• Retamoza (10/5): - La amabilidad del chico del lugar, super amable y predispuesto, el lugar esta algo escondido pero el nos espero y nos guio hasta el lugar y nos explico todo. Puede dar un poco de miedo la entrada por ser un poco oscura pero es una zona de familiar hasta tarde esta iluminado y es segura la zona.
• parkargentina (9/5): - El barrio, podes caminar por el Lungomare con vistas hermosas. El departamento esta ok para 3 personas, estuvimos comodos. La atencion de Amedeo, siempre dispuesto. Experimentas Napoles en todos sus contrastes. La entrada a la casa, no es lo que parece en la foto, es un callejon que no esta limpio, algunos detalles para arreglar, tv y mampara.

The apartment is in a wonderful location, very close to the sea and the seaside promenade, which made it perfect for walks and exploring the area. The metro is also nearby and very convenient for getting around the city. The host was very friendly, and communication was easy and pleasant throughout our stay.

• Riccardo (7/5): ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo - nell'insieme casa internamente carina con mobilia nuova, spaziosa ideale per 4/5 persone. il proprietario super gentile e alla mano, molto disponibile per qualsiasi cosa. zona comoda a due passi dalla metro. sinceramente il luogo dov'è ubicata la casa non ci è piaciuto, lascia a desiderare per le condizioni esterne e per l'ambiente. ci sono parecchie cose da migliorare, quasi tutto funzionale ma sono delle accortezze che servono per rendere il tutto migliore, ma sono sicura che il proprietario ne prenderà presto atto.

• Adrian (4/5): Unpleasant - The property manager was very helpful and friendly. In some places, the plaster was falling off the walls and ceiling. Both TVs weren’t working. The Wi-Fi was also down, though we were told it was a provider issue. Even so, we incurred unexpected roaming costs. The property’s location in the city is great, but you have to pass through a dirty alley to reach the entrance. The neighbors were arguing loudly sometimes during the night, and there was construction noise from the same building.

Хочу зазначити, що ми полюбили Неаполь — тут привітні, добрі й чудові люди, зокрема й власники цих апартаментів, справжні джентльмени, дякуємо вам! Але якщо ви плануєте тут виспатися — цього не станеться! Дуже чути сусідів, це більше схоже на гуртожиток, а не на окрему квартиру. Але найгірше було спочатку: уся квартира була в чужому волоссі!!! На що господар відповів, що завтра приїдуть і приберуть Нам довелося ночувати у квартирі, де, схоже, просто перестелили ліжко (я, принаймні, на це сподіваюся)… Прибирання справді було, але особливо нічого не змінилося — волосся залишилося по кутах квартири! Прибирання, мабуть, було «експрес»… Окрім волосся, на дзеркалах залишилися сліди попередніх мешканців (так ми думаємо ) — дзеркала у спальні, ванній та вітальні були брудні. Диван уже давно пора замінити (ми навіть не сіли на нього), душова вкрита накипом (до речі, у душовій було повно різного — очевидно, від колишніх гостей ,уже використаного; фото також додаються). Плитка у ванній — брудна! І навіть після повторного прибирання цього ніхто не помив… це жахливо!!!!! У квартиру зовсім не потрапляє денне світло — відчуття, ніби виходиш із підземелля, коли ступаєш на вулицю. Ми спали під одним простирадлом у жовтні… ковдра була, але після того, що ми побачили під час заселення (фото додаються), накриватися нею зовсім не хотілося. Будьте готові до того, що кавомашини, як на фото, немає! Чайника й праски теж не було — їх привезли лише за день до нашого від’їзду… дякуємо, уже не потрібно Якби ми не написали про чайник і праску, впевнена, про них ніхто навіть не згадав би, хоча це зазначено в описі квартири! А вишенька на торті — мертвий тарган у квартирі Нам обіцяли принести праску на другий день після приїзду, але цього так і не сталося… Шкода, що вони не побачили того таргана

• Mariarosa (10/5): Meraviglioso. 🤩 - Padrone di casa semplicemente favoloso, disponibile e gentilissimo. Appartamento molto pulito, fornito di tutto l’occorrente per il soggiorno, ampio, luminoso e ben curato. Ottima anche la posizione vicinissima alla metro.

• Carrie (8/5): - The apartment was lovely, very comfortable and had everything we needed. Location was great with the sea across the road and plenty of places to eat and supermarkets in the vicinity.

• Alena (10/5): - Eine sehr schöne Wohnung, relativ zentral in Neapel gelegen – für den Preis wirklich top! Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, und auch die Nachbarin im Haus war unglaublich nett und hat uns sogar mit der Wäsche geholfen. Alles war super, wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt! Falls ihr den Aufenthalt mit einem Strandurlaub kombinieren möchtet: Der nächstgelegene Strand ist leider sehr dreckig und für uns nicht zum Baden geeignet.

