• Margherita (6/5): Top per posizione e prezzo, flop per confort - Posizione strategica per raggiungere il centro, il letto confortevole e prima di arrivare informazioni puntuali da parte dell’host Abbiamo soggiornato 3 giorni e al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato tutto pulito, con il passare dei giorni non è mai stata effettuata la pulizia e avendo un bagno in comune condiviso con almeno 5 stanze era in condizioni pessime e neanche la carta igienica è stata mai sostituita !! Bastava un’accortezza in più nella pulizia e nel servizio (per chi alloggia sappiate che verrete forniti di due asciugamani piccoli).

• 6d11 (1/5): o experiență neplăcută - care mic-dejun? nu am avut prosoape, am asteptat mai mult de 40 de minute sa-mi aduca două prosoape prapadite, camera FĂRĂ GEAMURI, FĂRĂ AERISIRE, FĂRĂ AER CONDIȚIONAT, a trebuit să dorm cu ușa deschisă , ca să am aer, la duș se inunda baia, uscătorul de păr se putea folosi in zona de luat masa

L’host é stata disponibile, ciononostante la camera assegnata non aveva le tende, la struttura letto era rotta e in camera non camera non c’erano mobili per mettere i vestiti (se non un tavolo e una libreria stile Ikea). La camera é dotata di serratura, ma la porta principale di accesso all’appartamento é sempre aperta, senza nessuno che vigili.

• lucia (2/5): buena ubicación pero lo único bueno - La ubicación era excelente y la habitación estaba limpia La puerta del apartamento que da a la calle siempre está abierta, cuando llegamos la "cocina" que no es cocina estaba sucia al igual que el baño, con manchas blancas en la taza, el suelo lleno de pelos y sin papel. Dejo mucho que desear. Sin embargo la habitación estaba muy limpia, pero la cama estaba sobre unos tablones de madera mal puestos y hacía demasiado ruido por la noche. El aire acondicionado de la habitación se encendía solo a mitad de la noche todo el rato por mucho que lo programases para que no. tanto el pomo de la puerta de la habitación como el del baño se salían todo el rato. La ventana no estaba insonorizada, y como ya he dicho la habitación estaba muy bien ubicada, estaba en el centro por tanto había mucho ruido en el exterior y en estos casos debería estar insonorizada.

C'è anche un supermercato a pochi passi. A soli 10/15 min a piedi dall'Old Town. Checkin e checkout facili con codici. Sapevo delle recensioni precedenti e non mi aspettavo qualcosa di eccezionale, ma alcuni aspetti meritano di essere segnalati: Camera: Letto matrimoniale con copri materasso che non copriva tutto il materasso. Carta da parati che si staccava. Prese di corrente non coperte. Rumori notturni, forse dovuti alle tubature, comunque tollerabili. Le camere sulla strada sono rumorose, ma io riuscivo a dormire. Bagno: Presenza di insetti sul pavimento. Bagno poco curato e datato. La struttura ha sicuramente potenzialità alte, ma sembra che i proprietari non tengano sempre conto delle recensioni precedenti.
• Angela (7/5): - La posizione è davvero buona e si accede in modo pratico alla struttura. Nel mio appartamento c’erano due bagni il che è ottimo. Per quanto mi riguarda, nella stanza non era presente nemmeno uno specchio e nei bagni neanche una presa, scomodo per usare un phon o una piastra. Per fortuna fuori da uno dei bagni era presente una ciabatta e i fili erano sufficientemente lunghi da arrivare in bagno ma la porta doveva rimanere aperta. Se ci si adatta si può passare su alla cosa ma rimane terribilmente scomodo.
• Tetiana (1/5): My worst booking.com experience. - Nothing Arguably the worst place I’ve stayed in. The door handle in my room came out the first time I tried to close it. I reported it immediately; a handyman was promised but never came. The bathroom handle also came loose and I was briefly unable to open the door. Both bathrooms are extremely dirty, there was no toilet paper, only one soap shared between two bathrooms, and no hot water. The room looks very different from the photos: dusty floor with hair, very hot, and the window is blocked from opening. There is effectively no kitchen: a few paper plates, one dirty spoon, nowhere clean to sit or eat. Noise from outside is constant due to nonexistent sound insulation. The listing photos are misleading and make the place look much nicer than it is.

Baie comuna, (2 bai la 5 camere), dar știam ca este baie comuna când am rezervat, asa ca am bifat un "bine" la facilitați.

• Kevin (5/5): Básico, no se puede pedir más por el precio. - La habitación es muy básica, cumple con lo básico y por lo que pagas tampoco se puede pedir mucho más. Ruidos por las noches que se repetían durante toda la noche tras la pared (no sé si son las cañerías, vecinos...), pero era un ruido constante y muy molesto que por la noche no te da mucha tranquilidad para dormir.

• Miriam (7/5): Bucharest is a fun and historical town town to visit. - Great location to the Old Town, very easy and close public transportation to and from the international airport, shower had great pressure. areas were clean. Communication was great prior to my stay. Loved the big window and street view from my room. Very difficult to sleep there beyond 3 hours due to noise. Even when the traffic was minimal, there was still alot of noise perhaps from inside structural pipes. Toilet seat was broken and a safety hazard and when I reported it to them they said they would send someone to fix it however that did not happen. I was also informed I could get a small washcloth the following day and that did not happen either so I felt the company did not care for us people staying there!

