Guest Reviews
- David (10/5): A delightful cabin - We had a lovely weekend in the cabin. So peaceful and an incredibly helpful host, with lots of great recommendations for the local area. The homemade bread provided for breakfast was delicious. We would definitely stay again if visiting the Arundel area.
- Michael (10/5): -
- janet (9/5): A delightful peaceful location in a lovely hamlet. - Private quiet location surrounded by birdsong. Everything worked and the ambiance was great.
Basket of delicious homemade bread and jam and local honey made breakfast on a sunny patio a delight. Only one thing - the bed was a standard double which feels small when you are used to a king size. The mattress was also a bit too firm for my liking.
- Richard (10/5): Wonderful stay. - The hosts were incredibly accommodating and treated us with such kindness.
We were provided with everything we needed and were reassured that we could contact the hosts if there was anything else we needed. We have no complaints per say but to those who require a particular mattress, it was quite hard. We had a comfortable nights sleep but do keep this in mind if you have preferences.
- Minnie (10/5): -
- Rebecca (8/5): A peaceful and relaxing get away-would highly recommend! - The cabin was kitted out well-lovely touches like ground coffee, toaster, cold water in the fridge, fresh milk and homemade bread/cakes.
We received really warm welcome, helpful messages about parking and checking in. It’s a very peaceful location-such a shame it was a cloudy evening as there were tables, chairs and blankets at the ready for star gazing.
The Six Bells is a very short walk away-lovely pub with 2:1 offer on a Wednesday. Arundel was only a ten minute drive away where we enjoyed a river side lunch. Icing on the cake would be some sort of screening/fencing to section off the cabin from the main garden. But it was a wonderful stay
- robert (10/5): - We only stayed the one night as we had a wedding to attend int he local area. The owner made us feel like welcomed old friends. we were met as we turned up outside, shown around, informed of local areas of interest and other facilities and made to feel at home without them being in any way intrusive.
little life comforts, there was milk, teas, and coffee, along with home made bread and some other treats, The property also had full wi-fi.
we also communicated with the owners by phone and text prior and they were so helpful and accommodating. Thank you both, so much. what was there not to like? nothing. haven't got a single complaint.
- Handley (10/5): Quiet little gem - Lovely, quiet, comfortable and warm. It was just what we needed. Also if you like a firm mattress this is place to sleep. Nothing negative to say.

Nothing to dislike as it’s perfect in a lovely quiet location.

- Ray (7/5): It suited out purpose and worked well for us, but it was cold. - It's cosy and pleasant looking - a nice feel to it. The hosts were friendly and helpful, but not obtrusive. It was very cold, despite the heaters being on all the time. It took us a long time to find the place. The instructions to find it didn't work for us and we had to knock on several doors, asking where it was.
- Esther (10/5): Exceptional - A one night stay. This is a really beautiful and well presented cabin, in a secluded spot at the end of a large garden. Andrew was a brilliant host; friendly, helpful, and gave us some excellent recommendations for the area. The basket of food for breakfast was lovely. New wifi had been installed in time for our arrival which worked really well. Would highly recommend. Everything was great :)
- Anonymous (8/5): Relaxing, a chance to escape and relax and reconnect. - Exactly as described. Was private, immaculately presented, and peaceful. Nothing we did not like.

Freshly Baked Bread for continental breakfast
Warm and Cosy
- Anna (9/5): Quiet, cozy stay near Arundel -- convenient to South Downs and the seaside. - Great little cabin, well decorated and equipped with everything you could need. Homemade baked goods were a nice touch. I was lucky to stumble upon it when looking for a last minute place to stay in the area. Internet needs work -- signal was weak. Ultimately not a problem for me as my mobile data was fine for what I needed.
