• Mariana (2/5): - La posizione. Sporco, macchina da caffè per arredo, non si viaggia con le capsule a preso, lasciare 2 capsule era carino. Troppa polvere, senza zanzariere, apparentemento in mansarda. Asciugamani mal odoranti.

• Ries (9/5): - When I arrived there was no electric kettle in the apartment. So i told the owner, the next day i got a new one! Perfect service! The key locker is just besides the door of the apartment. The apartment is very spacious for one person. It's 17m walk towards the subway but just in front of the building there is a tramline. So location is great! It can get very hot, but you have 2 Air Conditioning, that worked perfect. Kitchen worked perfectly, also you have some very good eating places nearby! There is enough kitchen equipment to make simpel but good meals. No shower curtain by the bath. There was a mop to clean the bathroom floor, so it didn't bother me. One of the toilet flush buttons did not work, the other one worked so it's oke. You can't use the mosquito net for the window. It's broken. Some small things are broken, otherwise it would have been a 10.
• Dan (4/5): Așa ceva nu ar trebui să fie pe booking! - Locație centrală, dimensiunea apartamentului OK, paznic la intrare. - Miros neplăcut în baie. Coș gunoi cu capac defect, chiar nu înțeleg de ce să lași așa ceva acolo; - Așternuturi si prosoape colorate de slabă/proastă calitate, nespălate corespunzător (așternuturile sunt din acelea cu 30 de lei de pe temu); - Bucătărie murdară, fără ustensile, cele câteva prezente sunt foarte vechi și utilizate; - Gumă pe perete, lângă canapea în sufragerie; - Frigider murdar; - Fire de păr pe perne și pe scaunele din bucătărie, deci nici măcar praful nu s-a șters. După ce am văzut toate acestea am decis să plec de la locație, mai ales că eram cu un copil minor după mine. Poate am nimerit eu într-o zi proastă sau evaluările sunt fake.

• Milena (10/5): Very good - Bucharest Central D Apartment is a great choice for a stay in central Bucharest. The apartment is modern, very clean, and well equipped – everything you need is provided, from a functional kitchen and comfortable bed to fast Wi‑Fi, so you feel right at home. Another big plus is the location – it’s just a short walk from the Old Town, with plenty of cafés, shops, and public transport nearby. The apartment is on the top floor, which gives a quite nice view of the Parliament building from the windows. I also appreciated the communication and check‑in process with the owner, which was smooth and friendly. Altogether, I highly recommend Bucharest Central D Apartment for comfort, location, and price. There are only a couple of small things that could be improved. It would be nice to have a microwave in the kitchen, as it would make cooking and reheating food much easier. Also, a shower curtain or screen over the bathtub would help keep the floor from getting wet during showers.

• Maurizio (9/5): OTTIMO APPARTAMENTO VICINO AL CENTRO - POSIZIONE OTTIMA VICINO AL CENTRO. APPARTAMENTO AMPIO E SPAZIOSO AL QUINTO PIANO DI UNA PALAZZINA CON ASCENSORE. SI RIPOSA MOLTO BENE IN QUANTO MOLTO SILENZIOSO. IL BAGNO E' MOLTO COMODO DOVE E' PRESENTE LA VASCA DA BAGNO, SONO PRESENTI ASCIUGAMANI E LENZULA. CONNESSIONE WI-FI PRESENTE E OTTIMA. PER UNA PERSONA COME ME IN SEDIA A ROTELLE LO CONSIGLIO.
• Hamest (10/5): Es war perfekt - „Alles war sehr sauber und komfortabel. Wir haben uns während unseres Aufenthalts sehr wohlgefühlt und es war nicht laut. Zu Fuß waren es nur 10 Minuten bis ins Zentrum, und direkt vor der Wohnung fuhr die Straßenbahn/U-Bahn, was für die Fortbewegung sehr praktisch war.

• Ana-Cristina (7/5): - Un apartament decent, liniștit si ziua si noaptea. Mare plus ca e pet friendly. Îmi pare rău dar din păcate sunt câteva minusuri care tin de curățenie. Baia nu era curată, deci nici dezinfectată, miros de canalizare iar așternuturile nu păreau proaspăt spălate, prosoapele da. Și peste tot în apartament era un praf și miros stătut.

