Important Information

Smoking inside the apartment will incur an additional charge of EUR 125. Drug consumption at the property is not allowed. Commercial use of the property is not allowed. Additional unregistered guests are not allowed at the property without prior notice. Please ensure that lights, air conditioning, heating, water, and electrical appliances are off whenever you leave the apartment. We will issue you a warning if we detect that this rule is not being followed. Subsequent breaches of this rule will result in a fine of 10.000 HUF (~25€). FYI our daily price was determined based on a GREEN mean an environmentally conscious behavior. If your stay at the apartment lasts beyond 7 days we can offer you free cleaning. I may request, after 7 days, an inspection of the apartment to determine its cleanliness. If you require additional cleaning, the cost for such cleaning is 15.000 HUF/~40€. As you can request extra cleaning service as well anytime for the same cost (15.000 HUF/~40€). Please DO NOT TAKE any equipment of the apartment including towels, blanket, bed linen etc. OUT of the place. Please also DO NOT BOTHER/TOUCH all closed out sections where the apartment’s stuff or any equipment (spare bed linen, towels etc. are stored. In case of violation we are facing after your departure we keep the right for charging an extra fee for the replacement of the non-approved usage of 15.000 HUF (40 €). In case your host recognizes any suspicious or dangerous behavior at check-in (e.g. excessively intoxicated condition), which is considered as a high-risk factor, he/she is authorized to ask for a deposit up to 3000€ in cash based on his/her decision, which will be returned at check-out depending on damages around/inside the apartment. Please report any damages/breakdown of the apartment’s equipment, furniture and fixtures or any other anomalies (resulting as an improper use / accident) issues within 24 hours and before your check-out so any such issues can be fairly resolved. Lost keys will result in a charge of 80,000 HUF/~205 €. This represents the full costs of replacing locks, keys, (proxy) and labor. Please note that we are NOT responsible for any personal belongings left behind. In order to complete the check-in process, all guests need to provide a valid ID and passport prior to arrival.National law requires that hosts provide toward the Central Tourist Agency of Hungary certain information about you prior to your arrival at the apartment. I must provide such information to these government agencies no later than your arrival time. This legislation applies to all apartments, hotels, hostels, and other private accommodations, with penalties for noncompliance. Tamás was extremely helpful and always available whenever I needed anything. He recommended a great restaurant where I could have breakfast. Line (10/5): Veldig fresh leilighet for venninnetur - Fin beliggenhet - gate med restauranter et steinkast unna leiligheten. Gangavstand til slottet (vi brukte nok 45 minutter på å gå) + gangavstand til sentrum. Leiligheten ligger litt i utkanten av sentrum, så det er stille og rolig, men helt super beliggenhet syntes vi. Veldig fin, ny og velholdt leilighet. Perfekt for familie- eller vennetur. Vi var fem venninner og hadde hatt plass til en til. To bad med dusj. Ville anbefalt leiligheten til alle jeg kjenner. Ingenting.

aris (9/5): Great location in Budapest with ample space in a renovated 3 bedrooms apartment. - Location was excellent. close to shopping, markets and the Danube. One block from the Central Grand Market and an Aldi supermarket. Walking distance to almost all attractions. There was ample space and the place appears to have been renovated. David the host was very attentive and easy to communicate with. They provided good recommendations for restaurants, things to do, luggage storage. The apartment is quiet yet close to a busy area. The bathrooms worked well, ample water pressure and the shower drainage was good. The kitchen was a bit small had everything we needed. Has a washer and the refrigerator was cold and large . The building itself where the apartment is located is older and undergoing renovations. The hosts do not own the building . The elevator is old but works well. Property is on the third floor. Air conditioning is only in the living room and the bedrooms do not have it. It can be hot in the summer. There are fans in every room and with the windows open it cools down at night.

The property had everything we needed, AC, washing machine, tea/coffee etc. The hosts were very friendly, Dàvid met us on arrival and explained everything to us, and was on hand via WhatsApp for any questions we had during our stay :) Nothing. As mentioned in other reviews a few creaky floorboards but this didn’t bother us at all and is to be expected in that type of building.

The location is excellent, walking distance to all the main attractions, a lot of restaurants near by. It is a great place to stay for a big family and the beds are extremely confortable. There were legos for the small kids to play with and the living room area is big enough for 8 people to hang out. One of the best stays ever! Nothing negative.

Fantastic location, 5minutes walk from The Danube, 1 minute from The Grand Market and a short walk to 2 of the best thermal spa's (Rudas & Gellert) The apartment itself is stunning. I cannot fault anything (and I usually can!), even the slightly dishevelled stair way up to the apartment added to the experience. My family and I felt instantly at home having received a warm welcome at midnight from David- the late check in was so appreciated and made it so stress free. The only downside was that we couldn't stay longer. Absolutely nothing.

David (he hosted us) was very quick in answering all questions and met us in the middle of the night to show the apartment. He gave us extra things necessary for our baby. Our older kids enjoyed playing Lego that was in the apartment too. All good.

Joanne (10/5): This place was a pleasure to come back to after a day out and really made our stay memorable and wonderful. - - Location is super close to many things - public transport, Grand Central Market, super markets and everything you’d need but yet still really quiet place to stay. - Huge space, lots of room that is really well decorated and furnished. It is a really pleasant place to be in and we felt very much at home. The building is super charming with the old elevator and balcony area. - We were 4 in a group and we were very comfortable, we cooked meals, was able to do our washing also kept cool on very hot days. - Our host Thomas was super lovely and communicative. He greeted us and introduced us to the place, sent us loads of great recommendations also was very prompt and helpful when we had questions during our stay. - We bought the wrong coffee pods twice! My mistake since I am not familiar with Nescafé machines. - The key that opens the front door was a little tricky at times, but really super minor picky thing.

Each of us had a room and the kitchen is super equipped. The location is also perfect, we were close to Danube and other points of interest for us! Definitely worth! A bit squishing floor but nothing to be concerned about!

The apartment is in an older building that is currently undergoing some renovations, and it would be great to come back and see the result. We stayed there during the heatwave and the AC worked great. The apartment is conveniently located with a few grocery stores, a parking garage, and public transportation, all within a 5-minute or less walking distance.

Adi (10/5): Would whole-heartedly recommend. - Spacious apartment - 2 large bedrooms and another smaller one perfect for children. Very clean, and very well equipped. Located in a quiet street just off the Great Market Hall , but very close to Kalvin Ter Metro station and to Vaci Utca. Host was very welcoming and responsive. We were a party of 6 (2 kids, 2 parents, 2 grandparents) and all had a wonderful time.

It is impeccably clean and well-equipped, providing everything you need for a comfortable stay. Situated right in the centre, it offers the convenience of being close to everything, yet remains completely peaceful and quiet inside. The host is exceptionally welcoming. We highly recommend visiting the Pinball Museum for a fun family evening with a variety of retro games, including Pac-Man, fighter games, football, and, of course, pinball machines. Close to so many great restaurants, groceries, pharmacy, and transit. 3 bedrooms and 2 baths were perfect for our family and grandpa. The kitchen was very well equipped. Check-in and check out was clear and easy. We had a tiny issue, and the owner fixed it immediately and went above and beyond! This is an older building, and the original hardwood hasn't been replaced in all areas and has a good amount of noise. Entry into the building was a little concerning, but once you get to the apartment, it's beautiful!! Two of the rooms connect with a door, and you can hear well through the door.
