- Anghel (3/5): WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE! - The only thing I liked was the scenery in the area. the lake is beautiful. The whole area contrasts between the opulence of some and the poverty of others. It was a terrible experience in a hotel that claims to have 4 stars. 1. Everything is at least 15 years old. 2. The tennis courts are unkempt and without nets. 3. The garden around the hotel is as if left in ruins, 4. The exterior of the hotel is shabby. 5. The smell of tobacco persists in the rooms, although it is specified that the hotel is for non-smokers. 6. The tiles and sanitary ware are old and leave the impression of being dirty. 7. The staff does not speak English but only Turkish. You can understand each other in English only with one of the receptionists or the manager. 8. The breakfast served is at the level of a 2-star hotel. Sausages, sliced bread and fresh products, left uneaten that day, are served the next day. You can only serve instant coffee in this hotel. 9. Due to the lack of viable alternatives in the area, you will have to eat at the hotel restaurant. Don't be fooled by the pictures on the electronic menu. In reality, the portions are very small, unlike what is presented in the menu, and it takes about an hour from the time you place your order until you are served. 10. The outdoor pool is old and gives you the impression that it is unkempt, unhygienic. The sunbeds and mattresses are old and unkempt. The indoor pool smells deeply of chlorine. There would be more to tell, but I think it is enough to give you an idea about this terrible location.