The bed was broken, I had to sleep with the mattress on the floor because if you move any bit, the bed would just fall. The room had no windows (in the pictures the room I booked had window. Toilet wasn’t cleaned and you couldn’t move anything in the toilet and shower because it seemed it was going to fall apart.

• Mario Dieringer (8/5): Easygoing und mittendrin - Einfacher Check-in, super Kommunikation mit der Besitzerin, die sehr hilfreich ist. Ich wäre gerne länger dort geblieben, aber es war leider für die Folgetage ausgebucht. Auch die Lage ist perfekt. Es sind nur ein paar Meter bis in die Altstadt. Das Bett macht schon sehr gruselige Geräusche, wenn man sich darauf bewegt.

Le logement a un petit espace pour prendre un café ou un thé, c'est plutôt pratique. La chambre a un grand frigo, très pratique également. Le lit est véritablement inconfortable... Nous avons vraiment mal dormi et nous ne sommes pas difficile sur ce point. La salle de bain demande également a être rafraîchie

To sa pokoje, nie apartamenty :) Łazienka do gruntownego remontu. Miejscówka dla backpakersów wiec dla Nas było ok, gdyż za tą cenę gdzie mieliśmy ok 5 min spacerkiem do old town ciężko znaleźć coś lepszego.

They just sent how to enter the building. They didn't notice me which room is mine and how to go into. And I had to wait for 2 hours and gave up to find my room. I already booked 2nights there!! I went there next day and occurred the same situation and they even didn't return my money. I had to find another accomodation to stay I could get new one after 6 hours. I was staying at outside all night long. The reputation of this flat was not bad and I booked here. But it was not real and because I am an Asian? Just teasing me??I really want to sue this flat. And the photo, the message they sent me when I booked It was the worst experience ever. I already sent them I would arrive there 23:00~00:00. And I arrived at 22:30pm. • Cesar Esteban (9/5): - It's truly a cozy and centrally located place, ideal for enjoying the city to the fullest. The host is also very friendly and attentive. I highly recommend this place. The building is a bit outdated and the rooms are very small and you can hear a lot from other rooms, but for the price they offer it's quite good.

• Robert (6/5): Moje wrażenia - Świetna lokalizacja. Praktycznie w centrum miasta. Wszędzie blisko i dojazd do lotniska też bardzo dobry. W pobliżu przystanki autobusowe i metro. Kontakt z osobą zarządzającom noclegiem bardzo dobry. Darmowa herbatka i kakao. W pokoju był wentylator. W pokoju brak zasłon. Bardzo to uciążliwe bo wcześnie rano jest już jasno, w ciągu dnia pokój bardzo się nagrzewa w lecie. Pod wieczór brak zaś komfortu pomimo że to lokal na 5 piętrze. Okno jest też trochę nieszczelne przez co jest hałas od bardzo ruchowej ulicy (auta jeżdżą całą dobę). W łazience jest wilgoć. Standard pokoju i łazienki poniżej średniej. Brak TV, radia.

• George (4/5): Cheap and no thrills stay - It was very easy to find and get inside with a perfect location in central Bucharest. The host has very good communication skills. There is no Hot water at the property, so if you want a relaxing shower after a day of exploring forget about it. There was also poor sealant between the bedroom doors and the common area. Soundproofing is almost non existent when trying to get to sleep. You will likely hear every single person come into the flat even at 4am. If you like your sleep, probably best to avoid this place.
• Diana (4/5): Disappointing - Really good location When I arrived, I noticed that one blind was missing. The owner was contacted and said they would send someone to fix it. Nothing was done in the 4 days I was there. I had no privacy in the room, since there were another buildings right in front. There's no soundproof. You can here all the noises from the busy road outside as if the window was opened (it wasn't, I checked). The bathroom was clean but only superficially. The faucet was full of crust. There was no place to put my backpack, so I had to have it on the floor. The bed made a lot of noise.

• Holly (5/5): A little scary, not overly functional and loud street noise. - Property was located well and they communicated very effectively with me before and during my stay via WhatsApp. This property is very run down. Although a little wear and tear is expected, the common areas are old. The front entrance looks like it could easily be kicked in from the street and the elevators are very scary to go in, the stairs to the fifth floor became my favourite option. The shared bathroom smelt heavily of mould and the shower was broken. No hot water and the shower head was not attached to anything so I had to manually pick it up for my cold water wash. The room looked like the pictures and served its purpose for a base for big days out. It was very very loud (above a main road with no sound proofing) and the bedding wasn’t overly sufficient. The thin pillow and thin duvet aren’t very well suited to winter conditions. I wouldn’t stay here again, the price and the location were the only benefit to this place.

• Kalina (9/5): Great place to stay in Bucarest! - Great location! 3 minute walk to the bus and metro stations. Perfect size room with comfortable bed. Two toilets for 5 rooms were more than enough, never needed to wait to use one. The host Carmen was more than helpful and easy to be connected with. Bath towel could have been a bit bigger.
