Cheryl (9/5): Very comfortable and clean apartment in a really great location and very safe. - There was excellent communication and instructions for locating the key. The descriptions of the apartment were completely accurate. The apartment is located in a great area with easy access to public transport. There are lots of lovely cafes nearby. I was initially a little concerned about walking around the area late at night on my own, but I felt completely safe. I met some of the neighbours and neighbourhood dogs who were all very friendly. The apartment is very clean and comfortable with large windows and great views over the area.

Edward (9/5): Beautiful apartment in the heart of Collingwood - Hugo’s place is a beautifully appointed, modern apartment right in the heart of Collingwood. Coffee, food, wine and shopping are but a few steps from the front door. We had a problem with the lock during our stay and Hugo was available immediately to assist and got it fixed right away. He was very easy to communicate with. The bed is small but the bed is comfortable. We could have used more towels.
