• Katty (8/5): Lo esperado - Las instrucciones para llegar son precisas. Fácil de ingresar. Podrían realizar una limpieza profunda a la ducha, hay bastante moho y también olor a alcantarillado. No tiene muy buen aislamiento, se escucha lo que hablan o hacen en otras habitaciones. En las mañana hay bastante ruido cuando hacen el aseo.

Accoglienza impeccabile e la comodità di un check-in e check-out veloce in autonomia. Un piccolo angolo di tranquillità nel cuore di Napoli che ci ha fatto sentire subito a casa. Consigliatissimo!

Pulito, confortevole, comodo alla metro e tanti luoghi di interesse della città. A pochi minuti si possono trovare pizzerie e ristoranti. I gestori ci hanno permesso di lasciare le valigie oltre l'orario del checkout. La porta della camera lascia filtrare luce e rumore dall'atrio.

• cyrus31 (9/5): Surpresa boa! - Alojamento fica no coração de Nápoles, logo nas redondezas, ruas, entrada exterior, etc.. é tudo muito tipico da tradição de Nápoles. Tivemos alguma dificuldade em encontrar o alojamento, mas com alguma paciência chegamos la. Check-in automático e perfeito! Sem qualquer problema. Alojamento novo, com bastante conforto e WC fantástico. A repetir! Acessibilidade pela zona exterior podia ser melhor. Não tem elevador, o que poderá dificultar em pessoas com pouca mobilidade.

• Luca (8/5): Ottima camera matrimoniale per pochi giorni - Struttura internamente nuova, molto luminosa. Camera con letto matrimoniale con tutti i comfort: assente un armadio ma presente un appendiabiti “aperto”, probabilmente una scelta dovuta agli spazi. Bagno spazioso con boiler per il riscaldamento dell’acqua e disponibilità di saponi vari. Grande porta-finestra che si affaccia su edificio di fronte e fa entrare luce. Posizione centrale, a pochi passi dal Museo Nazionale. Pulizia delle camere molto buona. La considero una struttura da pochi giorni, non per periodi lunghi. Si tratta di un dettaglio: scricchiolio dell’aletta del climatizzatore quando attivo il movimento, durante il riposo può disturbare. Non presente ascensore, solo scale quindi ci potrebbero essere difficoltà con valige grandi.

• Chiara (9/5): - Posizione ottima. Vico Gaudioso è tranquillo e vicinissimo alla vivacissima Via dei Tribunali. Suggerirei ai proprietari di mettere un armadio nelle camere. In quella dove ero alloggiata c'è solo una rella che risulta davvero scomoda se ci si ferma per un' intera settimana e quindi si ha un po' di roba da sistemare.

• Elena (8/5): - Suites Gaudioso Napoli Center è una struttura recentissima e arredata con gusto; in zona centrale e silenziosa, permette di godersi il soggiorno con comodità. Un valore aggiunto è la disponibilità dei gestori: chiara e puntuale la comunicazione, pur interagendo a distanza, e ci hanno permesso di lasciare le valigie ben oltre l'orario di checkout. Una gentilezza che abbiamo apprezzato molto!

Che dire… un’esperienza semplicemente perfetta! Sin dal primo momento ci siamo sentite accolte come a casa, grazie a un’accoglienza calorosa e una disponibilità davvero rara da trovare. Un ringraziamento speciale va a Maria, parte dello staff, che è stata straordinaria in ogni dettaglio. Sempre presente e attenta, non ci ha mai fatto mancare nulla durante il soggiorno. La sua gentilezza e professionalità hanno davvero fatto la differenza: oltre a garantirci un soggiorno impeccabile, ci ha consigliato con grande attenzione e simpatia i punti più belli e caratteristici della città, facendoci scoprire angoli che altrimenti ci saremmo perse. Consigliamo vivamente Suites Gaudioso a chiunque cerchi non solo un alloggio comodo e curato, ma anche un’esperienza umana autentica e speciale. Grazie di cuore a tutto lo staff e, ancora di più, a Maria! Torneremo sicuramente.

