• Kristin (7/5): Für zwei Nächte in Bari und um in Italien anzukommen ok. - Die Lage ist unschlagbar. Zu Fuß schnell am Wasser, in der Altstadt und selbst am Hauptbahnhof in 10 Minuten. Die Ausstattung ist schön, könnte aber etwas mehr Pflege vertragen. Die Vorhänge hängen teils lieblos herunter und das Bad könnte besser in Stand gehalten werden. Das Badezimmer. Es hat eine schöne Größe und auch die Ausstattung passt aber die Duschköpfe sind sehr dreckig, ebenfalls der Boden in der Dusche und der Spiegel der rostige und dreckige Stellen hat.

• Anna (7/5): Super Lage, komfortables Zimmer mit kleinen Auffälligkeiten - Die Lage war wirklich super, hätte nicht besser sein können! - wir waren schnell in der Altstadt, schnell am Bahnhof. Das Bett war super bequem und das Zimmer war so ausgestattet, wie auf den Bildern. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war sehr einfach und unkompliziert. Das Bad hat kein Fenster, was ansich kein Problem ist, aber die Lüftung zieht die Feuchtigkeit nicht genügend aus dem Zimmer. Schimmel an den Fugen und in der Dusche. Handtücher trocknen nicht. Trotz Lüften etc. stand die Luft im ganzen Zimmer. Unsere ganze Kleidung roch etwas miefig dadurch.

• Beatrice (10/5): TOP - Appartamento praticamente in centro, a 10 minuti a piedi anche dalla stazione. La notte non si sente nessun rumore, si dorme benissimo!! Vincenzo, l’host, super disponibile e gentile.

• DonataK (10/5): Great time in Bari in spring - The apartment is in the city center, opposite the theater and close to the promenade. There are several very nice restaurants and cafes nearby. About a 12-minute walk to the train station. Inside, there is a spacious wardrobe with shelves and drawers, a large comfortable bed, a large TV, a large bathroom, a refrigerator. We were greeted by a very helpful employee, who explained and showed us everything in detail. I definitely recommend it. The house is located on a small but busy street, so even with the door open at night it was noisy. However, with the window closed there was no noise, so it did not disturb our rest.

La ubicación es perfecta a 15minutos caminando de la estación central de tren y a 15 minutos caminando de Bari Vieja, cerca del centro y del mar.

• Anna Lidia (6/5): Comodo ma necessita di manutenzione - Posizione comodissima, personale molto disponibile e gentile, pulizia buona e con alcuni servizi non scontati come asse e ferro da stiro, caffè e acqua a disposizione. Alcuni dettagli andrebbero ripensati. In bagno non c’è appoggio: il beauty non si sa dove metterlo. Il soffione della doccia completamente ostruito di calcare e ho dovuto usare un asciugamano per cercare di liberare gli ugelli e fare una doccia decente. Tende e zanzariere tutte rovinate e appese malamente. I soliti cuscini decorativi antigienici appoggiati alla testata del letto. Poche grucce per gli abiti.

Wyposażony we wszystko co potrzebne na kilkudniowy pobyt Dość ciemny, tylko główna sypialnia ma okno. Trzecie miejsce do spania (w pomieszczeniu z aneksem kuchennym) jest niewygodne. Na korytarzu czuć kanalizację.

• Николай (9/5): - Местоположението е перфектно. Близо е както до стария град така и до централната гара. Квартала е тих, наблизо има и супермаркет. Апартамента е чист, просторен с голям плюс са двете бани и тоалетни. Не е голям минус. Но нашето семейство обича вечер след обикаляне да седне на спокойствие и да направи разбор на деня. За целта си приготвяме нещо набързо /в повечето случаи замразена храна - пици/. Не е здравословно но на нас не ни пречи. Минуса в апартамента беше, че нямаше фурна :)

Room equipped with pod coffee machine, hair-dryer, cupbard, small fridge, iron and ironing board and bodywash in the shower/basin. Very comfortable bed. Large bathroom with good hot water and good water pressure. Minor mould in the shower.

Lastly, Vincenzo was amazing, he let us leave our luggage before checkin, as soon as the previous guests left. This gave us the time to go around the old city. Nothing.

It is warm while they work, but if you turn them off it gets cold very fast because the walls and the flor is very cold, so in the morning you are very cold. The air gets very dry because of them. - Beds very soft. - Ocasionally there is no hot watter, mild only - No closets to put your clothes - Very small shower

• Crina (9/5): Great location, great host, great stay. - Location was great, check in was very good, the host sent me messages about local shopping, eating, amenities, beaches, events, it was very helpful. I slept very well and found the host very flexible with checking in and checking out. I felt great. I needed a glass for water or wine, a cup for tea/ coffee; they only provide 2 small, espresso cups. No regular cups are provided for regular coffee . No glasses for drinks .. and to buy a glass I suppose to buy a set, for a cup was was 8€. I would be appreciated if there was a glass or a regular cup, for bigger drinks than an espresso.

The property is very comfortable and has great facilities We didn’t have hot water in this property for the whole of our stay, we tried to communicate with the owners and had no response, this was the only negative about the property but not having hot water for 3 days and no words from the owners was very disappointing.

It was wonderful that David came to open up in the middle of the night when our flight was delayed. The shower in the more expensive suite is very small and in need for replacement. Did not expect that for that price. The living room/kitchen of the suite has no daylight which makes it a bit gloomy to sit for longer periods of time.

The coffee place of the theatre is a must-try! The room was not cleaned during our stay, towels not provided, amenities like iron not available. We asked for early check in and agreed to meet the host. On day of check in, he did not answer his phone and came 2 hours later than our arrangement. Checkout was too early (10:00 am).

When we arrived, we had to wait for 20 minutes before someone came to open the door for us. No parking.
