• Stuart (5/5): - The host was great, let us have an early checking and provided plenty of info for the stay Apartment is pretty run down, budget bed and terrible pillows, not a very comfy cozy feel. Definitely on the cheaper side but you definitely wouldn't want to pay any more for it. Good enough to use just to sleep in.

• hannah (1/5): Stear well clear - There was nothing to like The place was dirty and had a cockroach infestation, arrived late was meant to stay 3 days but couldn't get out fast enough after the first night. Bed was old and stained TV didnt work. By far the worst place I've ever booked.

• Rose (7/5): - Ideal location for my conference at the university, the space was much larger than I had expected and other than all the apartment doors being quite loud when they shut (not the apartment owners fault) I found it not too noisy at all. I was very glad for the fan as it was quite hot while I was there! It would be helpful if it was clearer in the instructions for getting the key that this was on a different block. Had already lugged my bag up the hill and had to then take it back down to get the key - I definitely should have checked the instructions prior to getting to the address but I would be helpful if there was more of a warning!

• Braedon (3/5): Pretty disappointed - It was a good location, in close proximity to city centre Shower wasn’t clean, zero view from balcony/windows, host was neglectful when cleanliness issue brought up

• Joe (7/5): Good - Amazing comfortable bed! Shower pressure was so good! Good value for money compared to other properties in Auckland. Host was very good to deal with. Washing machine and dryer which was good! Sofa needed an upgrade along with all furniture in the living room. Pillows were dated and definitely need upgrading too. Shower needed a big clean was dirty. The view is just to a concrete wall opposite, with construction going on at the minute there so quite noisy in a morning

Room was very tidy and had everything I needed for my stay Being in the heart of the uni district the students were rather loud one of the nights I stayed

• Kerryn (5/5): Passable - Location and security. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned and was quite yucky.
• Faiq (9/5): Superb - A complete apartment with cookware, dinnerware, fridge, washing machine and dryer. No views from the apartment as it faced a wall.
• Cynergy (6/5): Pleasant - Pretty good location, close to the CBD. I didn’t like the padlock that the key was kept in, took me a while to take the key out. Late checkout wasn’t available which was inconvenient.
• Ben (7/5): Good - Great location, good value compared to other similar options nearby, very clean and comfortable. Kitchen could do with being better equipped. Also the view out of the window is straight into the side of another building so not too much light gets in.
• Juanita (8/5): Central. Convenient. Clean. - Centrally located. Convenient for public transport. Cheap eateries nearby. View is a concrete wall about 4 feet away.
• Domi (8/5): Good option for a short stay if you need to be close to the Uni and centre of town. - Great central location near the university. The accommodation was secure and had everything I needed for a couple of nights. The shower pressure was AMAZING and I appreciated the flexibility for an early check-in. The surrounding area is quite noisy but didn't bother me too much and was to be expected in that area. There was also a bit of trash over the balcony from the other rooms on that side of the building and one of the elevators was out of order.

• Mike (7/5): Central location. Basic room. - Central location with kitchen facilities. Basic kitchen facilities- no glasses available. No airconditioning (or even heating available if needed).The room was very hot to sleep in. Balcony opens onto a brick wall. Some challenges communicating with the owner.
