• Craig (3/5): - Location Not clean, the breakfast bar was drity, It here was ant in my room that got in my food when I left it out on the desk for twenty minutes and I meant a lot of ants. Ant also in the bathroom on the sink and around the toilet floor is mean a lot. A paying customer should not have that experience. When I brought it the attention of. The management he said aoh well I camt do anything about that have a good day.
• Chaste (5/5): - The bathroom wasn’t clean. Shower had hair in it, toilet when lifted seat you could tell hadn’t been cleaned after last guest then the debris on floor under sink. Floor had not been swept or mopped if they do that (dropped something) that’s how I know the floor was dirty. Otherwise a decent stay to sleep

The couch was gross - when the bed inside it was pulled up, it looked like it has not been vacuumed under in a very long time. Fridge didn't work. Shower head didn't work properly. The ice bucket alone was gross and lid was cracked.

• Devin (2/5): It’s one I don’t want to do again. - It wasn’t far from the venue we had to be at. Staff ask me to bring our used towels to the front desk in order to get fresh towels. He then inspected them on the counter in front of other guest and charged me for one that had hot wing sauce on it. The tub held water during our shower. Your literally stand in above the ankle deep water while showering.

ASKED US TO LEAVE AFTER WE CHECKED IN AND SEEN ONE OF THE 2 ROOMS WE BOOKED BEDS WERE FILTHY AND WE ASKED THAT THE ROOM TO BE CHANGED. HE CAME TO INSPECT THE BEDS AND SEEN WE HAVE THE # 13 BALLONS AND A HAPPY BIRTHDAY BANNER BECAUSE IT’S MY SON BIRTHDAY WEEKEND, HE TURNS 13 TOMORROW. INSTEAD OF WORRYING ABOUT THE BEDS HE WAS WORRIED ABOUT 2 BALLONS AND A BANNER. OF COURSE HIS MOTHER AND I WEREN’T HAPPY ABOUT THAT AND DEFINITELY LET HIM KNOW ABOUT IT AND HE ASKED US TO LEAVE, WE CHECKED IN AT 4PM AND BY 5:12 PM HE WAS ASKING US TO LEAVE. OUR MONEY WAS RETURNED BUT THAT WON’T BE UNTIL MONDAY BECAUSE IT’S THE WEEKEND . I HAVE MY 2 SONS AND 6 OF HIS FRIENDS TO LOAD UP ALL THE SNACKS, FOOD AND GIFTS AND FIND ANOTHER HOTEL. THANK GOD HOMEFIELD SUITES IN WAUWATOSA HAD 2 GREAT ROOMS FOR US TO BOOK. THE RESERVATION HAS MULTIPLE KIDS AND ADULTS ON IT AND WHEN CHECKING IN WE TOLD HIM THAT IT WAS OUR SON BIRTHDAY WHEN WE WERE BRINGING ITEMS IN AND HE SAID NOTHING UNTIL HE WAS ASKED ABOUT THE DISGUSTING BEDS. IS THAT HOW YOU TREAT YOUR PAYING GUEST AFTER BEING THERE FOR 45 MINS?? I HAVE NEVER HEARD OF A CAKE AND BALLONS AND A BANNER NOT BEING ALLOWED IN A HOTEL ROOM BECAUSE THAT’S WHAT HE SAID. RESERVATION, VIDEO OF BEDS AND BANNED BALLONS ARE BELOW

And if you ask for wash clothes after 4 you can't get any until house keeping comes in next day 830 am. Phone cords cut so you can't call front desk from your room.

• Lisandra (2/5): No - For the price I paid there is no way to be satisfied, the room was dirty I had to clean the drawers because they had even hairs . we were 5 and we used the sofa bed that by the way we found belongings of another guest , that means that they do not clean it . the room very uncomfortable. I never stay in that place again. the good location and the staff as well.

