• Claudette (7/5): Good - Very good position, apartment clean, well equipped but very very small. Bed small for two people to sleep comfortably. We saw mice in the open space.
• Yuliia (4/5): It was uncomfortable, noisy, and impossible to sleep in. - The location is good It is beyond tiny, there are NOT 3 sleeping places, the bed is tiny for 1, to say nothing of 2 people. The sofa is as hard as the wood. We barely slept with the noise from the neighbors and paper-thin walls. It was not worth 175€ per night, it is worth 50€ and your sleepless nights on top
• Petteri (6/5): If you only need a place to sleep, this is OK in good location. - Location was good, next to Lavapies metro station and grocery store. Quite narrow, not much space. Beds could have been better.
• Francesca (4/5): Disappointing - I liked a lot the location I booked the apartment for 3 people and it is only for 2. They offer a sofa bed which is not a bed! I didnt sleep all night as it was soo unconfortable! Luckly they give us another place a big bigger (it's very tiny) the morning after that terrible night. The sink and the stove also didnt work properly. A real bad experience as I lost a night in a three nights stay in town. When I opened the sofa bed it was very dirty with bread crumbs all over. I dont get why they pretend people to sleep there.
• Jasna (4/5): Disappointing - The location is very good, City center you can walk. Also Metro is so near and Market, fruit store around. The soap in a bath and other small accessories for the kitchen, trot, sponge this was great. It is looks like fairly new and modern furniture buth to small for three adalts. The size of bathroom is very small. When we arrived was only one bed made and very small size. My friend( thankfully husband and wife) could not slep normally. From wall side, plaster was falling on the bed. The Apartment is build in a midle of the yard, so everything sounds. My sofa bed was not ready and nothing prepared on, payed for 3 adalts. I found sheet in a box on a shelf and towells as well.

• Alexander (4/5): If there were reviews before I paid for the flat, I would never have rented it - Location. Just near to the main Madrid attractions. Please keep in mind that Plaza Lavapies itself is not so good, but the streets around it are awesome. It’s absolutely small. There’s no windows at all. The outside place is divided with fence from oriental restaurant. It’s not possible to open the he door and not to smell strong food smell. The picking of the key was about 1km away…. The walking under the hot spanish sun with suitcases was awful. The bathroom is unrealistic small and close to the bed The requirement to turn off the air conditioning at midnight is absurd given the heat and the lack of windows.
• Yulia (1/5): Highly not recommend this apartment, for the same price you can found better apartments. - I don’t like it at all. We were travel with friends to Madrid, and it is horrible experience with apartment and made our days awful. In the beginning, the owner didn’t give us personal keys to the apartment, we should go to his office within 1 km of the apartment with baggage. When he gave us a key(2 keys - key1 - from the main front door, key2 - apartment door) . He told us we have to go to the (address from the booking). We found the address and it was strange but the key2 passed through the front door, there we didn't find any apartments that we need, we wrote him that is inside, but there are no apartments and he told us this is not a front door what we need. He also told us we have to turn around and come in at the other front door HE ALSO TOLD US there is an ISSUE WITH THE FRONT DOOR AND all neighbors have the same and FOR COMING INSIDE WE had to wait until he will free OR waiting once someone goes outside. We stayed there for 10, 20, and 30 minutes. Then the neighbor (owner of the kebab cafe) came and help us. And finally when we came entered (with key1) and then, key2 was valid for the place of the apartment (yes, the same key as valid to the neighbor's main door), and now. We are inside. There is an unbelievable smell of cigarettes (neighbors smoke and smoke again) and there is no one window. And the door which provides the "chair and table outside" is an unreal smell because of all because it is a one-meter courtyard where the hoods of all the cafes are. We wrote several times that this is not normal and how to come in. The owner read all that in the wat up chat but do nothing unfortunately. I also discovered a few reviews with the same issue. but seems the owner doesn't care. When we wrote to the apartment owner hi just ignore us. We wrote to the booking service but they didn’t have possibility to help us, so they recommended just write the feedback, maybe it will help. The pictures made in the apartment near 13:00😢
• Katarina (7/5): Good - The location is great and has everything you need. There are no windows and the bathroom is too small. I didn't like the fact that I had to pick up the keys on a different location.
