- Fiona (8/5): Lovely cottage with a nice backyard setting. Close to town and facilities. - Gorgeous cottage that fitted our needs perfectly. The shower in the bath, unfortunately we didnât put the mat in until after my husband slipped and fell out of the bath. We were very grateful it wasnât my parents that had the fall.

- Keith (9/5): Good value accommodation! - Reasonably central location within easy walking distance of the Echuca wharf. Minimal street traffic at night - even the front bedroom was quiet! Thank you for having a 10 Amp weather-proof plug for car charging! No complaints!
- Alice (10/5): -
- Emily (9/5): A pleasant surprise⊠- Simple but beautiful. Clean, tidy with everything we needed for a weekend away from home. Suited multigenerational stay with multiple bedrooms.
- Summerfun31 (8/5): Great location and well appointed cottage that met our needs well. - Enough room for 8 people to stay. Kitchen had good amenities and location good for paddle steamers.
- Kenneth (10/5): Great accomadation close to all attractions .easy access cute decor ! - So close to family to join in christmas celebrations !close to all shops and tourist attractions comfortable very cute decor .great comunnication !

- Jonathan (7/5): - Great location. Has everything you need. Lots of character charm It's on a very busy road and therefore the road noise is pretty bad. Two of the bedrooms are right at the front next to the road so it was hard to sleep past 6am. Not owners fault and nothing they can do about it. Was okay for a few days but would be problematic if staying longer.
- Helen (10/5): - Very comfortable and had everything we needed. Would highly recommend!

