- Chrystal (7/5): Safe and Secure Location - The property is Safe and Secure, especially having the allocated parking bay.
Instructions on how to obtain keys, to getting to the property, was easily to understand.
You're spoilt for places to eat and public transport is easy to navigate and close by. There were a few maintenance issues and the property could benefit from a deep clean and declutter which I have mentioned to Sean.
Parts of the accommodation felt tired and need replacing/removal.
Could easily be a 11/10 property with a few changes.

The location was perfect, close enough to public transport to explore the city. and in the heart of a vibrant neighbourhood with plenty of cafe's, bars and shops within walking distance.

I love that it was warm and well insulated from the cold August Melbourne weather. We did not need a car as it has everything you need within a short stroll , as well as easy access to both train and tram. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped and we were able to enjoyably cook at home one night while walking to local restaurants the others. Comfy beds. Loved it.

Big outdoor area lovely to sit in the apartment is really great place for quiet and relaxing stay. Transport is really close. Amazing Cafes and prahran markets close. The key location handover in a convience store had really unhelpful person who remained speaking on his phone and largely ignored us. Also too far to walk with bags best to drop an one person wait. And missing sound remote annoying but did force us to get up. Really great stay

It was amazing how close the location is to the train station, saved us so much transportation money. The larger bins were notoriously hard to find. Asked 4 different other residents and still wasn't clear. "It's in the underground carpark really tucked around the corner on the right hand side of the door you exit the elevators from." - Please pass this on to the next renters.

Very clean.
Close to public transport, but noise is not an issue.
Close (walking distance) to restaurants and cafes.
Secure apartment, with parking underneath.
Central heating / cooling throughout the apartment.
Great Host - excellent communication. It is a little tricky to get into the apartment. You need to enter from behind the building. Instead of using 16 Porter Street, Prahran as the address in Google Maps, use "Percy Place". Drive to the end of the Percy Place and you will come to a roller door. Park the car and then follow the instructions that Sean provides you.
