- Hobson (10/5): A great base to explore Newcastle - It was a perfect base for a weekend exploring the city with friends. Laura was really helpful and prompt in her replies when we had questions. The beds were so comfy. Also the big mirror in the largest bedroom was great for taking photos to mark the occasion. All in all we couldn't be happier with our stay.

- Natalie (1/5): Worst place to stay in Newcastle! AVOID!!!!!! - Not a thing. Absolutely disgusting place! Cutlery and all cooking utensils were filthy, some broken. Sofa bed collapses in the middle so couldn't be used. Floorboards are rising in the kitchen. Hallway carpet isn't attached correctly, causing a trip hazard. Massive hole in the main bathroom. Ensuite crack in the sink. Iron marks all over the carpets. BLOOD AND URINE stains on the mattresses. Definitely had not been cleaned, just a change of bedding! We couldn't even stay the 2nd night it was that bad of a place. It's really unhygienic and a safety concern this Apartment!! Unhelpful when contacted and refuse to refund any money, should not be still offering accommodation on Booking.com, need closing down. Worst place to stay in Newcastle!!!!
- Suzanne (5/5): Needs some TLC for the price they charge! - The property was spacious and was in a good location for town. There’s also a shop out the front of the property which is open late at night. The property was not clean, in some areas there were thick layers of dust. Under the beds there was rubbish from a previous stay and more dust. There was a big hole in the wall in the bathroom and the kitchen area was not finished to a high standard. It was quite clear everything had been done cheaply. There’s no way this could be used for a family as the kitchen is barely stocked. Also when we arrived the bath was half full of dirty water.

- Sophie (7/5): The hosts were easy to get in touch with regarding any issues, perfect for weekend away - Really good location, right near the city centre. Clean, easy to access. The steps to get up to the property (could be mentioned in the details in the booking), only one set of front door keys, room layouts, carpets etc. need updating due to stains, looking overall tired.
- Olivia (1/5): Awful apartment in a poor state. Would not reccomend. - The location A huge leak in the main hallway meant the whole apartment smelt of damp and we had to wear shoes in doors at all times. Multiple items of furniture were broken and the whole apartment was not clean, with items left from the previous guests. There was black mould in one of the showers and we were left with two half used toilet rolls between six people for three nights. The communal entry way was filthy and the entrance to the rear was covered in rubbish and we saw multiple rats. The heating thermostat did not work. We contacted the hosts regarding all issues and were given no helpful response, to be told the leak was fixed and they had expected the carpet to be dry by now- the leak was not fixed and got progressively worse during the stay, with water splashing as we walked over it.
- Carole (6/5): Good for short break - It was large enough for 8 of us The stairs in to it
- Mikey (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kirsty (7/5): Perfect location - Perfect location. Easy walk to the start of the GNR and metro. Mattresses were very uncomfortable. Showers in bedrooms were very snug and one was broken. Not enough utensils in kitchen.
- Amanda (9/5): Fabulous weekend away for my daughters birthday - Central location
Great host
