Very polite staff We forgot that our room faced East to the highway and train tracks. We were not expecting the noise. We should have asked for a south facing room

• Caylee (4/5): It was good, it did what it needed to do. - It was in a convenient spot for what we were there for When we got there, my husband went to have a shower and there was still someone else’s hair in the shower. There were also stains on the bed sheets. The bed was super uncomfortable.

Other room making noises and blaming us phoning us in the middle of night ( 3 rooms ) waking up every one at 2:00. Never got a coffee refill or anything like that in 10 days . ( also didn’t asked ) One room got charged 80$ extra for a coffee stain on the sheets ..

The door to the room did not latch unless we slammed it extremely hard. We could tell the room next to us had the same issue as we heard them slam the door multiple times trying to get it to stay closed.

• William (6/5): If you want a quiet night and peaceful sleep then this is not the place. - It was close to a fast food place and gas station. The place inside our unit was clean. We were close to a train track which we did not realize when we booked the place. Also many trades people stayed the night we stayed so when they got up early to work it was noisy outside. Train passed nearby in the middle of the night and sounded horn which woke me up.

• Ruth (8/5): Will return. - Loved the location and bed. Very comfortable. The shower was hot then went cold. Had to keep turning the dial hotter throughout the 5 minute shower. Was just concerned it would suddenly turn very hot. Didn't happen and a successful shower was had. Good water preasure.

They had the air conditioner blasting so it was nice and cool! the beds were great! and the bathtub was an amazing soaker tub. Very nice! Would highly recommend this hotel.
