Mz Raine (8/5): apartment was comfortable and well located - Lovely apartment in a great location, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and amenities nearby. A handy bonus was the Bounce luggage storage point located just downstairs, which was very convenient for our early arrival and late Overall, the apartment was comfortable and well located, The main downside was that we were without water for over 12 hours during our stay. As we were attending a wedding, this caused significant delays and inconvenience while getting ready. We were also only provided with one key, which made things difficult at times, particularly as the doorbell was not working. Overall, the apartment was comfortable and well located, but the water outage and access issues affected our experience.

GABRIELLA (10/5): Maravilhoso!! - Localização era perfeita para a proposta da nossa estadia. O apartamento otimo, com 4 dormitorios, todos com ar-condicionado e aquecedor. Cozinha excelente. Sala com televisão, e mesa de jantar. Todo muito bem equipado. Como nssa estadia foi longa, tivemos serviço de limpeza, uma vez por semana. Foi maravilhoso!! Super recomendo.

Robinson (8/5): - Excelente localização. Instalações completas e bem adequadas. Acredito que a instalação precisa de uma sistema de refrigeração, pois os ventiladores não atendem a demanda. Poderia também trocar a cama do quarto principal.
PANTELIS (1/5): BE VERY CAREFUL!!! POSSIBLE SCAMMERS!!! - BE VERY CAREFUL!!! POSSIBLE SCAMMERS!!! 1) They provided wrong password for the key locker, 2) they didn't respond when we tried to communicate for help, 3) they gave us the correct password THE NEXT DAY like nothing happened, 4) they didn't offer to pay for the accommodation we needed to book to avoid staying on the street, 5) they actively avoided talking about refunding us for the night lost and in the end they DID NOT REFUND US for it! 6) there was only 1 key per apartment(we were a group of 12 people) 7) when one of my friends accidentally lost possession of the key they said THERE WAS NO BACKUP KEY!!!!! even though in the check-out instructions they asked us to leave the key ON THE DINING TABLE (meaning clearly that they do actually have backup keys to enter the apartment) 8) they said they needed to ask for a locksmith and the expense would be on us, so they didn't return the security deposit we had paid when we arrived(400€!!!) which in the end was not returned by them, but was paid back to me by booking.com 9) when I gave them my complaints by chat and talked about the refunds again they just stopped responding to me. 10) when I gave all the above info to booking.com (WITH PHOTOS AND THE WHOLE CHAT LOG) to contact them about my complaints, booking.com told me they just stopped responding to them too!!!! 11) in the end booking.com couldn't do anything else so we accepted that we got scammed for one night lost and tricked by the whole locksmith thing for which I never received a receipt when I asked proof. window shades not working to avoid streetlights, clogged showers, dead microwave, stuck window doors This is surely the worst behavior I have had from a host team during and after a trip.