We had all the convenience that we wanted and the people that are responsible for the accommodation were very helpful. They gave us all the information about staying in Napoli and they called us also a taxi to go to the airport! I totally recommend this stay in this room! The only thing that was a little difficult was the shower because the shower 🚿 was a little short and my husband was hitting on it because he is tall. All the other things were great!

Te voet ben je in een paar minuten midden in het centrum en dicht bij alle bezienswaardigheden. De kamer was schoon en netjes. We wisten dat de kamer kleiner was. Wij vonden dit een prima kamer voor een aantal nachten voor 2 personen.

We had issues to find the property, called and text with no reply for hours. - Very old building with no lift, so with luggages and 30+ degrees Celsius it was a nightmare. - There is no one to greet you or to explain anything upon arrival. - No service and very poor WiFi. - No daily cleaning. We asked for clean towels as we stayed 4 days with the same set of towels and another blanket, but they have ignored us. As I said there is no one in the reception area. - Cleaners clean the rooms only at checkout, and they were very loud and rude too, making inappropriate comments while cleaning the room. - The rooms are not clean to standards. Shower mouldy, sheets stained and dusty surfaces. - Communication was very poor,I got ignored for my requests, I just got automated texts about reviews and at 5am the day we were leaving asking for tourist tax in cash to leave in the room…. Even if location is decent, there is work to do to bring this place to standard with others we have been in Naples.

• YUCHEN (8/5): - The room decoration looks new and quite comfortable for 2 persons. The air conditioner faces the sofa bed, so it is not recommended for more than two people to stay. We arrived in Naples late at night. The taxi drove up a rather steep hill and stopped, pointing to the street ahead to say that the road was too narrow and the car couldn't get in. We dragged our luggage on the stone-paved street for about 100 meters to the door. This is a very old apartment with higher floors than ordinary houses. The room is on the second floor, and we found it quite strenuous to carry the luggage up. The apartment is in the historical area of ​​Naples, mostly narrow stone-paved roads, so you can't call a taxi or Uber to the door. It's not easy to drag luggage on the stone-paved road, and it's also hard to walk uphill. It's not recommended for people with poor physical strength or large luggage.

Il palazzo, nonostante sia un palazzo storico, dovrebbe essere ristrutturato o quanto meno più curato, altrimenti rischia di abbassare le aspettative. Unico neo invece del soggiorno, che però non è direttamente collegato alla struttura, riguarda la prenotazione di un taxi, gestito dall’host, che però non è mai arrivato da noi, causandoci un disagio. Però ripeto, questo sicuramente intacca il servizio taxi di Napoli. Ma avrei preferito avere più informazioni sulla prenotazione.

• Susana (9/5): Muito boa, simplificada no check in e com muito boa relação qualidade preço. Excelente localização - Quarto pequeno com o necessário, bem decorado, tudo novo bem cuidado. Correu tudo muito bem. Excelente para alguns dias em Nápoles. Escadas dois pisos, sem elevador e rua do prédio com elevação, não facilita chegar ao apartamento com malas.

• Petra (8/5): Nettes Zimmer in ruhiger Seitenlage - Schönes geräumiges Zimmer, leider gab es keinen Balkon wie gebucht u nur französische Fenster. Die Stufen sind mit viel Gepäck etwas schwer. Es gibt keinen Lift, dafür echtes neapolitanisches Flair in einer ruhigen Seitengasse. Wir waren am Abreisetag noch Frühstücken und als wir um 10 Uhr ins Zimmer wollten um die Koffer zu holen (Checkout war um 11 Uhr), ging unsere Karte nicht mehr :-(

Hay que tener en cuenta que es un segundo piso, sin ascensor, y con unas escaleras bastante incómoda,con unos escalones muy irregulares, si hay que subir con una maleta hay que valorarlo y también personas mayores o con dificultad para caminar