• Heather (3/5): For the price and the condition of this hotel I would not stay here again. - Bed was comfortable Carpet, couch, bedding and shower curtain were stained and parts of carpet was sticky. Sheets had a hole in them! The pool was absolutely disgusting! Couldn't even see the bottom it was so cloudy! Staff wasn't keeping up the on the breakfast 😞

• Rebekah (6/5): - The beds were so comfortable. There was a ton of hair in the bed, that definitely did not belong to us. The breakfast was not very good. Also, our A/C unit broke multiple times, and our room was well into the 80 degree mark. We felt that we could have found a much nicer room for a similar price.

• Michelle (7/5): Great-ish - I like how it was clean when you walked in he had to have keys on the back side of the building to get in he was really other hotels their doors are broke this one wasn't in the room, room was a great choice. I didn't like how the handicap room did not have a shower curtain blocking the shower entryway I did not like how the shower head sprayed the water out it was like it did not want to work for a minute and I had to mess with it to get it to work correctly I did not like how the bathroom door would get stuck on the bed frame..

Only down side was key card deactivated and could get inside building or room. With the easy help of Chris it was not a difficult experience.

• aaron (1/5): - So basically the fire alarm went off at 12 am And kept going off every 30 minutes or so until I left at 430 am. I called and asked for a refund for one night because the whole purpose of getting a hotel room Is to feel safe and be able to sleep and both did not happen. I wanted a refund for one night and no one budged. The manager was trash straight white trash And if something like this happens for multiple people in the lobby at 430 a refund should be offered we shouldn't even have to ask. Stop being so corrupt if you can't provide a service to give people what they deserve I do not recommend staying here

The room we stay was totally bad the floor was wet . The AC was loud. The sofa have a lot of stains , the phone in the room wasn’t working. The breakfast was bad. There’s nothing much that to eat. We went down to tell the front desk he came up he said just put a towel on the floor and that’s about it.
• Daniel (2/5): The folks who work there were nice but I’d like to see better maintenance. - The breakfast was the highlight of our stay Light switch shocked my wife and myself. It wouldn’t turn off as the switch was faulty. The host came up and looked at it but he said he would have someone fix it after our stay. The pool area looked like a frat party was just held there. We had children and were afraid to let them play in that area but also were afraid to let them touch light switches. The elevator buttons were busted out on the third floor with exposed electrical.

• Keith (1/5): Horrible experience of stay, highly don't recommend. - Location was good. Access from the freeway was great. Toilet in the room wouldn't work. Lobby bathroom's toilet tank cover was broke, faucet was super loose. The bathroom by the pool didn't work and was disgustingly unclean. Not very impressed for the price. Use to stay here when it was a Hyatt Place and it was fantastic, first time staying as a Comfort Suites and never going back here again. Fire alarm went off at 3 am on a Sunday morning and they couldn't get it fixed.
• Allison (3/5): Dirty, unsafe, lack of communication - We were able to check in an hour early. Property was dirty and not well kept up. Bad smell and stains in the hallways. Room was not thoroughly clean, especially the bathrooms. Unsafe person/customer in lobby late at night causing a scene and worker wasn’t doing anything about it. Fault fire alarms woke us up at 4:45 am and staff was unable to get them fixed. We checked out at 5:20 am due to this ongoing issue with no communication. Would not stay there again.

There was big leak right in the front door which was worrying. The fire alarm also kept malfunctioning and woke us up several times throughout the night.

The breakfast was horrible, for the price of the hotel rooms they should be providing decent breakfast. The cook in the kitchen was laying her breast over the bread and after that server the bread to the people, unclean and unprofessional. Had to bring my own spray for the hotel room, the smell was horrible. Will be not coming back.

• Barbara (1/5): Terrible hotel don't stay here - The facility seemed clean. The shower was clogged the entire time we were there. We had to take towels down to the front desk to get new towels. The pool wasn't taken well care of. The pool towels were always low. The breakfast was not great. We had to argue with the front desk guy to get an extra blanket for the pull out bed and the blanket we were given had HUGE holes. The sheets did NOT fit the beds.