• Magda (8/5): - Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem. Mieszkanie warte polecenia poza niewielkimi niedogodnościami. Blisko centrum. Duży plus za kosmetyki oraz dużą kołdrę w sypialni. Mała ilość naczyń kuchennych. Brak czajnika. Brak jednej poszewki na kołdrę, być może to przeoczenie podczas sprzątania ale nie powinno to mieć miejsce.

• Marcin (7/5): - Duży przestronny apartament.. Wygodne łóżko w sypialni. Na podłodze było sporo kurzu i starych niesprzątniętych włosów. Łazienka wymaga odświerzenia. Za łóżkiem leżał stary kapeć.

• Vasile Hauta (7/5): - Very spacious, comfortable bed, complete kitchen and bathroom facilities. The bathroom was ok, quite clean, however the linen was shabby and of different colors, with an appearance that did not give the impression that they were really clean or disinfected. The rooms seemed like they had not been cleaned, a lot of dust, and in the bedroom, on the walls, many traces of blood from mosquitoes crushed by the wall. It is not an ok view at all.

• LUCIAN SORIN (9/5): - Un apartament spatios si curat, situat la etajul 5, intr-un bloc de locuinte modern, foarte aproape de Centrul Vechi din Bucuresti. Televizorul nu functioneaza pe programe de cabu, desi exista cabu TV (probabil nu este facut contract cu furnizor de programe prin cablu).

Lamentablemente fui con mi colega de trabajo y alquilamos el departamento con la idea de que cada uno tuviese una cama donde dormir. Había ropa de cama para una sola cama pero no había para el sofá cama. Le pedimos al personal si podía darnos ropa de cama para el sofá pero nunca nos respondieron. Mi colega tuvo que dormir en el sofá sin la ropa de cama necesaria.

• Aby (9/5): Great flat in a great city - Hugely spacious, well equipped with kitchen and laundry facilities. Huge amount of storage and the area felt very safe. It was incredibly easy to find and check in with instructions from the host. The bed and the sofa bed both weren’t very comfortable. We had to ask for extra bedding, which was willingly provided. The bathroom has no shower curtain so when you shower water goes everywhere. No lock on the bathroom door.

Una nota di merito in più va ai gestori che si sono adoperati per garantirmi comodità e praticità per il mio soggiorno. Essendo in carrozzina avevo delle esigenze che sono state soddisfatte alla grande. Persone molto precise e di parola, grazie ad un dialogo facile e veloce ci hanno fatto sentire a casa ed aiutato con consigli su come muoverci facilmente in città.

Am primit instructiunile de check in la jumatate de ora dupa ce am făcut rezervarea. Nu ofera parcare A fost destul de frig desi am pornit aerele conditionate, bagau tot rece. Nu aveau cablu TV, microunde, servetele de bucatarie Am gasit niste ambalaje de McDonalds intr-un dulap.

• Ani (10/5): Доволни сме и бихме избрали отново - Местоположението е много добро за достъп от югозападната част на града, без да се влиза в трафика на центъра. Паркингът е абсолютно задължителен да бъде заплатен допълнително. Много е удобен с достъп чрез асансьор, докато на улицата ще е необходимо лутане да се търси къде да се остави колата. Апартаментът е на петия етаж, но наличието на асансьор прави достъпа удобен за хора с проблеми с придвижването. Нямаме забележки към чистотата. За една нощувка всичко беше достатъчно, с изключение на липсата на капсули за кафе за сутринта. Би било добре да се оставят поне за по 1 кафе на сутринта. Кафемашината е Nescafé Dolce Gusto и ако знаехме, бихме си носили.

• MICKAEL (8/5): Je reviendrai. - Un très bon emplacement et l'appartement très calme. Un petit effort sur la propreté à faire. Ex. Nettoyage des abords de la baignoire, un tapis de bain à ajouter, le siphon à nettoyer.

