• John (8/5): Great location , easy reach for tube stations and local bars - Perfect location, clean and tidy on arrival, located between Ladbrook Grove tube station and Portobello road, The lift was a bonus being a top floor flat too. Only a few small things std free view tv , ( no Netflix option ), pots and pans limited for small meals.

• Veronica (9/5): Great apartment in a perfect location. - Amazing location. Very comfortable apartment for a family of 4. Check in instructions were not clear. We had very good communication with host before but on arrival date we had some hick up, quickly resolved.

• Aishwarya (9/5): Great location, great stay - Fantastic location - 30 min from anywhere in London on the tube or bus - with the tube/bus stop within 5 minutes of the place. It’s a lovely sized apartment, especially for London, and we were very comfortable during the stay. The host was very responsive and flexible with us, especially when we needed a later checkout due to a sick baby. The lift made it easy to get up and down with bags etc. For those coming with young kids, there is a travel crib and highchair in the bedroom closets. We didn’t know and brought our own but useful tip for others. Didn’t see air con but there are fans in each bedroom which come in handy. Lots of great restaurants within walking distance as well. The handle to the bathroom door is broken which made closing the door hard as it would pop open unless you jammed it with something.

Some strange pretty loud sound iwhen tapping water,showering, using the toilet - sounds like a pump. Can be heard throughout the whole flat and in particluar the bedrooms and ist disturbing.

Location was good, not too busy but still lot of restaurants and shops (vintage) etc near. Air in the flat was fresh. Shower was little difficult to use. There wasn't air condition but by opening windows during the night it was fine 😊
