• Michael (1/5): Horrific - Horrible experience, I arrived late at night and only stayed for a few hours then left. The property is a drug house, people coming and going late at night. The room I was given was foul they had blankets as curtains and the person staying in the room beside me was smoking weed which was coming through the gab in-between the dividing door. The house itself smelt like an ashtray and I could not even use the kitchen as it was full of old dishes and I felt to uncomfortable going inside to use the bathroom. I booked the room for 3 nights and explained the situation to booking.com asking for a refund. Their response was that it is out of their control so they would not refund me even though I only stayed for a few hours. Quite pathetic on booking.com behalf allowing people like this to continue to operate. Do not stay here

• Brigham (5/5): I needed a bed and somewhere to stay during a few hectic days. That was sufficient. - I ate out. The facilities were OK, Most residents lived there and were happy with the facilities. Visitors would expect a little more. Kitchen was not very inviting, but the residents were and more than made up for it. Conversations were interesting and most residents shared their life experiences openly. They also provided a nice cuppa, making up for my lack of planning.

• Sandra (5/5): A basic price, a basic accommodation, which is what I needed and wanted. Slept well. - All facilities that one needs were there. It was comfortable. My door did have a key, contrary to someone else's comments. I was glad of that. I had few directions on what to expect at arrival. Host was present thankfully. I forgot to ask about entry at night. And that wasn't explained. So suddenly I was making guesses how to get in and what was expected. A porch light would be useful. Or clear directions not to go to the front.

• Gary (2/5): A grubby little dump best avoided unless you're desperate. - Bed was comfortable. It's a room in an ancient house. There was a 15cm gap in the blinds right onto the main street. It stank of cooking. The bathroom was filthy, with an old t-shirt as the bathmat. I didn't dare use the shower, it was so dirty. There was no "balcony", just a dusty porch. Wiring was dodgy. PIN coded door entry was malfunctioning and took 15 minutes to get inside.

• Allan (1/5): - Le point positif de notre séjour était la chambre. Sans prétention mais avec un ventilateur fonctionnel, un lit plutôt confortable et une chambre propre dans son ensemble. La salle de bain est sympas malgré l’odeur de vinaigre blanc. Dès notre arrivé nous n’avons même pas eu le droit à un accueil. Arrivé dans la chambre, le verrou ne fonctionnait pas (notre chambre était donc tout le temps ouverte). L’électricité fonctionne de manière aléatoire. Certaines prises n’étaient pas fonctionnelles mais surtout le frigo est resté éteint 2 jours. Malgré que l’hôte passe son temps à faire le ménage, on peut quand même croiser régulièrement des cafards dans la cuisine (j’en ai d’ailleurs retrouvé un mort dans ma chaussure) et une invasion de fourmis dans la vaisselle propre. Attention quand vous utilisez les poêles, des cadavres de ces dernières pourraient s’y trouver. Jimmy est sympathique mais nous avons l’impression qu’il surveillait chacun de nos pas (assez intrusif et dérangeant). Nous avons choisi cette endroit car c’était le seul de disponible à ces dates, nous ne sommes pas des personnes exigeantes mais pour le prix c’est un peu abusé…
• Lucas (4/5): I will just stay a maximum of 2 nights and I won’t repeat. - Decent for stay just for one or two nights. It wasn’t very clean, messy, the toilets weren’t very good, and old. It needs a huge reform about the rooms and about the noise of the other rooms. The pictures were to nice if you compare it to the reality. And when you are travelling for holidays you don’t want to receive a lot of msg on how you can Enter to the room. I think with a maximum of 3 msg is enough. First one saying Welcom, second one the directions of the place and which room are you and one of them a guide how to open the lock of the doors and with the code and that will be perfect.
• Remi (1/5): - Disponibilité de l'hote au téléphone L'endroit est si peu éclairé qu'on attend un guet-apens, et la boîte à clé est absolument invisible de l'extérieur. A proscrire pour une arrivée de nuit tardive, j'ai du dormir dehors. Contactez absolument l'hôte en avance, sinon ça devrait se terminer pareil pour vous. Mais si vous vous mettez d'accord en avance, ça ira peut-être.
