CHENG SOO (6/5): Good enough to just sleep for the night. - Proximity Southkey mall Stained sofa and carpet. Pics listed consist of multiple units managed by agent. So you will not know which one you booked.
Edmund (7/5): - The location is very convenient for shoppers who wants to shop at SouthKey Mall. Rooms are spacious 1. Noise - It is very noisy at night. There are motorbikes speeding down the road located right in front of the unit i stayed in the middle of the night. 2. The shower drainage system is bad. Everytime you shower, you are basically filling up a foot bath pool. 3. The hair dryer was spoilt and the replacement sent only blew cold air. 4. Not enough cups and utensil. The unit was advertised for maximum 6 pax - but only had 2 coffee cups. 5. The shops around the condo closes at 6pm latest. 6. Pillows had a weird smell. 7. Maybe it is just me, but the turn dial keypad is so small that I cant see the numbers on the lock. I had to ask a lady for help.

The actual place does not look like what was shown on the booking.com photos . There is no game room as mentioned which my girl was looking forward to the stay.

Hwee Ling (8/5): - First time staying at this property. Check-in process is relatively self service and easy with instructions given ahead of time. Recommend to read through the instructions before check-in. Had booked the comfort apartment that is 2 bedrooms initially and made a last min change to a 3 bedder family apartment. Refund was initially rejected but after several communications with the platform and the property, the property had kindly assisted to communicate their approval for my refund to the platform directly. Thank you Hari for the helpful assistance. Had some issues with the WiFi on check-in day but managed to resolve it on the same night. The water heater in the master bedroom was not working properly. Although the room can accommodate 8 pax with 3 queen bed and 2 futon beds, i recommend to keep it to 6 pax for max comfort. Apartment is spacious, good for families traveling in groups. My mum was especially happy with the rocking chair.

Benn (4/5): Maybe keep looking - Communication was a struggle as this primarily through a chatbot. Check in procedure was complex with codes and drop boxes. The apartment smelled like cigarettes. There is no soap or shampoo provided in the shower. The apartment actually looked unfinished with raw cables coming out of the wall. Good location though near mid valley mall.

Norhayati (2/5): - Don’t be misled by the pictures you see. There are no stools for dining area and no coffee table. The entire place was bare and the furnitures was rundown. We did reach out that we will not be able to fit a 2m height limit as we were driving a mini bus but the owner said to just mentioned it to the guards however we were still not allowed to park in the property and was left with no resolution on this. We ended up parking illegally just outside by taking a risk. The initial comms seems promising but once we raised issues with the condition of the property it was total silence throughout! And to think we paid almost 1k RM just for a night stay?! Ridiculous pricing for such a barren place. I would not recommend this place at all.

After the stay I realised that they give Cashback for good reviews thus t - Very old, looked dirty with lots of water stains and not well furnished. Many of the side panelling already fallen out and owner didn’t bother to fix. Heater is not hot. Bathtub water flow is slow. Aircon needs servicing and inconsistent. Kitchen utensils were dirty and basic, nothing provided and towels had a weird smell. Only one hairdryer and it was on the verge of spoiling. Wifi not available in room. Many things in the Airbnb was rusty and dirty
Shen Hui (4/5): Not worth the price - Unfortunately this homestay doesn’t worth the price we paid for. Poor bed sheet quality - pilling on bed sheet. No toiletries and dirty sink (flies on it). One of the aircon controllers battery level was flat. Relatively late check-in time (4pm) might be a concern for guests who are not driving and travel with luggage since there is no place to store it before check in time. Hopefully the homestay management will look into above unease matter and make the necessary improvements.

Sharon (8/5): 1 night family stay - Overall stay was pleasant with the place being very homely. Place is clean and spaxious. Location is excellent, being very near Mid Valley Southkey Mall. Two feedback to note. 1. The master bedroom toilet doesnt flush well. Multiple flushes cant even flush properly. We ended not using this toilet and used the common toilet outside. 2. There isnt a shower head in the master bedroom shower cubicle you eilp have to rely on rain shower which is very slow flowing. 3. No privacy at all in the master bedroom as it was a clear glass shielding you. Can only stay with very close family member not with friends. 4. No glass door to block shower cubicle. Shower water splatter out as you shower and wet the whole bathroom.

The price already expensive for 1 night and expecting to pay additional for late check out. My question here is some of defect & inconvenience in the property made us feel uncomfortable. i.e. the bathroom floor drain were chocked cause the water on floor is increased while you shower. That's no power point in the room to charged the phone & only one dressing table in the property. So, can we expect for refund or compensate for above miscellaneous?? as they also expecting to get additional income from late check out.

Only 2 aircon remote for 3 bedroom + 1 Hall. But not bothering me much 3. TV remote was a bit malfunction but works only if I pressed down the front which is "opened" up

Very spacious 1 Bath room toilet sink drainage is not good. Seems to be abit choked and water takes a while to clear in the sink. 2. The bathtub looks great, but the water floods on the floor when draining out the water so got to be careful not to slip and fall. 3. There is no wifi provided for this apartment. 4. Fan controller not working (not sure is it cos no battery). 5. Suggest: Could have provided hand soap for hand washing in toilet. 6. Suggest: Could have provided a small broom or cloth for light cleaning as we wanted to clean up the food crumbs after eating.
Tan (6/5): Pleasant - Big unit, with great condo facilities. Loved the infinity pool. Only received the check in instructions less than 30 mins from the check in timing, despite non-stop chasing on my end. This got me worried that I had fallen prey to a scam. Thankfully that was not the case but I think its important to provide the instructions much earlier. A minimum of 1 day is in my opinion the standard. Also, a dining table and a coffee table (a proper one - not the knee-height wall cabinet I found placed in the centre of the living room in its place) would be great additions.
