Guest Reviews
- Helen (8/5): - The location was walking distance to all amenities.
The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was great. We feel the kitchen space was too small. It needed another small bench space.
- Perry (10/5): Everything about the destination was awesome!😀 -
- Kim (10/5): Definitely a hidden Gem. - This was a complete surprise & a hidden gem. So many little creature comforts. The bathrobes, matching thick luxurious towels were an added bonus. Many little extras included. Such a quaint cottage but such a modern makeover.
- Darren (10/5): Will recommend and stay again - Modern decore in a historical enviroment

- Bernadette (9/5): A pleasant surprise after a longish drive. - Great location close to a breakfast cafe and the Hotel where we were able to get tea even though it was a public holiday and they were closing earlier than usual. Nothing really- maybe a hot plate to finish off the kitchenette
- neil (10/5): -
- Alison (8/5): - Nice and roomy tv in both rooms The only bathroom you had to walk through the other bedroom
- Ascher (10/5): -
- Liesl (9/5): Beautiful old house, very comfortable with everything you need in the kitchen and laundry. - Oliva was great with flexibility and information. I had everything I needed before I got there so knew exactly where to go and what to do. Shared bathroom is a little tricky, but we all worked it out.

The place felt very homely, with a beautiful garden that added to its charm. The host was incredibly helpful and welcoming, which made my stay even better. I truly enjoyed my time here and would definitely stay again!

- Dorothy (9/5): A surprise cottage in such a small town. Well presented and equipped and close to a great Chinese restaurant. - Great location and very quaint cottage. Bed and shower were exceptional.
- Heather (7/5): Quirky cottage, fine for an overnight stay. - A quirky little cottage located behind the main house. Small, but adaquate for a 1 night stop over. Bathroom was beautifully renovated and all the basics were there for a comfortable stay. Kitchen area was very small. Some extra bench space and power points would have been good. Minimal cutlery, crockery which was OK for 2, but the glasses were chipped. Set up was a bit strange. Huge bedroom with a dining table in it, that didn't make sense. Another lounge area would have been better or somewhere to store luggage. The lounge area off the kitchen could be flipped for the dining table in the bedroom.
- Kelly (10/5): Lovely, quiet evening spent here. Just what a weary traveller needed. Thank you - The cottage was secluded behind the main house. It was off the street and felt safe and relatively private for a woman travelling alone. The breakfast items in the kitchenette, though I’d brought my own, were much appreciated.
Lovely linens, warm blanket and homely bathroom towels etc were all comforting. The blinds didn’t cover the door completely, and there was no blind on the bedroom (glass) door opposite, inside. Though the garden was relatively private, it would be possible to look in this way. Proper privacy blinds would be the only improvement I would recommend.
- Watts (10/5): Only place I stay while at mezza - Beautiful and cosy after a long day. There was a singular cockroach but that was more of a scare that a complete negative.
- Debra (10/5): Exceptional -
- M (10/5): Exceptional - The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and equipped with amenities and facilities for a couple or family.
Thanks, Olivia, for the clear check-in instructions and accommodating last-minute booking. NA
