Staff is very well trained and professional. Service is always top notch with attention paid to every detail. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Nothing.

As if that was not enough, they made me to pay for superior executive which is more money saying that the classic room I booked online is no longer available.

• Tobi (2/5): Cannot recommend - They cancelled booking on the day of arrival with little to no explanation. Just to relist my room the same days for triple the price luckily they did refund me. Cancelled my booking with not much notice on the day of arrival and took me hounding them for almost a week to get a refund for the nights I paid for.

The only minor challenge we noticed was with the water supply on the third floor. Sometimes it took about 5-7 minutes for the tap or shower to start running,but once it did,everything was fine.

The location is also very ideal because even though the hotel is in a busy area, it's ok a private road with security at the gate so it's safe and quiet. Their options for breakfast were quite limited. However, I must say that once I expressed that I did not like some of their options, they made changes to accommodate me.

• Olaonipekun (9/5): Perfect place for business stay. - Neatness, well arranged and the ante- balcony.give a luxury feel. Staff were courteous, safe environment and nearest to the main road. The environment is close to restaurants and grocery stores. Liked to have use the gym but it wasn't open.

Loved convenient communication with hotels through WhatsApp and also intercom. Daily updates as well. Convenient car hire service at affordable prices (4Tcabs) There was no elevator and I was on the third floor so it wasn't convenient. I had to keep going up and down to collect delivery of my meals from outside, as the hotel has a policy of not accepting external deliveries on behalf of guest. The food was not so good and always had too much spice (pepper). Even when you request that your food should not have spice, they ignore your request and still made it with too much pepper.
• Love (1/5): Very horrible stay there - I will say for a fact they aren’t organized. Book for 2 nights and texted i would arrive earlier, got to the property and was told if i need an earlier check-in i would need to pay half of my stay in addition to my total cost of 2 days. When i refused we were kept at the reception for hours, room which they first gave us after the delays was really bad and facilities weren’t working and later the changed my room. There was nothing to like about it as i had a really horrible experience trust me.
• James (10/5): - Greywood hotels is a lovely place to be. Great and accommodating staff, very clean and safe environment, affordable sumptuous meals. It’s quite a recommendable place. I would say it’s really a home from home. Thumbs up to the management team and staff.

They had security at the estate gate too aside the hotel security that is nice. Ambience is lovely and calm. I shall visit them again and would recommend the hotel for your next adventure.
• Samuel (10/5): - I stayed at Greywood Hotel recently. The hotel is conveniently situated at the city center of Lagos. The Rooms are superbly clean, seemless and very spacious. I love the balcony too. The linen are so white, spotless and wrinkle free. The bed was so comfortable. Also, the staffs were friendly, always smiling and very helpful, I must really say those guys are professional. The breakfast was finger_licking and mouth_watering. I would definitely recommend Greywood Hotel to anyone looking for a senere and comfortable environment in Lagos.
• Adetona (6/5): Expectations not met - The room is spacious The shower was not running as expected and after reporting the situation to the management, the situation was not fixed properly. Also, the complimentary breakfasts were delayed all days I stayed there.

• Lewa (4/5): I’ll never go back - Nothing!!! The facility isn’t “disabled friendly” this simply means if you’re disabled you can’t stay there as there’s no lift. You just have to use the stairs and the stairs are quite steep I'm extremely disappointed with my hotel experience. The outdated no-outside-food policy is frustrating, and the lack of hot water is unacceptable. Despite being told to adjust the tap head, I still couldn't get hot water. Having to boil water in the tea kettle was a hassle, especially since I'm paying for comfort. The stairs are way too high, as one with a slight disability I must say I suffered. The absence of basic amenities like buckets and shower caps is also noticeable, particularly for women. With no room menus, it's clear the hotel needs significant improvements before they're truly ready for business.
