• Bella (4/5): Overall this flat was convenient but not somewhere you’d chose if it were not literally just to sleep. The location was - The balcony was great really big and lots of sun as it’s the top floor, this was by far the best part of the flat. Although there were several different numbers to contact the hosts one of them was very responsive and helpful. The location was perfect right next to the tram and metro stop and plenty of buses, in a lovely area near the Turia and Viveros park. Upon entering the flat there was a really nasty musty smell, presumably mould. We contacted the hosts and they advised us to open windows and run the taps for a bit which worked after a while, but often when being out for the day and then returning the smell came back. When we arrived we spent about half an hour trying to open the balcony doors, they clearly need replacing as they get stuck, we chose to leave them slightly open during our stay because of this. The bedding quality was poor, the duvet cover and pillow cases were bobbling and were in need of new ones. The key to the flat also wasn’t easy as you have to turn it many times for it to actually unlock. The shower was not clean, and we found quite a few ants.

• Moises (8/5): Città bellissima ,dopo una giornata calda era piacevole tornare al fresco del condisionatore. - Posizione ottima ,metro e bus vicinissimo. Sendo a un quinto piano ,non ha acensore, ma lo sapevo prima di prenotare.
• Florencia (5/5): Da evitare a dicembre - Posizione comodissima per via della vicinanza alla metro (che in 30 minuti porta comodamente in aeroporto), del tram e della fermata del bus. Ha un supermercato molto grande sotto casa e doversi bar e ristoranti. Abbiamo avuto diversi problemi con il riscaldamento che non andava e una sera ha iniziato a piovere in casa da un faretto del soffitto. Il problema si è risolto da solo grazie al fatto che il giorno dopo ha smesso di piovere. Per il riscaldamento è stato difficile coordinarci ma dopo svariati solleciti hanno mandato qualcuno a sistemarlo (dopo aver passato 2 notti al freddo). I disagi dovuti al freddo non sono stati pochi, ad esempio, siccome pioveva, era impossibile far asciugare scarpe e vestiti bagnati, rendendo la casa ancora più umida e la vacanza di 5 giorni problematica. La casa ha tutti i servizi necessari e una buona posizione, peccato solo per i disagi dovuti al riscaldamento, meglio andarci in primavera/autunno. Eviterei di tornarci a dicembre.
• Doris (5/5): Das Quartier ist überbezahlt und wir können es nicht weiterempfehlen. - Die Lage ist gut. Es stinkt extrem in der Wohnung. Ein Teil der Zimmerdecke ist verschimmelt. Viele Schimmelflecken. Die beiden Eingangstüren gehen wahnsinnig schwer aufzusperren.
• Marko (1/5): Very disappointing experience — difficult check-in, poor cleanliness, and several maintenance issues - The only good thing is the location – it’s well connected to the airport, there’s a Valenbisi bike station right in front, and lots of bakeries, shops, and pharmacies nearby. We were totally disappointed with this accommodation. We couldn’t get in for almost an hour because the online check-in didn’t work. We managed to enter only thanks to a neighbor who happened to pass by and had the keys to the main entrance of the building — otherwise, we would’ve been stuck outside. The host never answered our calls, only replied to messages, which was extremely frustrating in that situation. There is no sign or indication that this is a Booking property — instead, there’s a big warning on the door about cameras and the police, which creates a really unpleasant first impression. The main door is very difficult to open, as if you’re trying to enter a vault rather than an apartment. The cleanliness was terrible – the bed sheets, pillowcases, and blanket were dirty. There were no hangers, ants on the dining table, and even cockroaches around the sink. In the bathroom, the shower handle was broken. Overall, a very bad experience – I absolutely do not recommend this place.
• Michal (3/5): Extremely disappointing stay, Staying in such conditions is absolutely not worth the price we paid. I would not recommen - Nothing The apartment door lock barely worked, and the main entrance door broke completely on the second day. Inside, there was a very unpleasant smell, mold in the shower, and even cockroaches. The sofa bed had a dirty sheet, the duvets in the closet were not clean, and there were no hangers to hang clothes. To make things worse, the roof was leaking, and water was pouring into the room — it rained every day during our stay, so it was a real nightmare.

• Arthur (8/5): Valencia is geweldig. De accomodatie is prima, ook qua ligging. - Leuke rustige buurt, veel kleine eettentjes. De 5e verdieping zonder lift is wel een ding met 30+ graden, maar dat staat vooraf aangegeven. Prachtig dakterras. Bij booking stond 2 bedden, maar het was 1 twinbed en een niet al te beste (wel brede) uitklapbare slaapbank. Uitleg. Zowel over het binnenkomen de eerste keer (hoop gedoe met instructies die steeds opgevraagd moesten worden) als dat de bank een echt bed kon worden etc. Ook had een fles water en wat koffiepads niet misstaan. Zeer kleine moeite en uitgave voor deze prijs.
• Markus (8/5): Great little rooftop apartment near the center - The apartment management was nice and let me check in early (though with some initial issues getting buzzed into the door). Cute little apartment with air-conditioning, and a rooftop terrace to relax. Quiet despite being perfectly located by metro & tram right in front of the door, and a supermarket one minute away as well as plenty other stores in this lively neighborhood. As it is stated, no elevator up to the 5th floor. Could easily be a 9 or 10 if some minor issues were addressed (some ants, broken handle and chairs), some basics such as salt/pepper or sufficient toilet paper present. But overall a good deal.
