me that I have to let hot water run for 15 MINUTES to get hot. This did work, I timed it and it was 15 minutes. WHY wouldn't this be shared before taking cold showers the first night and morning??? Sent message to customer support the second day. No answer and I can't find any record of it in the messages so MAYBE it didn't go through. Not optimistic that it would have mattered. Talked to maintenance man second day. He said some sort of electronic short causing the main hot water heater to not work properly but the night watchman could turn it on when I was going to take a shower and it would be faster. Ok great, but WHY NOT SHARE THAT AT THE BEGINNING if there is maintenance?? There are four ppl in my party and if you even turn off the hot water for a second, you have to wait fifteen more minutes. Went to find night watchman guy when I was going to take a shower the last night of 3 night stay. Nowhere to be found. 15 minute waits x 4. Paid over US$200 for 3 nights which is not terrible if everything works but pretty high for cold showers. Also the door handle on the bathroom door was on backward so that the lock was on the outside of the door. Weird and pointless. Majority of plugs in rooms were behind the headboards so impossible to get to. Need to put power strip. Other plugs were not near anything/table to put them on so had to charge phones on floor. No closet in the room so nowhere to hang clothes. Description said all rooms had closets. Only 3 hooks in the room for four people, used them for towels b/c very little space in bathroom to hang things. Nowhere to put anything in shower so have to put everything on the floor or open the door with shower on and get everything wet. This is a nice place but the owners/manager needs to spend a night in the place to see that they need to finish the last 10%.

• Hummel (10/5): Electronic Arrival - Nice premises. Large room with AC. For a newby the no reception person and the electronic door were a challenge. Maybe advert should say no reception only electronic contact.
