• GUY (7/5): - Emplacement idéale très centrale; pleins de resto, cafés à proximité. Restos et bars sous ma fen^etre, donc les vendredi et samedi soirs, f^tards jusqu'à tard la nuit. Mini-balcon inutilisable car plein de "merde de pigeons. Wifi ne fonctionne pas du tout 80% du temps. TV inutilisable car programmation High-Tech imcompréhensible.
• cbotia (9/5): Hotel cómodo y bien ubicado - Muy bien ubicado, a pocos pasos del Jardín Guerrero en una calle peatonal, con restaurantes a los lados. La habitación sencilla pero cómoda. Buena relación calidad-precio Hay un restaurante-bar al lado y se alcanzaba a escuchar el ruido del establecimiento, no muy duro, pero se escuchaba. Por lo demás todo estuvo bien
• Yesenia (10/5): Overall good for price and location. - The location is amazing, super close to everything. There is a karaoke bar right downstream next to it. If you don’t mind the noise till 2am then it’s not an issue.

• Kristy (8/5): Very good - The room and bed were excellent. Great location. The shower had no hot water. Showered in the morning and in the evening, no hot water at all.

Internet could be better and the water took a little bit of time to come out hot. These were not negatives, but they could be improved.

• Nygren (5/5): Central but need improvement - Very good location in the historical centre, cosy alley outside. Entrance nice, warm shower... Old building with very basic, naked rooms. Bed uncomfortable, wc not fixed to the floor, broken light switch, quite cold in december (no extra blankets).

• Linser (7/5): The room is bare bones and dark but it is literally steps to everything in centro. - The location is excellent. My bed was quite lumpy but I managed to sleep fine. We asked for a quiet room and was given one close to the back but where we could clearly hear all that happened at the front door. Happily it was not that busy so the noise was tolerable.

• Apacha (9/5): Querétaro is a beautiful city. Lots of churches. - The bed and pillows were comfortable; I was able to sleep well. No noise from outside; always a plus in my book. There were fresh towels and adequate bars of soap. There is an armoire with a few hangers; could have used a few more. The WiFi service would fade fade from time to time. There was a drainage problem in the shower.

• Gustavo (8/5): Convenient location; good for the short stay. Some property improvements would help. - Great location! Reasonable price. Helpful and friendly staff. Quiet and good to rest after a hectic day, in spite of a busy street nightlife at the front of the property. The toilet pan kept on blocking and became an issue - but the staff tried to sort that out. An extra bedside table, another socket, and a luggage stand would have been helpful.

I verbally asked her, plus left a note and a tip and still it happened. I told reception and they said don’t worry because there was no one else there. They saw no problem in leaving it unlocked and there was no apology. Sleep quality was also very poor most nights.
• Mark (10/5): Very good - Everything is ok, friendly staff, helped with a taxi at night, location is perfect, clean room, I would recommend it with no doubts.