- Lynne (8/5): Lovely comfortable home close to a great pub. - Comfortable and spacious, good heating, comfy beds
- Samantha (10/5): Exceptional -
- Bruce (8/5): Very good - Great location with shops (cafe, supermarket, hotels) within close walking distance. Off street parking It is situated on a main thoroughfare and can be a little noisy at peak times with traffic
- Laura (8/5): Good location and value for money. - Lovely historic cottage, very comfortable with everything you could need for a stay. Plenty of room for our group of six. Good location, bakery over the road, good pub nearby for a really good meal. Fairly short walk to the Port of Echuca. Cottage had been freshly painted and looked fantastic, but the paint smell was overpowering.
- Mark (9/5): Superb - Good location. Very convenient for our dog - good floor, a fenced outdoor area.
Also comfortable for humans - I had an extremely good night's sleep in a clean house with all necessary facilities. This was excellent after a long day's drive and ahead of another long day. Off street parking was very helpful.
- Andrea.daniel (10/5): Perfect family home for visiting Echuca! - The house was so comfortable, full kitchen and outdoor area was a lovely bonus. Great location!
- Philip (9/5): Clean, comfortable, and good value. - Clean, comfortable, and good value. Older style cottage with a bit of character.
- Carmel (5/5): Passable - Close to grocery supplies & Murray River paddleboats. Easy to find. Loved the Arlec power/charging boards. Aircon & fan in main bedroom. Included supplies of shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, tissues. House was a bit shabby. No top sheets on beds. BBQ needed a clean before we could use it. No steak knives, no scourer, no facecloths,. Bath towels and tea towels were very thin and not very absorbent, 1 frypan with loose, wobbly handle, no washing machine or clothes line, TV remote may need new batteries. We have spent the last month touring, staying at 16 other short stay cottages & apartments across NSW & Tasmania. Each of those offered more inclusions of a far better standard and at lower cost.
- Linda (10/5): Exceptional - Lovely cottage. Very comfortable, spotlessly clean, very dog friendly.
Highly recommended.
- Shane (10/5): Exceptional -
- Robert (10/5): Exceptional - Character, charm, great location, clean and plenty of parking ideal, absolutely fantastic. Couldn't find anything we didn't like.
- Maja (8/5): Fun - Nice clean house, modern. Great facilities.
- Varun (8/5): Pleasant stay - We had a pleasant stay and loved close proximity to the town Iron is a bit dated as using steam function left rust on my shirt but i didnât mind as had a spare one to attend a wedding.
- Clint (10/5): Exceptional -
- Isabelle (10/5): Exceptional -
- Benjamin (9/5): Lovely family friendly cottage - Lovely cottage, perfect for our familyâs stay in Echuca.
- Trevor (8/5): Very good -
- Ash (8/5): Great location, comfortable place and Iâd stay again. - Great location, lovely back yard with a barby. Very friendly helpful hosts! Just a small criticism that doesnât affect everyone - I had my 89 and 83 old parents with me, and they couldnât get in and out of the bath to shower, to dangerous and slippery for them. I hadnât even considered this, so not the hosts fault, but consider this if you donât like stepping into a bath for a shower!
- Simon (10/5): Fantastic, will definitely stay again - The location was fantastic, very clean, and the hosts where great to deal with Nothing it was excellent
- Tammy (10/5): Exceptional - Great For a family close to everything. Loved the cottage. The place was better than the photos I thought.
- Elizabeth (8/5): Very good - Close to shops Shower over the bath
- Frank (8/5): Very good -
- Lesley (8/5): Very good -
- Fiona (9/5): Lovely cottage in a great location. - Lovely little cottage in a great location. Super hosts. Well equipped and comfortable. We will definitely stay there again when we are back in Echuca. There was nothing to complain about.
- Ian (9/5): Superb - Comfortable beds. Walking distance to river.
- Samara (10/5): Exceptional -
- Tanya (8/5): Very good -
- Olivia (8/5): Cozy cottage in good location - Location is good, walking distance to the railway station, port, shops and restaurants. The cottage is clean and comfortable for 6-8 persons. Toiletries and cleaning agents are provided. There is a nice outdoor seating but we did not use it, will be good to seat outside during warmer weather. Toilet is far at the back of the house and there is a step to go down the area, so be careful at night especially when you are half-sleep.
It would be good to have a mirror in the bedrooms so that person will not have to stay longer in the bathroom to put makeup on.
- Margaret (7/5): Happy to be there, probably wouldnât stay again. Group of 4 decision. - Good location, easy to access The floors were extremely sticky when we arrived and there were no dishwashing tablets for us to use, we handwashed everything. The grab bar in the shower was loose, stepping in and out of bath/shower was tedious and a tad dangerous. Didnât feel as âhomelyâ as other homes where we have stayed in the past. Not much in the way of cookware either.
- Tahneisha (9/5): Cozy, stress free and relaxing - We loved the cozy homey feel! We loved bringing Bodhi ( our dog ) and playing in the backyard! Close proximity to town centre and shops! Café across the road! We loved going over there after our check out time for a coffee and breakfast before our travels home! The property and our stay was lovely and would highly recommend to family and friends. The toilet was at the back of the home near the back door - so waking up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom was a struggle!
- Rachael (9/5): We had a great stay, wish it had been for longer. Friendly messages from Trudy & George - Close proximity to shopping & dining. Secure yard, very tidy. Canât fault the place
- Mary (8/5): Very good -
- Kim (8/5): Very good -
- Hill (10/5): Exceptional - Neat clean tidy, great location Nothing
- Anthony (9/5): Enjoyed the stay and would recommend it for small families especially - Nicely prepared. Great bedding, Good tv. easy to arrange. Price was a bit high for only 2 people.
- Melvyn (5/5): missing the small things tea towels, cleaning aids -
- Ronan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sarah (10/5): Exceptional -
- Stacey (8/5): Very good -
- Damian (9/5): Superb -
- Allan (8/5): Place to rest after travel to Echuca - Comfortable homely cottage, close to town, everything you need.
- Lynette (10/5): Fantastic, - Fantastic cottage, well presented, Very Clean and tidy. Climbing into bath for shower...
No good ones with Disabilities/Elderly...
- Paul (9/5): A beautiful little cottage in a lovely outback town. - This little cottage is a lovely little cottage, very comfortable, and quaint.
It is close to town, shops, walking distance from the local pub for a good country pub meal.
I highly recommend the stay, and I got to return again with my wife for a longer stay. Not much really, I know in time with a few plants in back yard, this little property will be exceptional.
I was over all very impressed, and you lots of photos to show my wife when I got home.