Staff gentile ci ha anticipato il check in stante il caldo. Letto comodo. Casa con vicini e animali rumorosi. Scarico wc mal funzionante. Doccia senza buona chiusura

Spacious and all home comforts I had the 1 bedroom and was a bit disappointed that there was no balcony but that’s just due to the building itself and not a criticism of the host

• Ellen (1/5): Terrible- very bad experience with an aggressive dog. BEWARE. - The host was very nice, location near the beach was nice but we had to leave after one night due to an aggressive dog next door. There is an aggressive dog next door. A member of our family got bitten returning home after dinner. Had a hospital visit and the dog was still roaming about unrestricted the next day!!! We had to leave after one night for safety reasons.
• Anamaria (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was very clean and was exactly like in the pictures. The host was flexible and sociable and greeted us at the check in. We can really say that we felt a little bit of Napoletan atmosphere :) We will definietly come back here! There is no elevator and you have some stairs to walk, but is not that hard only if you have heavy luggages or if you are disabled.

• Aliaksei (10/5): Exceptional - Clean, really big, 2 big rooms and kitchen. Entrance is very atmospheric in Neapolitan style. Close to the all tourists needs, beach, restaurants, boulevard, city center.
• Charis_rocha (9/5): Superb - The apartment is very convenient, it is spacious, looks nice and has everything you need. The location it's not bad. It's possible to walk to the city center and there is also a subway station within 10 minutes walk. The area is safe and nice and there are good options of restaurants nearby. The host speaks only Italian, but that was not a problem. We used Google translator to communicate through text messages and everything went very well.

• Bendymandy (10/5): A huge, beautiful apartment. A home from home! - I was met by the landlord on arrival. As he spoke no English it was fortunate that my Italian friend was there to translate. The kind lady who lived down stairs kept my luggage for me after I checked out as my return flight was not until later in the evening, This apartment is huge, pristine, beautiful and to high standard of appliances and furnishings. The location is ideal too in a safe, friendly area. The only complaint I have is that a socket is needed in the kitchen so you can use the kettle or coffee machine, I had to boil the kettle on a chair in the dining area!
• Jayden (8/5): Good comfortable stay close to the water - Good quiet location. Living within the community in a local area. Short 100m walk to the water where you can swim off the rocks. No nice beaches near but some that you can swim at with a lot of people. Says supermarket 200m away but very limited. Suggest buying stuff before arriving. Great little apartment with good aircon. No toilet paper, had to purchase our own. Host doesn’t speak English but he used translate so no issues. Only issue was there was no communication from host prior to arriving. We thought there possibly could be a reception but more like Airbnb. So had to message host and he arrived a short time later to take us to the room

• Edina (9/5): Fantastic location, very clean apartment and really authentic neighbourhood. - Excellent location: Close to the metro, market, promenade and to multiple shops. Apartment was very clean and made up with high standard. Host was great, organised transport to the airport for us. Apartment was very quiet apart from a hyperactive rooster which started to kukurikoo from 5 am every morning...

• Me (8/5): Heart of Naples, walk to the port and lots of attractions, endless restaurants, and bars in 15min - lovely comfy bed, spacious secure apartment. exactly as the images, good value. Area is ideal location for exploring Napoli, genuine italian neighbourhood, with local market and fishermen selling on the prom. Lots of works ongoing so should be very accessible area in future, taxi to airport 30euro, was easy flag on road outside. Really good burger and bomba fries round the corner in MacDowells, and great breakfast options in Gramsci cafe Noise level around the apartment at times was very high. There's a cockrel, and birds singing and dog crying/barking, and people talking loudly constantly. Address is not exactly as shown on google maps, its up a series of alleyways, so will not suit anyone with mobility issues
• Charilaos (7/5): Good - The apartment is brand new, very big and very clean. The access to the apartment is difficult for a stroller through a narrow path with several steps.. Not the brightest apartment. We had to wait 15 minutes to enter the apartment.
• Jelena (10/5): Great apartment - Beautiful , clean apartments , helpful friendly host . Quiet at nights. As a nice surprise there was some tea, coffee, even some food in the apartment, very thoughtful . Good location, close to promenade , with a nice walk to the centre
• Andrei.voicu (10/5): Exceptional - Big and clean apartment, great location in Chiaia neighborhood next to the sea. There is a bus station right in front of the street. The apartment is recently renovated and clean. Also, the host is very nice and helped us with airport transfer. No phone signal in the apartment, but there is good wifi connection. The entrance is longer then expected and it has some stairs, so it can be a little bit tricky with many baggage.

• Pawel (8/5): Strongly recommend - it is a very nice place to spend a few days with the family. Super friendly owner, responsive to every question. Great location, a few minutes walk to the subway, even closer to the main promenade. A great place to explore the city. language communication was a bit difficult, but everything was sorted out quickly

• Leonardo (9/5): Very modern apartment in the heart of a typical Neapolitan area - The apartment is brand new and in a very pictoresque alley. It is very close to ground transportation. The area offers overall good places where to eat (or one can always go to the city center fairly easily). Beds are comfy and the apartment is quiet. The structure is quite good but it takes some time to learn some tweaks. We had to call to find the place as it is not super immediate to find. The owner was very helpful in assisting but some tricks (like how to flush the toilet :) would be better said in advance. Overall, these are just minor issues though - probably we were just naive guests but most tourists are like that.

• Katja (9/5): Perfect place to stay in Neaples - Place was very nice, big and clean. Host was very nice, reachable and adjustable. The location is great in a pleasant and safe authentic neighbourhood.
