- Siew Yong (5/5): Not up to expectations. - 1. No toiletries provided unlike other properties we have stayed in. The excuse that it is a house is not a good excuse not to provide. Poor service recovery. At least state in your house description that no toiletries would be provided. 2. Location is so difficult to find. Gps and the instructions separately provided is still unclear. 3. The house is along a slope without pavement after the stairs. A hazard and can slip easily.