• Rigby (9/5): Cozy loft apartment with great natural light - Large open layout. Nice view of the Parliamentary Palace. Great location, short walk away from the old town. Convenient tram access if you're not up for walking. Secure underground parking at a fee. Bathroom leaves a lot to be desired. Bathtub shower without curtain. Water gets everywhere. Floor drain prone to overflowing.
• Anastasia (7/5): - The location is great, central and easy to access by foot several historical areas, nice food places and shops. The apartment is spacious (2 people) and looks cozy, sunny. Parking is convenient (paid additionally). I appreciate the staff was responsive and offered the parking spot even if we didn’t reserve it in advance. Conditions are not the best, even if those minor details are of course not critical they matter for the overall stay. It was very uncomfortable without a kettle (listed as something provided by the property). Also not that clean, most probably cleaning is done superficially as you can notice dust in the corners (and that assuming for cleaning the property reserved more time with a check-in at 16.00). Exactly 3 towels provided and no towel for feet. Trash can in the toilet was with a broken lid (again - uncomfortable).
• Salas Muñoz (10/5): Recomendado 💯 - Le doy un 10!! El apartamento súper limpio y la zona buenísima, en una urbanización con seguridad las 24h. Nada más llegar te deja unos bombones y algunas cositas más para que disfrutes. La localización excelente, muy cerca de todo andando y tienes todo tipo de transporte que paran en la puerta y pasan cada 20 minutos. Repetiría sin dudarlo 😊😊😊

• Lucian (7/5): Spacious and central, with some drawbacks - A modern complex with no traffic noise, a newer and very spacious one-bedroom, and an excellent central location near the park, restaurants, and shops. The initially booked apartment had issues, so the owner moved us to a different one. There is no secure access door at the building entrance. The sofa was not very comfortable, and the bathroom felt a bit messy and had an unpleasant smell.

Big plus for us was the parking lot at the building's basement(there is a small fee for it). The view from the apartment was great and the location is like the best part, everything is close. Host is very cooperative and helpful. Everything was great.

Cand am intrebat daca ne putem caza intre orele 15:00 si 16:00, proprietarul a raspuns cu un mesaj automat cu caracter echivoc (,,daca se poate"), apoi nu a mai raspuns. Apartamentul este neingrijit, pe alocuri murdar, se afla la o mansarda, mecanismul toaletei este defect, asa cum era si acum trei luni. Alt oaspete a semnalat aceasta problema in luna septembrie, insa proprietarul nu a indreptat-o. Are televizor, dar nu se spune ca nu are conexiune cablu sau antena, deci nu poti vedea nim. Mai mult, proprietatea dispune de loc de parcare individual, insa proprietarul vrea sa negocieze pretul pe pozitii de forta, cand ajungi acolo, nefiind transparent, asa cum ar fi necesar, sa indice pretul in oferta. De altfel, doar aroganta proprietarului (care reiese si din raspunsurile date altor clienti) pare ca depaseste nemultumirea noastra fata de prorietate si de interactiunea cu aceasta.

If you are with a longer vehicle - over 5m, fitting in parking spot is hard. Kinda not possible if your designated parking spot is next to the wall.

• Mykola (8/5): - Было чисто , уютно. В квартире есть почти все необходимое, даже постельное белье и тапочки для гостей Непонятно как регулировать температуру отопления в квартире, и по трубам звук воды что мешает спать. Рекомендую хозяину установить шторку для ванной и докупить чайник.
• Fabian (9/5): Angenehmer Aufenthalt für ein paar Tage - Großes, helles Apartment, gutes Bett. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Wir empfehlen es. Küche nicht richtig sauber. Bad mit einem Wasser Problem nach dem Baden, Wasser kam aus dem Abfluss hoch.
• Антон (8/5): - The overall experience was good. The location is very good. The apartment was warm and equiped with all home appliences needed to feel at home. We enjoyed the view from the apartment. The comunication with the owners was great and they helpwd us alot. The mattress was relatevely hard. The sofa was even harder. Our socks got dirty from the floor, which was surprisingly natural wood.
