• Ramona (1/5): Absolute Täuschung – Unbewohnbar da gesundheitsgefährdend - Nichts Finger weg von diesem Apartment! Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss und hat keinerlei Fenster – ein entscheidendes Detail, das weder in der Beschreibung noch auf den Bildern zu sehen war. Die Luft war extrem feucht und roch modrig. Aus einer Kammer hinter dem Badezimmer kam ein unerträglicher Schimmelgeruch. ​Der Vermieter hat uns lediglich auf die Klimaanlage verwiesen, die jedoch extrem laut und keine Hilfe war. Die Einrichtung ist lieblos und wahllos zusammengewürfelt. Da meine Tochter und ich Asthma haben, war ein Aufenthalt hier gesundheitlich unmöglich. Wir haben keine einzige Nacht dort verbracht und mussten uns sofort eine Ersatzunterkunft suchen. Der Streit um die Rückerstattung läuft aktuell noch. ​Buchen Sie diese Unterkunft auf keinen Fall!

• Raquel (4/5): Liisboa melancólica y decadente❤️ - El alojamiento tenía una decoración muy bonita los detalles muy bien puestos y con mucho gusto. Aunque estaba un poquito alejado del centro. Hay una excelente combinación de autobuses y metros con todas las zonas de Lisboa La vivienda no se había limpiado desde el día que se estrenó. Tenía un montón de polvo. Las camas no se habían cambiado, las almohadas ni las fundas de estas en días, tuvimos que rebozar las almohadas en toallas, pues olían fatal y estaban grises. La campana extractora de la cocina se caía a trozos. Un día que llovió mucho tuvimos que poner una lavadora y del ruido que hacía pensaba que se desmontaba. La decoración era muy propia con lo emblemático de Portugal, pero los cojines que adornaban no se habían lavado nunca. En general, el apartamento brillaba por la ausencia de limpieza e higiene. No había artículos de higiene personal como un poquito de gel y champú para la primera noche. Menos mal que llevo un spray desinfectante y desinfectante, ducha, taza de váter y camas

• Tong (10/5): Rare gem, pet friendly apartment in Rato - Pet friendly. Very accomodating, communicative and responsibe host. Very easy access from Rato subway station. Exceptionally well furnished apartment. Bedroom is super quiet and isolated from the street and outside noises. Laundry room a massive plus. Kitchen is a tad small. No window beside the window at the door. Can smell really musky without constant ventilation. TV channel does not correspond to the actual order of the TV, and I have to flip through the channel many times.
• Maria Isabel (1/5): Sin ventilación, camas incómodas - El alojamiento no tiene ninguna ventana, por lo que se nota el olor a cerrado. Las camas son muy muy incómodas, además, la primera noche una de ellas estaba rota, contactamos y la solución fue ponernos un sofá cama, pero la primera noche lo pasamos muy mal para dormir y eso no nos lo compensaron.

• MARIA GIULIA (7/5): Ottimo per un week end tra amici - Molto bello e ben collegato con i mezzi. Carino l'arredamento dotato di tutti i comfort e di oggetti vintage di design. Letti comodi e tutto molto pulito. Gestore gentile e molto disponibile. La casa ha solo una finestra sulla porta. C'è poco ricambio d'aria, soprattutto se si dorme in 5/6. Suggerirei un sistema di areazione artificiale o un purificatore d'aria.
• Dolores (5/5): - La decoración y la ubicación. Y el responsable muy atento. Que no había ventilación solo dispone de la puerta de entrada como única ventana y no la puedes dejar abierta por seguridad, en mí opinión no cumple los estándares de habitabilidad.
• Roberto (9/5): Buen sitio para alojarse en Lisboa - Alojamiento amplio y que tiene de todo para pasar unos días en Lisboa. Al lado de la estación de metro de Rato, hay tiendas cercanas e incluso un centro comercial con todo tipo de tiendas. No tiene ventanas, lo cual me llamó la atención, aunque no fue un para nosotros.

• miguel angel (5/5): - La ubicación no es mala tiene el metro cérca y hay supermercados y restaurantes cerca Es un bajo sin ventana,no tiene ventilación y huele a humedad nada más entrar,el aire acondicionado no funciona, después de 15 minutos se pone en avería F0 y solo se queda como ventilador, debería de mejorar la ventilación del establecimiento y poner un aire acondicionado de verdad,no un portátil que hace mucho ruido y además no funciona

It was clean and well equipped. Good for a few nights when you spend the whole day outside, exploding the city. There is no window in the apartment which makes it vey humid. The bed in the leaving room was not confortable at all. Could get claustrophobic after some time as there is no window and no day light in some areas of the apartment.

• Paweł (9/5): Recomended - A place worth visiting for a short stay in Lisbon. Great location: on foot and by public transport close to the old district. easy access by metro from the airport. Shops, market, bars nearby. restaurants and car rental for your onward journey. Host contactable, helpful and hassle-free. The lack of windows and humidity. Some of the photos are out of date.
